the store is very well organized, the workers are very friendly and got my order right every time

Stopped by recently for a burger and fries. Unfortunately it took way longer than expected to get my food. When I walked in there was nobody at the counter to take my order so I used the kiosk. As I was waiting for my food, I noticed the staff were having some sort of issue and were shouting at each other. Aside from me, there were a handful of other people waiting who looked frustrated and annoyed with the situation. Not the best vibe for the customers. Anyway when the food came out about 15 minutes later, it looked great but surprisingly the temperature of both the burger and fries was a little bit cooler than I expected. It was tasty, but not piping hot. If it was hot it would have easily been a five star burger and fries. Overall three stars from me, primarily because of the long wait and the food temperature not being what I expected. I probably wouldn't go back anytime soon. read more

BurgerFi - Burger and fries - Burgers Near Me - Boca Raton, Florida

I love Burgerfi, but this is easily the worst location I've ever been to. The tap to order screen showed there were items not available that they had, so we ordered with someone. No biggie. We ordered a burger, sweet potato waffle fries, and fries, and our friends ordered a veggie burger and fries. 5 minutes after paying, an employee tells us they ran out of sweet potato waffle fries (after we asked at the counter if they had them to which she replied yes), so we just made them regular instead of getting a refund. Our order came out after 10 minutes. The fries were half cooked, soggy, and cold. There was no one else here behind us ordering. We waited 30 minutes and went to the counter to ask why the veggie burger and fries were taking so long. They forgot to tell us it was ready and had been sitting on their counter the whole time. The employee was very sweet and kept apologizing, but it was a total mess. She had apparently typed in pick up instead of dine in which is why our stuff also was in bags. Go somewhere else. read more

Very fast service and orders come out quick. Food is always on point and shakes are the best. Nice shopping plaza

Waited 30 mins for my refund.... Not waiting for food because they ran out. Wouldn't/couldn't refund my credit card. Had to wait for the manager to come with cash. Very sketchy. read more

I have ordered online twice for pickup. Food was ready and on time. Easy online ordering and easy pickup in store. Burgers are really good, tried the bowl as well, very good, not a big fan of their fries , I like mine on the crispier side but the truffle fries are good. Better alternative if you want a burger other than McDonald's.No complaints. Store has been clean and staff attentive when I came in. read more

Admittedly, BurgerFi has excellent burgers, and I love their veggie burgers. However, every time I order online for delivery where everything is written out clearly there is always a mistake on my order. I thought after the first time it would get rectified, but this is the third time this has happened. Three strikes and you're out. We will no longer be going to BurgerFi, at least at this location read more

Great food and staff always clean and friendly will definitely recommend the burgers here they are made with love

Let me first say that I love Burgerfi burgers, their lettuce buns are like no other burger place! This location has in the past had not been the best location in my past experience but my most recent experience was phenomenal! The food was excellent and the service was stellar! In addition to the burgers we had the chicken sliders, the chicken was tender and the breading was perfectly seasoned. Looks like they are stepping it up! We WILL be coming back to this location again! read more

Ordered food on February 8th. Over $40 worth and when I went to pick it up, the employee indicated they are closed. Another group of folks experienced the same thing. The employee said he was at the store by himself. Maybe they wanted to watch the Super Bowl. They said to call the store and the manager would refund us the money. However the phone there is never picked up. I've called several times for a few days and nothing. Very disappointing read more

BurgerFi - Cashier - Burgers Near Me - Boca Raton, Florida

Of all the amazing restaurants in Boca my kids begged to have this for dinner. I went out with my mom to run a few errands and we said we would pick it up on the way home. Little did I know picking up BurgerFi would result in 45 wasted minutes of my life that I would never get back. There was a sign that said kids eat free on Mondays and the place was packed kids on this particular Monday. We waited in line and finally gave up when we noticed you could order from a large computer. The woman behind the counter watched us attempt to order for about 15 minutes and then let us know that it wasn't working....not so helpful. So then we replaced our order with her. The only good thing about this is that the same exact order seemed to be $15 less expensive thru her than thru the computer. They told us it would be really within minutes, but we waited...and waited...and waited. When we checked in she said another 3 minutes so we waited...and waited...and waited. We finally left with 4 burgers and a few orders of fries. I told my kids to enjoy because this was likely their last burgerfi experience to which they responded "nooooo." According to them it was worth the wait, but then again they weren't the ones waiting. read more

I was there with my family on a Sunday. We each order a burger with fries and and a drink. The burgers were really good and cooked as we specified. The place was clean. I had no complains about this visit. Service was fine too and the staff were friendly. read more

Brought my family to Glades BurgerFi. They show as open on Sunday 1:00. They locked the doors and said that they are not serving. Very disappointing for a restaurant to not be open during their posted hours. Don't risk the journey--they may or may not be open. I know I will never risk the drive again. read more

Decent burger and very clean inside. The order was ready promptly. Still haven't found anyone who can beat Chili's $10.99 deal with a burger times and a half bigger. read more

BurgerFi - BURGERFI CHEESEBURGER - Burgers Near Me - Boca Raton, Florida

So, we have vacillated regarding this BurgerFi over the years, and unfortunately, as excited as I was to grab my usual Beyonds, it was a disappointing pick-up. First, I really don't know how, but they really messed up the order in annoying ways; the wrong cheese on the wrong burgers which, at $1.40 extra for a slice of cheese, is not a small detail, and one was supposed to have no onions, and they missed that one. They also don't mark the burgers; with 3 different orders, it's really impossible for us to eyeball... at $11 bucks a burger, they could label them. I took a bite out of my wife's and she mine before we could tell; no bueno. Finally, the $3 coleslaw was a half cup of mayo...come on, guys, cabbage is the cheapest produce in America, at least fill the cup!!! read more

On May 2, 2026, I went into BurgerFi uptown. Boca the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced the woman manager in there was awful. I've never been treated with disrespect from this woman. I can't believe that they would let somebody like that work there. She was clueless with no skills . I left without taking my food. She was the absolute worst. The food is good the burgers, but they've always made mistakes every single time .,I always pick up." And check to always be disappointed.I will never go to this location ever again it's not worth the aggravation because their managers are the worst. if I can give this a zero I would my wife is a teacher and she brings the kids in there twice a month. She will not bring them in there ever again at least 15 kids , per trip this place won't stay in business in the end, I guess the owner just doesn't care Do yourself a favor and stay away. read more

Is there any adult supervision at this restaurant? More often than not my order is wrong. Tonight I ordered a burger with onions, pickles, fried egg and sauce. It came with no sauce and no onions but with cheese that I didn't order. My husband ordered a burger with onions, mushrooms, pickles and cheese. It came with no onions and no cheese. The burgers were practically burned. From now on I'll go to the other Boca location even though it is further away. read more

I don't often write reviews for fast food restaurants but I couldn't allow the level of service I received at this location to go unnoticed. I went in and ordered using their kiosk a rodeo burger with s bunch of changes and onion rings and paid. shortly after placing my order a young lady comes out and says sorry we don't have any onion rings today. I frowned and was like I don't want french fries. I was really looking forward to their onion rings. I was expecting that I'd get a refund. I waited patiently and after a few minutes, I was like you know what it's ok, you can give me the fries. The young lady goes but I'm making the onion rings now. I saw this young lady LITERALLY slicing onions and then putting batter on them. SHOCKED - first to find out their onion rings are made fresh and not frozen in a bag. Second that she went out of her way to satisfy my urge for onion rings. I haven't received that level of service at a high-end restaurant. I was very impressed. I hope the owners of this location realize, the gem they have in that employee. Best and freshest onion rings ever. read more

I walked in at 2:30. The store was dead. The attendant was not friendly when I went to ask to do an order she just pointed and told me to do the order on the computer. I did my order. My burger was ready quickly. I ordered a milkshake when they brought me the burger. The woman said your milkshake will be ready shortly. I stood there waited another five minutes. They took another order from somebody else I had to stand up, walk up to the counter and ask for my milkshake the girl complained to the attendant you didn't do the milkshake. She walked in the back brought me the milkshake. They have bad attitudes and no idea how to do service also, one of the kids from the back working their walks out walks into the bathroom with his jeans hanging below his rear end, which I don't think that's professional. read more

Burgers are great, but most of the help needs to be replaced, will not return until they get better ppl

Don't bother coming to this location! They will go out of business eventually for poor customer service and did not care about the food they serve. Two women absolutely lazy talking Creole doing nothing looking at each other and chatting.. no customers in line. Two customers already eating. They refused to help a customer, myself, order at the register. They want customer to depend on a kiosk only, which doesn't work always to use a reward. Even so it's my choice if I want to self order something or not which the same applies if I want to use self register at the store for shopping or not. It's their job to provide appropriate customer service. If I wanted to order it, I would've order it on the phone, but I was driving and couldn't. Plus, I went inside with an intention. Refusing to serve a customer is beyond disgraceful and disrespectful. They wouldn't survive a single day in the Corporate world. I had a small child w me, in a rush to quickly order and go. If I had extra time to waste maybe I would have. Their job is to treat customers w respect and take their order. I even asked for a manager and she points at her. The same woman that wouldn't close her mouth chatting and doing nothing. She went in the back of the kitchen for some reason. That's how busy they were. This place needs to shut down as soon as possible. Let's open something worth visiting and don't waste the space on their poor customer service! Food is mediocre anyway. I refused to get anything there, and will never get anything from there again. I'll write an email and file a complaint. Culver's amazing if you want a burger for a change or Shake Shack. read more

A very poor experience. The drink machine that was working was filthy. The second drink machine was turned off. Several drinks were not available. The hamburger was awful. It was served close to raw. Feeling lousy after eating there. I hate to leave any business a negative review, but in this case there is just no alternative. I can see that many others have had a similar experience. It seems that there is probably no oversight by the corporate office. Unfortunately, I won't eat there again. read more

Burger was good and employees were nice but...Out of eggs. Out of knives. Out of paper towels in the restroom.

Christine and Brittany were extremely helpful and the food was excellent! I highly recommend this particular Burgerfi location.

9/2/24 My First time at BurgerFI. First the good. Then the bad. Nice helpful service people. All appeared to be women, even in the kitchen. Liked the onion rings alot. Ambience just fine for a burger joint. Now THE BAD. My CEO burger single was served luke warm. Was NOT in my subjective opinion delicious. My friend ordered the Burger Bowl with everything for $11 said burger was very small, salad mostly lettuce. She felt like it was a meal for a kid. She would not order again. I find Five Guys burgers to be much much much tastier and better. Problem for me might be that I wanted onion rings and FivevGuys to my recollection does not have onion rings on their menu and I generally dont want a Burger at Burger King. Plus Burger King onion rings are not that good. I am not planning to ever return to BurgerFI. read more

Almost no drinks are available in the fountain machine, napkins missing from the napkin tray on tables. Plastic silverware is nonexistent, not refilled. I have to say the nuggets were great. My son loved them. Fresh and yummy. The burger was not what I remembered. My first visit about 5 years ago was epic and memorable. This past time it was meh. Just meh. It had like a burnt flavor and otherwise not much flavor at all. The service was fine and the place was clean with lots of seating. But next time I'll get my burger elsewhere. read more

A special shout-out to the staff at this new location! After reading about Martha Stewart becoming a board member, I thought it was time to give it a shot from the usual. I ordered through the app for pickup. There was a huge line of people and orders weren't quite ready. 2 people were screaming -- 1 about waiting an extra 5 minutes, screaming "This is HORRIBLE customer service" and another that ordered over-the-phone but through the wrong location. I witnessed the staff handle both issues so professionally. They had the first person who ordered at the wrong location's order ready in 3 minutes with her giving a thunderous applause... and the other truly deserved to wait 10 minutes. This brought back horrific memories of working retail and they handled it so well. Onto the food -- yummmm! We got the TriFi with burger, fries and a drink. This puts other burger joints to shame and Is a true Floridian staple! read more

First of all the reviews and ways that folks complain can be so unkind when folks are simply just trying to make some money. And I get it I've done it and might do it again cuz words are a powerful tool. So I'm writing to share my words in a peaceful way that demonstrates gratitude. I have came here several times by self and with my family. Each time we have been greeted immediately, kind humans working there. I definitely want to shout out Flo. Each time because of our dietary needs we order family size fries and beyond vegan burger on a lettuce wrap read more

Overall a terrible experience and wouldn't recommend. The dining area was trashed. Trash on the ground, tables and chairs just left wherever. An older lady asked to order with a real person rather than the online kiosk and they ignored her. People were verbally fighting in the dining area, and workers did nothing to stop it. The Coke Freestyle only had 5 kinds of soda to chose from, all which were diet and all the surpy flavors were out. We asked for no cheese on our burgers, and the burgers came out with cheese. We waited over 30 minutes just for the food to come out wrong, I initially asked for a refunded but it was refused with a head nodding no. We asked for them to remake it which in return, the cheese was just scraped off the patties. Our truffle fires were covered in the white sauce, you couldn't even see the fries underneath it. The workers also did not speak, they would just nod. read more

I was hoping to up the stars of this location today as I do appreciate hard workers. The cashier was working hard taking orders and making the icecream orders. This place is a beautifully located BurgerFi. I wanted a quick burger today. There are so many choices in this shopping center. This review is not because they made mistakes on my order because we all make mistakes and they can be easily corrected. My issue is with my ordering a burger which is listed in prices without the cheese but she rang it up with the cheese. Three tries to get it right but she told me that it automatically comes with cheese unless I say NO CHEESE. I didn't order a cheeseburger so don't ring up a cheeseburger! I hate cheese on my burger, especially American. My final order was correct but overly salty. I did not enjoy my lunch. read more

It was OK but nothing special. The burger was decent although I thought it was overpriced. And $4.00 for a side of fries? No thanks. Most people, including myself will post if they don't like something. Today is a sunny day. I ordered the other night at the Boca SW18th location and went home with an order that wasn't correct. It's fascinating the concept they have at this location; it's the first time I've ever been into this franchise, although I've heard numerous people recommend it. I had the Swag double wagyu beef hamburger mixed with charred brisket jalapeños, sweet tomato relish, candied ghost pepper bacon, pepper jack cheese, and hot steak sauce. Let's start by saying that the service was good and the food was delivered timely, and The french fries were excellent. The burger was juicy, and you could taste the hot sauce and pepper jack bacon from the first bite. While I wouldn't rate this burger as the top burger I've ever had, I would probably say it somewhere in the middle. The biggest disappointment I had in that place was when I asked the gentleman behind the counter, "what sets you apart from other restaurants like this" he couldn't answer the question. It would be nice to walk into a restaurant for the first time and know why they feel better than the next guy, and this guy had no clue. Would I go back again? I would go back because it's convenient to my house, the food is edible, but for 20 bucks, there are much better options read more
