We went in for a quick bite to eat and since we were the only customers in the lobby, we thought it wouldn't be long. Our order for two people went in at 2:20pm. By the time we received our order, it was 2:50pm (30 minutes). While waiting, we noticed a Supervisor was walking around (inside & outside) pointed out "areas of concern." Not surprisingly, while the Supervisor stood by the cooking range, we watched as he dragged his finger across the hood. Even we could see the line from his finger cutting through grease. This Burger King is located at: 5265 US 1; Vero Beach; Florida. It seems to us that they need a complete professional cleaning of the facility along with a new team of workers. We were looking for ice in the middle of nowhere. We found the cheapest bag of ice at BK a ten pound bag for 1.00. The young employees were very amicable as they provided us with change for a 20.00 bill. read more

Ordered take out at 6:00pm on a Saturday. I had the bacon and swiss bk royal. The chicken tasted like it had sat under the heat lamp all day. Hard and very salty. The Swiss cheese tasted like very salty American cheese. My grandson had chicken nuggets. They too were overcooked. Hard and stale Will never return read more

Horrible! Waited 30 minutes for an order of hash browns, croissant and a coke. When I had finally got my food the hash browns were hard as a rock and weren't edible. I don't recommend going there unless you like waste your gas sitting in there line. Very unprofessional as well. They were all laughing and cracking jokes and didn't look like anyone was "actually" working. While there was three people in line. I was going to go to Dunkin there lone was clear out on old Dixie. most awful fast food experience!!!! I ordered chicken fries, a fiery buffalo chicken wrap and a coke... only to get to work and see i had a honey mustard wrap and chicken nuggets... I was the only customer there (that should have told me all I needed to know, live and learn)... the girl who took my order and payment was too busy texting to see I was trying to hand her my card so I politely had to interrupt her conversation so she could do her job. I tried to call once I realized all my food was wrong, but all 3 Burger Kings in my area have the same number that ironically goes straight to voicemail. Needless to say... I went to this Burger King drive thru to order lunch. Before I went to the drive thru I notice 2 cars turning around from the drive thru. I got to where you order your food and no one greeted us. I waited a minute and drove around. There was a car waiting at the 2nd window. So I figured there communication system must have broke and they hadn't had time to put a sign up. When I got up to the window after 30 seconds someone greeted us. I started to give her our order. She looked confused so I told her no one greeted us so I drove around. She said she had to step outside to the front of the store to give an order to a customer. When the transaction was completed she asked me to pull around up by the front door to get our order. After 15 minutes I went inside to find out why others where getting their order and we were still waiting. Some how my order was lost. So the girl told the kitchen this order needed to be made and she let the manager aware of the big delay. The manager simply stated they are making the food now. I waited 20 minutes for my food. The store only had 5 employees working including the manager. I only saw the manager looking mad and frustrated at the employees. She was not pitching in to get these orders out to the customers. read more

What a mess of a restaurant! So often they are closed or the doors are locked, we came here a few times, once on Easter for breakfast at 8:30am after church, they were not opened, other times too, they have a lot of issues here. Plus so dirty, so messed up, and their BK app never works either. You go here and order online, no one will look up at you and address you or wait on you, they just stand there. Look at their floor, filthy, the kitchen floor is so bad, I am surpised the county allows them to pass their inspection here. One dirty place! The other problem is that their BK app has too many issues and they never fix the problem, you cannot use their offers you gave me, they just do not work as described above. BK is a company now that has way too many issues and problems. I just cannot be bothered with this mediocre company anymore. Almost all BK's have issues today too, not just one, I have similar problems with most of them. They just have too many problems all the time. I wish they would make their app work right and make things right. A very dirty place and bad service, does anyone care anymore at BK? BK has a lot of management and employee problems which hurt them and they just do not operate well at all anymore. I am just about over them. I cannot image them staying in business much longer as they seem to be on a path to destruction in how they run their restaurants. What a mess! read more
