First time at a BurgerFi location! WOW the burger is juicey, combined with the juiciness of the tomato and the crunchiness of the lettuce it is a great burger experience. Flavor is there, the BurgerFi sauce is certainly a nice touch without being over bearing and bun is soft and fluffy. Fries are basically the same as Five Guys (which isn't a bad thing). Atmosphere is clean and modern yet has hints of character. Staff was friendly and upbeat!

Visited this spot after a quick boxing session at title boxing. This was a great spot for a quick bite , which amazing burgers and tasty fries. Fast services and open and inviting atmosphere. I loved every bite and I will surely be back for more!

Was too expensive for basic tasting food and oil soaked fries. This is a reminder for us not to go here again. The location is clean and service good but again, another business charging way too much for basic.

Garlic sauce, barely filled.

Loved our burgers. The onion rings are some of my favorite. Really nice cuts, and super crispy. My only negative on the meal was the Garlic sauce I paid $0.75 cents for. It barely hit the middle mark of the sauce cup. Now if it was free, sure whatever. But considering if probably have to spend $2.50 just to fill this container. Lol. Anyways, food was good. The sauce even was good. But plan on not getting much or buying 3 just to get enough sauce to fill one container.

Ultimate bacon burger and truffle fries.

I really like this place it's just expensive. The food is good, it's just expensive for your experience. You walk in and they are always backed up for ordering. I recommend using the kiosk as it is much faster. Really I think this place needs more staff. The food takes a while to get to you but it's good. Another draw back is that everything costs about $2 extra. Want truffle fries? Extra. Want truffle aioli? Extra. When you are paying for the burger and fries separately, it adds up.

CEO Burger & Urban Fries

Want fast food at the speed of a sit-down restaurant? BurgerFi is the spot! While this was not my first BurgerFi experience this will be my last time patronizing the Cary location. Arrived around 630pm and typical dinner crowd but only one person working the front of the house. She was taking orders, wiping off tables and handing folks their to-go orders. Bless her for attempting to do it all. I opted to place my order on the kiosk to avoid the line and perhaps expedite my order. MISTAKE. Quickly after placing my order I realized regardless of how you ordered ( kiosk or counter) you would be waiting and waiting and waiting. It took about 30mins to get my CEO burger and urban style fries. The food was okay. I appreciate that my order was cooked to order but factor in the unreasonable wait time, the messy dining room, I will skip this place when I am in the mood for a quick burger and fries.

Parmesan + Herbs Fries

Order: Spicy Wagyu (SWAG) Burger and Parmesan + Herbs Fries The food quality at BurgerFi simply does not add up to the price point. Ordering experience was smooth only because we ordered at a self-serve kiosk. Food was brought out in a fairly timely manner, and the waitress was kind. In terms of food: the burger bun was very chewy and too soft and there was extremely little Hot Steak Sauce to bun ratio, though the heat of the jalapeños, pepper jack and ghost pepper bacon were spot on. The sweet tomato relish on the burger overpowers the spice and is a confusing element for this sandwich. The fries were soggy and limp, and the parmesan and herbs were haphazardly sprinkled and extremely chalky. Overall, a below average burger place. Would not recommend.

Crosstown Pub & Grill - Buffalo Chicken Wings, I didn't try them but my husband gave a thumbs up.

So I then asked if I could place the order and get all flats , she didn't understand what a flat was so I had to explain that, and she eventually told me she'll let the grill know. I get there to get my order and check my food and low and behold , it's drums in it. So then another server comes and I told her the situation and she said I could get a refund or they could remake the 3 flats that were drums . Then got the manager and ended up telling him just to make it fresh which I waited about ten mins for . I get home and I realize , THERES STILL DRUMS . And they gave me the old wings anyways and just 3 fresh flats which I didn't want my old food back there anyways because I figured that would happen but let's just say this: NO OVER THE PHONE ORDERS AND THEY CANT DO ALL FLATS . They need to better train the server. Update dec. 2,2023 So I came here a second time and this time dine in. Did NOT like the experience. They literally ran out of silverware and my steak got cold waiting for one so I didn't even want it anymore and on top of that, the chimichurri was DISGUSTING. They said there was nothing they can do about there being no silverware and they can't just "pull it out their ass" . Didn't even offer plastic .. Took forever for food and drinks. Never got my water. Or napkins. Ended up having to order nachos only cause it was the quickest thing to order without needing the silverware . A different waiter actually helped get those nachos and faster service to me. Don't believe I'll be going back at this point. First review before the update was a year prior to 2023 review. Haven't been back since .

They legit put Texas Pete as a layer on the top. The chicken tender and fries were nice and crispy, just how I like it. The chicken and rice bowl was basic, but I would consider ordering it again.

If it's a beautiful day, I'd definitely recommend sitting outside instead. Still, the inside has a cozy, laid-back feel that works well. Shoutout to Qua, who was both the hostess and our server. She was welcoming, attentive, and handled everything smoothly, even as a few more parties came in while she was the only one serving at the time. One thing I really appreciated was that she let us know upfront what items were out of stock before we even looked at the menu. That level of transparency is huge and makes the experience so much better. My son ordered a slider with fries from the kids' menu. It comes with just one slider, so I ordered a second, definitely the right call. He enjoyed it, and the fries were cooked well, just a little on the salty side for our taste (ketchup helped balance that out). I had the shrimp tacos. It's packed and perfect portion for lunch. The shrimp, pineapple slaw, and chipotle mayo was a nice mix. The restaurant was clean (including the bathrooms). The location is also a plus, super close to the Art Museum, which makes it a great stop before or after visiting. Overall enjoyable, and I'd come back, especially to try more of the menu and the drinks.

The vibe was warm and woody like you expect from a place called the oak. We did make a reservation just in case they were busy. We were seated in the bar area so the bar tender was also our server. He was kind, super attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu and drink offerings. We ordered pomegranate mimosas. They were a delicious and refreshing addition to our girl time!! I ordered their new Salmon BLT and my friend ordered the Meat Lovers Omlette that was served with gouda grits. The salmon blt lived up to my expectations. It was light but filling and super flavorful. The star is the red onion and dill aioli. My only complaint is the bread. It's tasty bread, it's just not sturdy enough fpr all of the sandwich ingredients. I would have appreciated if it were something thicker or served as an open faced sandwich. The sweet potato fries were fresh and crispy. The fresh pepper sprinkle on them gave them a new dynamic for me. My friend enjoyed the meat lovers omelet and she let me taste the gouda grits. OMG talk about flavor. I'm going back just for those damn grits!! I like very textured grits and these were that on top of perfectly seasoned and cheesed! Geeze!!!!!!!!!! Besides their massive wall of spirits, another component that i appreciated was their inclusive restroom offerings. The door signs are genius! This place looks like it's also great in the evening and late night. They certainly earned a customer in me! Can't wait to go back for more grits!!!!

Was really impressed by the hospitality of the bartender Toulson (spelling?). He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and gave me detailed recommendations. -- The Hamachi Crudo was so bright and light. I really enjoyed the puffed rice on top and the basil ice complemented the dish well. The grapefruit added some nice acidity and the little crunchy bites were the perfect texture contrast. The pieces of fish were large and thick. -- The Manchego-herb Biscuits were awesome. One order comes with four small biscuits. Crust was flaky, the inside was soft and moist, and the flaky salt was the cherry on top. -- The Seared Duck Breast was phenomenal. The duck was juicy and tender and salted well. The skin was thick, sooo flavorful, and melted in your mouth but I would've liked a little more crispiness on the outside. I enjoyed the mix of fresh vegetables and warm cooked vegetables served with the dish. -- The Lemon Yuzu Tart was a nice bright and rich dessert. The tartness comes from the jam on top of the tart but it doesn't overwhelm the dish. The creme brulee style top was a nice touch. The buttermilk ice cream was more on the icier side than creamy. It would be like renaming the Angus Barn to something like the Beef Shed. I'll start with the two desserts...we couldn't decide between the three desserts they had so we settled on two. Both were freaking amazing. Almost ordered the third to go. The Chocolate tort with Nutella gluten free was creamy and deeply rich in flavor. The Espresso Panna cotta with strawberries was lighter and subtly sweet and perfect. I also couldn't decide between one entry so I got the Vietnamese pork chop and the smoked wings in plum bbq sauce...the pork chop was just okay but everything else that came with it was really good...those vegetables rocked! Now the plum wings...that's unusual and was definitely something that was downright flavorful...I would get them again for sure. My girlfriend is gluten-free and picked this place just for the GF chicken and she was blown away. I tried it and I was blown away. Usually GF food is not good, grainy, and lacking real depth...not this place. This was in all likelihood the best gluten free friend chicken I've ever had and it was half of a freaking chicken! Soooo many fries. We ended up taking half of it home and it made a complete second dinner the next day reheated in the air fryer. Definitely somewhere we will return very soon.
