Ordered a cheeseburger from here and woke up in the middle of the night with bad stomach cramps. I stayed up vomiting my meal all night. I'm pretty sure it was the beef, very disappointing. I'm only giving it a star because the staff was nice. read more

terrible. CEO burger was dry, and they forgot the toppings. Brutal. I really have terrible luck with doordash. Fries were good, onion rings good Banana shake sucked. That burger made me want to fight. Who makes the burger like that? Pathetic. read more

Holy cheeseburgers, this place is bad. I'm not even talking about the food quality, which isn't so hot either, but the service and the physical location is really a total disaster. I placed a mobile order, but when I walked in, there was no dedicated pickup area. While looking around, the place looked like no one had cleaned up the BurgerFi in hours; trash all over, garbage on the tables. The line was pretty much out the door, yet their was only one girl, at the one register they had in the store. After kind of just waiting around, one guy suggested the bags behind the counter in the kitchen area were take out orders, so he went to go look. The register girl came screaming at him to leave the area immediately; he asked if anyone could help everyone here waiting for their to go orders. Of course, my order had been sitting there the entire time, but at least 15 minutes had past since anyone came over to help. A total service disaster. And by the way, just rude and miserable beyond belief. Food was bland at best. The burger was barely warm, fries tasted like they were several hours old, and the specialty shake they gave me was just basic vanilla. A total bust. Top to bottom, just one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had in a while. Just F's all across the board. read more

Best location and nicest employees ever. Food is always fresh and delicious. Amazing shakes, best and crispy fries and onion rings. Always come here when I'm in the area and you should too! Don't skip this location! read more

The food is good but they get the order wrong about 50% of the time. We stopped ordering from there for a while because there were too many ruined meals. At one point, we would only order directly with the manager (who was very helpful). We just got home with a meal that was completely wrong and not edible. Unfortunately, we will having to stop ordering food from Burger Fi for good. read more

Just NO. Save yourself and go to Shake Shack. I usually don't give bad ratings or reviews but this one had to be said. I came here to try out burger fi for the first time, and order "To Go". I stood in a long line for about 15 minutes before reaching the cashier. Quickly, the line became longer behind me. Finally, I reached the cashier and order two cheeseburgers (one cheeseburger with pickles) 1 regular fried onions and 1 cry + fry, 4 concrete desserts to try them out (I thought they were mini, from the looks of the picture on the menu, boy was I wrong) he then took my name for the order. I then sat down to wait as I understandably saw how busy this place is. There was about 3-4 people in the kitchen...I did not see any urgency from any of them. I waited patiently, and waited and did some more waiting. About another 20-30 minutes of waiting I looked around and saw everyone who was behind me, already sat down with their food served and eating. So then I decided to get up and check with the staff if my food was ready? One of the staff members checked my receipt and just handed me a bag that was already sitting in front of him. This annoyed me even more as I thought they would call out my name when my order was ready! I was then handed 4 overflowing desserts without any lid or covers, asked them if they had a cover or something since I'm taking this to go and this would fly around in my car. The staff member said no, and that those weren't even the cups for the dessert. So I asked them to give me any lid and another cup holder tray so I can secure these desserts. So the cashier left me to figure out my innovation of securing the desserts without care or thought. Once I got home, my boyfriend and I ate the food and were not impressed. Also, they didn't add pickles to my cheeseburger, got the order wrong. By this time, the food was already cold. I was shocked at the lack of quality and freshness of the food was, and was not satisfying at all. This was over priced junk food, $50 total, so disappointing. In conclusion, I will not return to burgerfi. The food and service did not meet my expectations. The lack of communication, enthusiasm, care and tact at this place was beyond me. Very disorganized and long wait times for a fast food joint! The place seems like it's ran by teens, and they may need some more proper training, customer service training, hire more staff and possibly a manager to keep things moving and in line. I will stick with SHAKE SHACK! read more

Second time in a row that it was a disaster there. Last time everything including the fries were way over cooked: This time I tried the new burger especially for the onion straws only to pay extra to throw them away. Burger was also on the edge of being underdone. Fries were cooked good but we ordered one urban style and all they did was toss the sauce in a cup. I asked about the seasoning and Parmesan and the dude was like that is how they come. Uh no we have been eating them for years now. Go to the location in west Boca it's not too much further away and way better, it's just more of a pain to park and for me annoying as I literally live up the street from this one unfortunately!!! read more

The most recent visit was a "5" - food was fresh, bun soft, fries delish, and they got the order right.

Love the CEO burger. Comfy seating good ambience outside for dinner was great. My kid loved unlimited soda dispenser. The loaded fries is to die for. Milkshake is yummy as always read more

Expect an hour wait minimum. And for the staff to accept zero accountability or notify you at the cashier that there is a wait. Needs a new manager to keep things organized and manage the staff better. Worse than Coral Springs ‍ read more

yuck! no wonder such poor reviews. I've had better burgers at McDonald's. asked for fries not overdone. definitely clear the burger was re heated, fries laying around and put back in oil to beyond crispy, could have had a bag of potato chips. only good thing...the shake. My kids love the fries and chicken tenders sometimes but they are super slow and worst service ever. Today I ordered a chicken sandwich for pickup from the app, took it home with my kids food, and it was disgusting. Breading soggy, inside was pink and springy as if it was still raw. Had to throw it out. When I called the person who picked up said I had to come back in to get a refund. Like I said, that's the kind of service to expect. read more

We drove over 1/2 hr. to try out this BurgerFi. Got there at 9:32pm, there were at least 6 employees (3-not doing anything) was asked if I had an online order, I said no I'm here to order. The employee responded "Unless your picking up an order, we're no longer serving customers." So excuse us for not ordering online!! My family was besides ourselves as this seems to be a new pattern...start closing at least 1/2 hr. before posted time, give snarky looks & a condescending attitude. BEYOND poor customer service at this Burger Fi! We ended up going to Wendy's, where we received quick service & descent customer service w/less workers than BurgerFi. I hope BurgerFi management remediates & trains appropriately! read more

Noticed team members helping a customer with an online order error. Was very nice to see.

Good Service Food was Good Place was clean my first time there will go back for sure. I Love the burgers

Hair in my burger, clearly not mine, half eaten at the restaurant brought it forward to the counter and politely said - "please do what you do for this," aka take care of me as a customer, who comes to this place regularly and I didn't want to make a scene or be loud at all because there was a line. The girl didn't do anything didn't tell a manager, etc. Had to go back up. The manager was so nice in the end and gave us a refund but it was so gross. It happens. But still gross. Also gross bc they have sooooo many flys everywhere read more

Cold grilled chicken sandwich, fries not edible and onion rings have a funny taste. Will not be back. Cannot recommend.

The service was excellent. The young lady who took our order was very patient and kind. She explained everything to me due to my gluten allergy. This burger joint is pretty good for those with gluten intolerances. I'm not sure what their protocols are and I should have asked but I didn't have any reactions, which is rare. Overall, the food was very good. I ordered a burger and fries. The burger wasn't dry, which is a bonus, and the toppings were decent as well. I enjoy the fries as they taste like they're hand cut. They're not oily tasting and you can taste the fries itself. I am happy I tried this place and I'd definitely recommended it to others. read more

I came when they first opened and they were fine. Came back a few days ago, and there was a 25 minute wait for food from when you ordered. The girl at the register did announce this to everybody, but I was already next to order so I figured I could wait. I got the chocolate shake and a regular burger-- Shake was great, but the burger was pretty cold, and the bun tasted a bit stale. I think a lot of this is due to the fact that it's a really new location and they're working on adjusting + ironing out things, so I would wait a month or two before going to this location. EDIT: Location is older than I had thought, so disregard my benefit of the doubt read more

This is one of my favorite spots since it has opened. My family loves the food and we were regular customers. The service was bad for a short time but we decided to give it another try and it did not disappoint. The food was delicious and came out very quickly! Danielle was amazing! She was very helpful and got us everything we needed. I highly recommend! read more

I wish i could give zero stars. Employees on break eating Chik Fil A where customers sit. The employees were beyond rude. No one behind the counter. I will never get from this location again. This needs to be handled and so unprofessional. I take my food to go and there is hair in food. Never again. read more

Cold food - undercooked chicken tenders, missing items on delivery. If this location is simply too busy to keep up - they should not offer a delivery service. Really disappointed with this location of burger FI. I realize some restaurants are understaffed but it's really no excuse for such sloppy mistakes. We have tried this location several times and never have been happy. read more

Not sure what happened to this place. Total garbage. Being run by a bunch of teenagers. 4 staff sitting down eating at 4pm. Line 6 people deep, food took forever and it was GROSS! Overcooked burger, hard to swallow. Go to a fast food place down the road. The burger will be better. read more

First time at this location, we often visit the Burger Fi on SW 18 street nearby. Two of us walked in 15 minutes after they opened for lunch. Just one other pair of customers in the place, yet the floors were slippery, food all over the floors. Took 3 tries to find a clean table, likely never wiped down from the day before. Even then my wife had to swap chairs to avoid sitting in filth. The ketchup dispenser was empty, they had packets out, probably safer anyway. They get 2 stars for no food issues but we will be sure to visit other locations instead. read more

Cannot comment on food as it's fairly standard. Service and cleanliness is absolutely horrible. We've visited here several times in hopes that they would improve but unfortunately it's only gotten worse. Tables are constantly full of food remnants and disgusting. The condiment station is always filthy and not stocked full of flies. Service is based upon time it takes to get your food. 20min for dine in service even though I counted 9 individuals working or acting like they are working. On a positive note, everyone is friendly and apologizes for the wait. Always asking if you need something which is pleasant. Overall they need a good team leader at this location who is solid at managing. read more

We ate at burgerfi occasionally, but this will be the last, especially at this location. Long line of people, and had to wait a long time for my pre-ordered order. There were others cancelling their orders. Many angry customers on a fri evening. There were at least 8 workers in the back, but orders were extremely slow to come out. The fries were inedible. They charged $5.50 for soggy oily fries. Wow. My kids also asked not to come back. read more

after reading the previous reviews it seems their customer service has not improved .after 30 days. just another customer here that !had a wait 30 minutes for my order and they didn't even get it right !I told the guy 3 times I wanted a double Angus Burger But with the stuff that comes with the veggie ..cheese and quinoa And multigrain bun. But when I looked at my receipt Andrew told me heard me order to veggie burgers ....it was not correct! I told him that was not correct and he said hes too busy now. when I got my order it was only one Burger so I had away another 10 minutes for the other veggie Burger because I was too tired and hungry to argue!! I guess I should have read the reviews first. All I wanted was a quick meal to feed my kids while taking care of my husband who has Covid. Instead I got this still breathing burger. Praying I don't get sick as well now. The manager of the store couldn't do anything for me and blamed it on the grill malfunction. Please do not put your health at risk ordering from this location.
