there isn't a single person working the drive through even though there is a sign saying the dining room is closed and to go to the drive through. if your store is closed say it's closed and not have people waiting in a drive through line for 20 minute. BTW this was 4:30pm read more

We pulled in after we went to putt putt and the speaker was echo but at lest the line took 2 minute. The food was delicious but the milkshake machine wasn't working. Besides that the orders were correct and it was a good experience. read more

Sat the drive through line for 10 mins. They only took orders from two cars. Two more cars left. I gave up and went elsewhere.

Would have given this place no stars if I could have. Pulled up to the drive thru waited at least 4 minutes before acknowledging us. Then started to order and was told hang on and was another 2 minutes. Sadly there was only 1 other car in front of us so seems the incompetent staff can only handle 1 order at a time. I now fully understand when I pass by here why it's always empty. At this point you could close this place down and I am sure no one would even care. Dirty and slow! Food took forever to get and it wasn't even busy. The ceiling had dirty cobwebs hanging near the air vents. Bathrooms were filthy with one toilet clogged. The employees stand around in the back talking instead of preparing the food. Fries were over salted. It's hard to screw up fast food but this location accomplished to do so. I would give 0 stars if that was an option. There is absolutely nothing fast about this fast food BK location. Genuinely had the freshest and best chicken fries of my life from this Burger King. On top of the tasty chicken the service was absolutely wonderful and far exceeded any expectations I hold for fast food joints. What do you do if you want BK and the only one open has 2.5 stars on Yelp? You bare it. Absolutely high up there with the worst and slowest in Fast Food. Thirty five minutes on the inside line. Twelve minutes to get our order done, how do I know that. It was on the ordering screen above the food. The lady at the drive thru screaming at the top of her lungs, so much so that the cashier couldn't hear my order. Which didn't matter because on the screen the exact instructions where written and on my receipt but the person preparing the orders didn't seem to care. She figured this wasn't BK and she could do everything "her way" and not the customers. She made all the sandwiches wrong all six of them. WE were happy to just get out of there with our order. Visited this location at 8pm on Sunday 5/23/21. Ordered on the app and proceeded to the restraunt drive through. We were told that they could not fulfill our shake order or could not make out original chicken sandwiches. So we asked to cancel the order.. she said she could not cancel it and we would have to do it on our end. We explained that you can not cancel it on the app and she continued to just say I can't do nothing for ya. I went into the store was told the lobby was closed but explained to the same young lady " who is standing on the customer's side of the counter with a cigarette in her hand that I needed to know how to get a refund or the number to customer service to get one on our 36 dollar order. She then throws an attitude as she pulls it up on her phone and tells someone through the headset that they are not making any food now. As I walk out the door the gentlemen who she was talking to speeds away, obviously upset. As I was contacting customer service in the parking lot we watched as 5 or 6 more cars were turned away without service. As she was obviously not trying to work... this is by far the worst experience I have ever had at any Burger king... I will not return.... the young lady should not be working customer service period. Rude, nothing but attitude, and was inconvenienced by having to due her job. read more

Where to begin? It's Burger King. Not expecting fine dining. But competence should be the minimum. Took 15 minutes to get a burger. Not busy. Did not receive my drink and was given a small fry instead of the medium I paid for. Had to ask to get it corrected. Almost every order I saw either had to be fixed at the counter or people came back up to get it fixed. Floors were dirty. Tried to pay using Apple Pay and was told it wasn't working. Then used a credit card on the chip reader. Not working either. Paid with cash since I don't trust the security of a mag stripe reader. Hard pass. read more

Fries were okay, but smaller portions than anticipated, ordered one large and one regular. Remade food was not hot. No apology for staff mistakes, not even a verbal acknowledgment of staff mistakes. Beware! They are out of lots of things and don't tell you when you order. Things like paper cups, tomatoes. We asked for a double cheeseburger with only ketchup. It had mustard. I understand they may have some problems but they must tell you that when you have already paid for it. Many customers come back in while we waited with the same problems with their order. read more

Today I took my father in law , mother Inlaw and my wife to this Burger King. in Williamsburg VA. I went in with my mother in law to place our order, Transaction I.D.53067-24111-24909-030245, order#4. We used coupons and the order consisted of a $16.99 family whopper meal and one chicken meal and one additional whopper. and 3 sodas. I spebnt $36.19 as I remember. All the whoppers we paid for we ask for cheese at $1 additional per sandwich. Shortly into eating our whoppers we noticed that none of them had any cheese on them. I drove to the drive through window, knocked on the window and then proceeded to tell the lady at the window that none of our whoppers had cheese on them. She proceeded to say you have eaten too much of your whoppers and she cannot replace the whoppers. She was very unpleasant. Then two additional ladies came to the window and they were all rude and said we had eaten too much of the whoppers and they were not going to replace them even though they did not include the cheese we paid for. We gave them our whoppers and they were going to add cheese but after the rudness and the way they talked to us there is no way we would eat any food that would come out of the window. It is rare that I have ever had any issues with an order being prepared incorrectly at any burger kind however the way we expected them to handle it would be to say " I am sorry, what can we do to make it right or just a minute while we make new whoppers the way you ordered them". Instead we were told that we had eaten too much. My whopper probably had 20% missing, my mother in law the same and my father-in-law had eaten half. I am a resident of Williamsburg and I will NEVER go to this Burger King again and I would highly recommend that you either hire more customer focused employees or close the location down. I will tell everyone we know how bad my experience is and I will do it again and again. read more

The place is filthy! How does this pass health inspections? It needs a makeover. Floors, walls, counters, and just about everything is dirty. Bathroom looks like a gas station bathroom--the sink is stained yellow--not kidding. Kitchen was dirty too. Entire place needs a deep cleaning. Either this place is hurting financially or the manager does not care at all. Tables were not clean. Last time I eat here. Hope I don't get sick. Food took longer than it should have. I don't expect much from fast food places, but this is one of the worse I have been too. Down in Williamsburg on vacation. The kids said they wanted Burger King so I said why not. Two of the kids wanted Ckick-fila and that order went down so easy and smooth. I go over to BK and I'm told they can't fulfill any order for 20 minutes. Oddly specific time frame. Not being familiar with the area I said I'd wait. About 30 seconds go by and the woman behind the speaker says "I said we can't take your order for another 20 minutes, you need to get out of my drive thru lane and go park." No one behind me and I'm willing tio wait. Really........Even better, I talked to a girl at Great Wolf Lodge and she said never go there, it has a bad reputation. Unreal. The initial service was fine. We did not receive a receipt though. The food was good. There were no lids for medium sized cups and straws. Both of the trash cans were full. However... While were eating (in a booth by the window), we were not pleased to see employees standing at the front door smoking. Management may want to readdress store policies with the employees. read more

Came back tonight, and we had an actually good employee! Her name is Quilbie, and she was kind, friendly, and hardworking. She made sure got our orders correct, all pieces included. Time before this, however, we were met by an old, rude woman named Gail, who tried to argue with us that we got everything in our bag and that nothing was missing; She handed us a small bag with one order of fries and one bacon king jr., but we order two full meals. Always out of ingredients or close a half hour early. Employees and managers outside hanging out. Go inside annoyed to take drive thru order. Out of tomato's and pickles one night. I had an interaction with 3 of the workers at this location. The first one was sweet, the second one got my order wrong and she looked extremely intoxicated. The third one yelled at me for trying to correct my order, and told me "you get what you asked for" when I didn't even get what I asked for. The meat on my sandwich wasn't even fully cooked.
