I ordered the special Cadillac omelette - I believe it was tomato, provolone, sausage, onion and sun-dried tomato. Very very tasty. I wasn't expecting it to be that great because the omelettes are folded over the fillings instead of them being cooked in, but it was really good. Great service too.
