I went on opening day and have been back several times since. It is good. Consistently good. Best ever? No. Flavor & toppings are much like five guys/cheeburger except they have burgerfi sauce (think in&out, Big Mac sauce) and special fries. Get the Urban Fries if you're feeling especially gluttonous. Really fresh, tasty food served in a great clean, contemporary environment made this so much better than most burger joints. There are just enough burger and hot dog choices to make everyone in my group happy, and the toppings available as options on the fries were yummy. We ordered a bucket of fries, and the serving size was perfect for the four of us. The only tiny complaint was that the burgers were a little on the small side for the hungry men in the group. I've visited twice, and wasn't thrilled with my experience. The service is on point; the staff seemed generous and intentional when taking my order, but my burger was less than satisfying. I can't have red meat, so naturally I went with their veggie burger, but both times it seemed lackluster in flavor and preparation. I have vistied Burger Fi 2 times and It was great each time. There fry and onion ring portions are very big ( you only need 1 to share between 2 people). The burgers were good also and my favorite part was the milkshake. I usually do not drink them but my boyfriend has got me hooked and I loved them here. My only con about this place is the price. I have never ordered on line for take away from BurgerFi and gotten exactly what I ordered. There is always something missing or different than what I requested. Why bother having all the options/instructions on line when they are never followed? On my last on-line purchase one order of fries that were supposed to be regular came with tons of parmesan stuff, and two others that were supposed to come with aioli had none once the order was unpacked at home. One burger was requested with grilled onions came with none, and another that requested grilled onion came with raw. I order on line with the hope that because it is then received on their screens exactly as I entered it the instructions would be followed. Silly me. read more

Pretty good burgers, fries aren't my favorite but I like really crisp fries and these aren't that. They don't taste bad though. It's really loud, so be ready to practically yell at everyone so they can hear you. Food is really expensive, spent nearly $30 on two average sized burgers and one tray of fries with two drinks that were actually kinda small. BurgerFi is usually pretty good. But today my experience was different. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger. I received a single cheeseburger without bacon. I brought this to the staffs attention. The staff person I spoke with was annoyed that I brought this to their attention. I told them I wanted what I ordered. The person started arguing with me about who knows what basically about slapping bacon onto my single not double burger. But they did get me a burger. It turns out they basically just slapped a second burger patty on the bun and added bacon. By the time I got the food it was cold. So two things and this is for the owner of the business. It can't be that hard to help a customer to get the right order without being annoyed and arguing. 2)when the order is being corrected why can't come back done right and not cold. The burgers taste pretty good but they aren't as big as say sonic burgers. They are also pretty pricey for just a burger and fries. I tried the salt and vinegar fries and it was as if they just poured red wine vinegar on the fries and sprinkled some salt on them. They weren't tasty at all. In town for work last week and need to grab a late bite. This is located close to the Hotel at Auburn where I attended an event. Several restaurants in the plaza but I had never tried BurgerFi so walked that way. It was busy and they quickly worked through the long line. Didn't know what to order so I stuck with a cheeseburger and fries. The burgers are double patty but I think you can order a single. They give you a disc to stick in the middle of the table. Got my soda and ketchup and my food quickly came to the table. Burger was good, cooked perfectly and the bread was nice and soft. The fries were fresh cut similar to Five guys. I had the BurgerFi Cheese Burger and even in all its simplicity, it was astounding. Wonderful quality, delicious taste!! Even my picky, 6 year old sister loved the food. The man who took our order was helpful in explaining what he thought would be enough to serve our group and was right! The manager was eager to ask about how our meal was which is unusual (but in a great way!) for this type of restaurant. The only thing I would change is the size/cost of the drinks. I had heard nothing but positive reviews about BurgerFi from all of my friends, and now I know why. I had the build your own with lettuce, grilled onions and mushrooms, jalapenos, and Fi sauce. It was wonderful! The burger was cooked well, and packed with flavor. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that the burger was a little smaller than I anticipated.
