I don't often write reviews for fast food restaurants but I couldn't allow the level of service I received at this location to go unnoticed. I went in and ordered using their kiosk a rodeo burger with s bunch of changes and onion rings and paid. shortly after placing my order a young lady comes out and says sorry we don't have any onion rings today. I frowned and was like I don't want french fries. I was really looking forward to their onion rings. I was expecting that I'd get a refund. I waited patiently and after a few minutes, I was like you know what it's ok, you can give me the fries. The young lady goes but I'm making the onion rings now. I saw this young lady LITERALLY slicing onions and then putting batter on them. SHOCKED - first to find out their onion rings are made fresh and not frozen in a bag. Second that she went out of her way to satisfy my urge for onion rings. I haven't received that level of service at a high-end restaurant. I was very impressed. I hope the owners of this location realize, the gem they have in that employee. Best and freshest onion rings ever. read more

On May 2, 2026, I went into BurgerFi uptown. Boca the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced the woman manager in there was awful. I've never been treated with disrespect from this woman. I can't believe that they would let somebody like that work there. She was clueless with no skills . I left without taking my food. She was the absolute worst. The food is good the burgers, but they've always made mistakes every single time .,I always pick up." And check to always be disappointed.I will never go to this location ever again it's not worth the aggravation because their managers are the worst. if I can give this a zero I would my wife is a teacher and she brings the kids in there twice a month. Burgers are really good, tried the bowl as well, very good, not a big fan of their fries , I like mine on the crispier side but the truffle fries are good. Of all the amazing restaurants in Boca my kids begged to have this for dinner. I went out with my mom to run a few errands and we said we would pick it up on the way home. Little did I know picking up BurgerFi would result in 45 wasted minutes of my life that I would never get back. There was a sign that said kids eat free on Mondays and the place was packed kids on this particular Monday. We waited in line and finally gave up when we noticed you could order from a large computer. The woman behind the counter watched us attempt to order for about 15 minutes and then let us know that it wasn't working....not so helpful. So then we replaced our order with her. The only good thing about this is that the same exact order seemed to be $15 less expensive thru her than thru the computer. They told us it would be really within minutes, but we waited...and waited...and waited. When we checked in she said another 3 minutes so we waited...and waited...and waited. We finally left with 4 burgers and a few orders of fries. I told my kids to enjoy because this was likely their last burgerfi experience to which they responded "nooooo." They took another order from somebody else I had to stand up, walk up to the counter and ask for my milkshake the girl complained to the attendant you didn't do the milkshake. They have bad attitudes and no idea how to do service also, one of the kids from the back working their walks out walks into the bathroom with his jeans hanging below his rear end, which I don't think that's professional. read more

So, we have vacillated regarding this BurgerFi over the years, and unfortunately, as excited as I was to grab my usual Beyonds, it was a disappointing pick-up. First, I really don't know how, but they really messed up the order in annoying ways; the wrong cheese on the wrong burgers which, at $1.40 extra for a slice of cheese, is not a small detail, and one was supposed to have no onions, and they missed that one. They also don't mark the burgers; with 3 different orders, it's really impossible for us to eyeball... at $11 bucks a burger, they could label them. I took a bite out of my wife's and she mine before we could tell; no bueno. Don't bother coming to this location! They will go out of business eventually for poor customer service and did not care about the food they serve. Two women absolutely lazy talking Creole doing nothing looking at each other and chatting.. no customers in line. Two customers already eating. They refused to help a customer, myself, order at the register. They want customer to depend on a kiosk only, which doesn't work always to use a reward. Even so it's my choice if I want to self order something or not which the same applies if I want to use self register at the store for shopping or not. It's their job to provide appropriate customer service. If I wanted to order it, I would've order it on the phone, but I was driving and couldn't. Plus, I went inside with an intention. Refusing to serve a customer is beyond disgraceful and disrespectful. They wouldn't survive a single day in the Corporate world. I had a small child w me, in a rush to quickly order and go. If I had extra time to waste maybe I would have. Their job is to treat customers w respect and take their order. I even asked for a manager and she points at her. The same woman that wouldn't close her mouth chatting and doing nothing. She went in the back of the kitchen for some reason. That's how busy they were. A very poor experience. The drink machine that was working was filthy. The second drink machine was turned off. Several drinks were not available. The hamburger was awful. It was served close to raw. Feeling lousy after eating there. I hate to leave any business a negative review, but in this case there is just no alternative. I can see that many others have had a similar experience. Ambience just fine for a burger joint. Now THE BAD. My CEO burger single was served luke warm. Was NOT in my subjective opinion delicious. My friend ordered the Burger Bowl with everything for $11 said burger was very small, salad mostly lettuce. She felt like it was a meal for a kid. She would not order again. I find Five Guys burgers to be much much much tastier and better. Problem for me might be that I wanted onion rings and FivevGuys to my recollection does not have onion rings on their menu and I generally dont want a Burger at Burger King. Overall a terrible experience and wouldn't recommend. The dining area was trashed. Trash on the ground, tables and chairs just left wherever. It's fascinating the concept they have at this location; it's the first time I've ever been into this franchise, although I've heard numerous people recommend it. I had the Swag double wagyu beef hamburger mixed with charred brisket jalapeños, sweet tomato relish, candied ghost pepper bacon, pepper jack cheese, and hot steak sauce. Let's start by saying that the service was good and the food was delivered timely, and The french fries were excellent. The burger was juicy, and you could taste the hot sauce and pepper jack bacon from the first bite. While I wouldn't rate this burger as the top burger I've ever had, I would probably say it somewhere in the middle. The biggest disappointment I had in that place was when I asked the gentleman behind the counter, "what sets you apart from other restaurants like this" he couldn't answer the question. It would be nice to walk into a restaurant for the first time and know why they feel better than the next guy, and this guy had no clue. Would I go back again? Holy cheeseburgers, this place is bad. I'm not even talking about the food quality, which isn't so hot either, but the service and the physical location is really a total disaster. I placed a mobile order, but when I walked in, there was no dedicated pickup area. While looking around, the place looked like no one had cleaned up the BurgerFi in hours; trash all over, garbage on the tables. The line was pretty much out the door, yet their was only one girl, at the one register they had in the store. After kind of just waiting around, one guy suggested the bags behind the counter in the kitchen area were take out orders, so he went to go look. The register girl came screaming at him to leave the area immediately; he asked if anyone could help everyone here waiting for their to go orders. Of course, my order had been sitting there the entire time, but at least 15 minutes had past since anyone came over to help. A total service disaster. And by the way, just rude and miserable beyond belief. Food was bland at best. Just NO. Save yourself and go to Shake Shack. I usually don't give bad ratings or reviews but this one had to be said. I came here to try out burger fi for the first time, and order "To Go". I stood in a long line for about 15 minutes before reaching the cashier. Quickly, the line became longer behind me. Finally, I reached the cashier and order two cheeseburgers (one cheeseburger with pickles) 1 regular fried onions and 1 cry + fry, 4 concrete desserts to try them out (I thought they were mini, from the looks of the picture on the menu, boy was I wrong) he then took my name for the order. I then sat down to wait as I understandably saw how busy this place is. There was about 3-4 people in the kitchen...I did not see any urgency from any of them. I waited patiently, and waited and did some more waiting. About another 20-30 minutes of waiting I looked around and saw everyone who was behind me, already sat down with their food served and eating. So then I decided to get up and check with the staff if my food was ready? One of the staff members checked my receipt and just handed me a bag that was already sitting in front of him. This annoyed me even more as I thought they would call out my name when my order was ready! I was then handed 4 overflowing desserts without any lid or covers, asked them if they had a cover or something since I'm taking this to go and this would fly around in my car. The staff member said no, and that those weren't even the cups for the dessert. So I asked them to give me any lid and another cup holder tray so I can secure these desserts. So the cashier left me to figure out my innovation of securing the desserts without care or thought. Once I got home, my boyfriend and I ate the food and were not impressed. Also, they didn't add pickles to my cheeseburger, got the order wrong. By this time, the food was already cold. I was shocked at the lack of quality and freshness of the food was, and was not satisfying at all. This was over priced junk food, $50 total, so disappointing. In conclusion, I will not return to burgerfi. The food and service did not meet my expectations. The lack of communication, enthusiasm, care and tact at this place was beyond me. Very disorganized and long wait times for a fast food joint! The place seems like it's ran by teens, and they may need some more proper training, customer service training, hire more staff and possibly a manager to keep things moving and in line.
