During that interaction, I felt that my character was unfairly questioned and that I was accused of having an inappropriate relationship with her husband simply because I was a loyal customer. Whether intended or not, the experience was humiliating and completely changed my opinion of this establishment. No customer should leave feeling personally attacked or disrespected.
