The burgers are either always chewy or cold. Out of 4 tries of this location, my food was hot and fresh once. With my last visit, my bacon was left off my bacon cheeseburger and my food was cold. I have never visited burger fight before I saw it and decided to stop in and enjoyed lunch. The service was good the young kids behind the counter were very friendly, cordial, and very helpful. Overall it was a very good experience I paid nearly $18 for a burger and onion rings which it clearly was not even worth $18. Friendly, fast service. Burgers are made of high grade (free range, wagu) beef, a little pricy. Really fresh food, hand cut, super good fries, great onion rings (just the right amount of breading). I believe the manager was the one who took our order. It was hard to tell because he wasn't wearing a name tag, but he was very rude. Totally unenthusiastic and passive aggressive towards us. The burgers were put together sloppily and the presentation was not on par when compared other Burger Fi locations. No busier than the place was, the burgers were luke warm which leads me to believe their burgers are pre made. While the burgers were decent, the location near the SAS campus is far superior. There, you are greeted with smiling faces and served higher quality food. Avoid the Walnut street location and drive the extra few miles to the other one. We placed a pick up order tonight which was supposed to be ready at 7:07pm. I arrived a little later at 7:15 and the order wasn't ready...no one else in line to pick up, dine in or carry out for delivery service had their food either. When I finally received the order, it was 7:37. A half hour past pick up time! They didn't even start making it until after asking me for the second time what name my order was under - not to mention the large order of fries we got were a soggy mess and under cooked and our burgers looked totally wrecked. I know the workers were under a lot of pressure but for the price you pay here, I'd expect so much more and some support from management. Terrible experience. I did an order to go and I ordered at the restaurant. I ordered a cheeseburger and cry and fries. When I got home, I discovered the cheeseburger they gave me was only cheese, a bun, and meat no veggies, not condiments. I paid $7.00 for that!!! That wasn't what I ordered. When someone orders a cheeseburger they expect that it will still come with the lettuce, tomato, onion, Burger FI sauce...I could've went to McDonalds paid 1.00 and it would have been a better burger. I went here for dinner on a Sunday night and couldn't believe how busy the restaurant was. After placing my order I had a feeling there would be a bit of a wait and I'm okay with waiting for good food! A decent amount of time passed and I noticed people who came after me getting their food so I decided to ask if my food would be finished soon. Then without question the manager checked my receipt, comped my meal, and when the food came out he brought it to my table. As someone who works in the service industry I respect restaurants who makeup for their mistakes because everyone is human and we all make mistakes. First The staff was amazing besides one disgruntled employee that turned out to be the manager. While ordering my food he screamed "that's obnoxious it's not even breakfast time. Why would you even order that?". As well as complaining about having to make more fries. His staff seemed beat down and apologized multiple times for him. We were regulars at Burger Fi for a couple of years. We first visited the one in North Cary location and then this one opened closer to our home. The service is good but the food went from great to "we can find a better burger place". Decided to go to BurgerFi cause I was in a rush and there was no line, so I thought I'd give it a try. You order at a kiosk then wait for your food. I went with a millionaire burger or something like that with fries and a truffle aioli. The burger was okay, just big and greeezy and unfortunately the fries were covered in the truffle aioli. That was disappointing. I thought it would be just a side of sauce to dip it. It was way too much sauce on the fries which was a real turn off. They have a couple of those "high-tech" soda machines where you use a touch screen to choose your beverage. Only problem with those is there are lots of idiots who like to stand at the counter and peruse through all of the choices making my choice of water a long wait. One thing I did like about the place was they have TV monitors there that tell you about products, but they also mention things like how each chair is made out of so-and-so recycled materials...that makes me happy. read more

My husband and I checked this place out and glad we did! My expectations were low but we left saying that we would come back for sure! At first I found the menu to be overwhelming with all the different names and types of burgers...but It actually was really easy just to tell them what I wanted. The price seems high (but everyone has raised prices) however the portions are generous even for a regular size hamburger and regular size fries. The best part was that the burgers were yummy!!! When you walk in you can order using a screen right by the front door! But we decided to go straight up to a register so I could ask a few questions about the menu. Most people did the same, however I saw a dad with his wife and kids seated behind us. The kids wanted ice cream so he walked up to the entrance and used the screen to order dessert. Now that was brilliant because it meant he didn't have to wait in line at all and as we know with kids they get restless waiting too long! We stopped in because we were starving and a good burger sounded great. The burger was great and prepared just like I like it and the fried avocado was delicious. The chicken sandwich tasted great although it had items on it we didn't order. Easy enough to pull off though. The one thing is the street access to the restaurant is tricky and not easy. A bit frustrating. But not enough to stop me from going back and enjoying the great burgers. The preparation time could use work. There was no one in the restaurant and it took too long to get the food. They need to work on turnaround time. The burgers are really good and the prices are comparable to other restaurants. Just a few tweaks to work on to make dining there easier less time consuming. The taste is 4.5 stars read more

This place is yummy! The fries are delicious and there's a lot of variety to the flavors you can get on them. (Cajun and truffle aioli are my faves.) Tried to order over the phone and asked multiple times if Apple Pay was accepted. I was confirmed that they took Apple Pay so I went ahead and placed my order. Once I got to the store, Im told they do not accept Apple Pay. I didn't have my wallet on me so I had no other way to pay. The manager told me that the store doesn't actually take calls over the phone, an answer center somewhere else does. I've been making the trek across Cary to the BurgerFi off Harrison Av for several years and was hoping they would open a place in Holly Springs. Pleasant surprise to find they opened this place at Crossroads. Their burgers are very good but I come for the ONION RINGS...giant ONION RINGS! I've only eaten at Crossroads once and the service and burger were outstanding. The onion rings weren't quite up to par with the other BurgerFi, but still very good. Not the same crunchy crust. But I'll definitely give them another try. My burger joint of choice, hands down. read more
