I'm in town visiting for parents weekend at AU. I have my daughter the choice of any restaurant to go to for dinner thinking she might pick a place she hasn't been to, can't afford on a college budget ...etc. Well, let me tell you, I was surprised when she said she wanted to go to a burger joint. That is, until I stepped foot into BurgerFi. Bright, clean, with a buzz of positive energy. It was a game night and the place was hopping but the staff was polite and friendly and the food was a great value. Big juicy, fresh double burgers, hand cut fries that is drive miles to eat. I was very impressed! In Boston there is Walburgers. But I'd go to BurgerFi any day over their place. Wish you'd open up on New England. read more

The burgers were pretty good! They had a good selection on beer choices as well. The fries were actually so good, that they were a bit overbearing on the rest of the meal. We went during one of the football games, so it was a little packed. We got lucky and got a table pretty easily though. read more

Burger Fi is good if you go at the right time when it's not to overly busy-if it's crowded the food definitely does take a dive in quality and taste. The fries are always pretty good though and the service is always very good. read more

Breakfast all day burger is awesome as well as brisket burger. I ordered off the secret menu (urban fries are so good). The custard is amazing and if you order concrete, they serve it to you upside down! Also, Kobe beef dog is by far the best hotdog I have ever had. This place has some of the best burgers I have had. I'm a college student so money can be tight and all the places around here have similar prices for burgers. Location is great and the decor is also. I love when a business (even a chain) decorates for the locals rather than try to please everyone (aka, all Auburn and zero bama stuff). The food is great. I might go so far as to say they have the best french fries in Auburn. Beware the parking situation though. Honestly the worst hamburger I've had in my 60 years. Pulled off the interstate for lunch at prime time; all of the other nearby restaurants were packed so we tried BurgerFi which only had a few customers (I now understand why). Very expensive and the burgers are served very near raw and taste more like fish than steak. I was starved but couldn't eat it. Somehow I forget about Burger Fi in Auburn. Yes, it's a chain but still a good option for delicious burgers. I've only gotten their basic cheeseburger with grilled onions but there's nothing simple about it...even the buns are flavorful. If you prefer chicken or something other than beef, their grilled chicken sandwiches are apparently a good option as well. A large order of fries was a huge portion and shockingly, too many for three of us (and that wasn't even the largest size!). I really enjoyed their fries because they tasted fresh, non-greasy, and actually like potatoes unlike other fast food establishments. They also have bottled beer and wine as an option, too. You order at the counter and seat yourself (or take to-go). Prices aren't cheap per se, but I would say that it is worth the quality. The service is relatively fast and they thankfully have a shared parking lot since we all know Auburn parking is not always the easiest. read more

BurgerFi has amazing burgers and even better fries. I got the Conflicted burger and the Urban Fries. They were amazing and sooo much food. The service was really nice and the food came out fast compared to that joke of a store in Opelika. If you care about service and want the service you're paying for, I definitely recommend coming to this location. I spoke with a manager that used to be the store manager over at the Opelika one, and he was actually the only reason I ever went to that one. I'm glad he's still running a BurgerFi well, he is definitely someone I would trust with a store. I just wish they could find someone even half as good to run that Opelika store... read more

I am confused as to why this restaurant received so many positive reviews. When approaching the counter to order, my cashier was not very welcoming and we felt rushed to order. Given the prices of the items on the menu, I was expecting a really awesome burger and basket of fries but instead received a very small burger and a basket of overcooked fries. My husband and I were both highly disappointed and greatly wished we had gone elsewhere. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone! read more

Really fresh, tasty food served in a great clean, contemporary environment made this so much better than most burger joints. There are just enough burger and hot dog choices to make everyone in my group happy, and the toppings available as options on the fries were yummy. We ordered a bucket of fries, and the serving size was perfect for the four of us. The only tiny complaint was that the burgers were a little on the small side for the hungry men in the group. I went on opening day and have been back several times since. It is good. Consistently good. Best ever? No. Flavor & toppings are much like five guys/cheeburger except they have burgerfi sauce (think in&out, Big Mac sauce) and special fries. Get the Urban Fries if you're feeling especially gluttonous.
