For what kind of burger joint it is, I would say Burgerfi has great quality. The burgers are obviously not frozen patties and the buns are nice (& stamped with Burgerfi). We ordered 2 burgers and the mixed fries/onion rings for two, and we couldn't finish all the fries between the two of us. The onion rings are really good. A step up from fast food. If "Red Robin" and "Whataburger" had a baby it would be "Burgerfi". Order at the counter, pay, grab beers, find a table, food delivered, eat, and then bus your own table. Food was good, dining room clean, and service was friendly. It didn't change my life but it also didn't disappoint. They do a good job at what they do. Location is great and the decor is also. I love when a business (even a chain) decorates for the locals rather than try to please everyone (aka, all Auburn and zero bama stuff). The food is great. Pulled off the interstate for lunch at prime time; all of the other nearby restaurants were packed so we tried BurgerFi which only had a few customers (I now understand why). Somehow I forget about Burger Fi in Auburn. Yes, it's a chain but still a good option for delicious burgers. I've only gotten their basic cheeseburger with grilled onions but there's nothing simple about it...even the buns are flavorful. If you prefer chicken or something other than beef, their grilled chicken sandwiches are apparently a good option as well. A large order of fries was a huge portion and shockingly, too many for three of us (and that wasn't even the largest size!). I really enjoyed their fries because they tasted fresh, non-greasy, and actually like potatoes unlike other fast food establishments. They also have bottled beer and wine as an option, too. You order at the counter and seat yourself (or take to-go). Prices aren't cheap per se, but I would say that it is worth the quality. BurgerFi has amazing burgers and even better fries. I got the Conflicted burger and the Urban Fries. They were amazing and sooo much food. The service was really nice and the food came out fast compared to that joke of a store in Opelika. If you care about service and want the service you're paying for, I definitely recommend coming to this location. I spoke with a manager that used to be the store manager over at the Opelika one, and he was actually the only reason I ever went to that one. I am confused as to why this restaurant received so many positive reviews. When approaching the counter to order, my cashier was not very welcoming and we felt rushed to order. Given the prices of the items on the menu, I was expecting a really awesome burger and basket of fries but instead received a very small burger and a basket of overcooked fries. Fries were the only decent thing there, if they would have been hot that would have been nice. There claim to fame is the great meat. It's still hamburger.
