My wife and I ordered 2 Whoppers, and 1 whopper Jr. with fries (order #16) to take home for a family lunch after purchasing our Christmas tree only to discover black hair in one of the Whoppers. HORRIBLE SERVICE. just refuse to serve us??? Would have gotten a $100 order but refused. Wish I could give negative stars

I visited restaurant #4884 on Rt. 31 in NJ. I wanted to redeem a promotion from "Tmobile Tuesdays" for a free "Impossible Whopper". I ordered the sandwich through the drive-thru and requested NO MAYO on it. She asked for the coupon code and for some reason it wouldn't when she entered. I offered to show her the promotion but that instead prompted her to use used a stern, condescending tone throughout the rest of my visit. I try to explain the promotion again. She continued to speak to me in that manner and state and emphasize that she would know about it because she was the manager. She repeated that she was the manager over and over again throughout this conversation and she knows everything about ongoing promotions and how to accept them. I then asked if I could once again show her because I started to feel bad that cars in the drive-thru are waiting for us to finish. She continued to speak and then pointed out that I was holding up the drive-thru and would need to pull out of the drive-thru to figure it out. *** Clearly she did not listen to my earlier suggestion. Although I agreed to do so, she continued to speak and would be quick to speak over me. Although she would claim throughout the conversation that I was not allowing her to speak. What was even more frustrating was that she stated that I would have to get back in line. I told that that was unacceptable and that there should be training on how to process this or on where to find the information on how to, because "I have redeemed this promotion in the past the last time it was offered and I redeemed at this restaurant, so I don't understand what changed." This did not recite that well at all. She then stated that I can call her boss if I have a problem with her solution. She then wouldn't give me his number because her boss wouldn't allow it (totally understandable, I wouldn't want my employees giving out my number either). So she then called him to explain for him to only tell her to honor the promotion. She continued with her Kurt, condensing tone while fulfilling the order. I don't think she has the understanding that her communication skills and body language created made her come off as antagonistic throughout this visit. Who knows, maybe she was having a bad day. Also throughout the conversation, I did try to explain how this visit was handled poorly and was poor customer service throughout the conversation. She would ask how only to cut me off when I began to explain. She was very adamant about how my statements were disrespectful to her trainers because they trained her to do her job. YIKES! After everything was over I went home to try to enjoy my "Impossible Whopper" with NO Mayo. I opened the sandwich and it HAD MAYO on it. SMH ***May I suggest coaching and training the managerial team on where to find the information on current company promotions and partnerships. I also work in the Quick Service Food Industry. What my company does is send out weekly Corporate Communications listing all promotions and external partnerships accompanied with instructions on how to redeem them. I then forward it to all my leadership team and team member so that they can provide better hospitality to our customers. Or at the very least, she could have shown a little empathy. She could have still refused the offer and I would have been fine with that if she had offered to take down my contact information and have the General Manager speak to me the next day. (All while not using a non-condescending antagonistic tone of voice) read more

Stay far away from this place you would think being one of only two fast food restaurants on route 31 this place would step up his game up. Unfortunately they do the exact opposite they serve old stale food even when you ask for your food fresh. Not to mention the customer service at this location is abysmal the worst part is I've lived in the area for many years and it has been always this bad even after making several complains management as well as Burger King corporate office nothing ever gets resolved or changed. My recommendation is to stay as far away from this place as you can. read more

Well, it's a Burger King, so you probably have a pretty sound idea of what to expect. Took a trip to the Washington NJ location and it was good. Enjoyed the usual BK fair, and if you like that sort of thing, this location will work for you. Giving it four stars...that's about as high as BK can get. read more

Drive up is terrible, went thru the drive up and could not understand the person taking my order and the manager came on and started scolding me thinking I was giving the girl taking my order a hard time. I drove up and asked who was just yelling at me, the manager came to the window and said it was her. I told her I couldn't hear the person taking my order and she was completely unprofessional. While stopping in after horrible morning at my job. Management from Burger King in Washington extended warmth and friendliness in serving me what was just a simple breakfast Coffee and French toast sticks. You would think I was at a five star restaurant she was so awesome in her service to me. I would recommend coming here cos she is awesome and to actually have someone behind counter sweet and kind speaks volumes and I have always been satisfied with the food too!!!!
