My 94 year old aunt had a hankering for a burger and wanted to get one at a drive-through restaurant as she was tuckered from the three hours of Christmas shopping we did. Ordered through the app and picked up in the drive-thru--hot, fresh, and tasty! The How to Train Your Dragon meal was a hit. The burger was cheesy, juicy, and loaded with yummy veggies. Mozzarella sticks had a little spice (no cheese pull, but still delish), and the soft serve was simple but sweet. Fries were extra--totally worth it! If I could give no stars I would've. Just went through the drive through, placed an order and waited over 5 minutes at the window with no staff responding. Drove around to the front and walked in to a staff member (she says her name is Maria but not sure about that) yelling at me that they're understaffed and I should go back there and help them among other things and told me to go back to where I came from. Several weeks ago, I was a customer at this business and observed something I'll never forget. Members of the local police department entered the restaurant looking for an employee who was wanted for questioning or for commuting a crime. The management and employees at this store were hostile and confrontational, to the point that when I left, they were on the roof of the store shouting at police!! I've never seen such display of unprofessionalism and thuggery at this type of establishment, ESPECIALLY from STAFF!! Never will I buy food from this trashy place. read more

The worse Burger King location! Manager lacks any professionalism! I ordered a number 2 which is a double whopper. The only thing I asked for was extra onions and no lettuce. The receipt they provided when I paid even said the correct order but when I finally got home, my burger had jalapeños, cheese and bacon! Fries were stale and over salted, disgusting . Only thing fresh was the 8 piece nuggets! Terrible ! I called and no one answered , it ran continuously and finally it would turn into a fax ; a long beeping noise. I tried calling 4 more times to inform the manager and no answer . When I arrived to the location and walked in, I spoke with the manager and she didn't even apologize nor offered to make a new burger. Just rude! They were in the wrong and instead of saying sorry for the inconvenience, she had an attitude and went to the back to calculate how much money to give back since I didn't give back my drink. I came here after visiting the nearby MVD to eat. I had ordered the two cheeseburger meal with extra mustard. And instead, I was given the Texas Whopper. I do understand, mistakes happen, so I tried not to be upset with them. But even the packaging of the Texas Whopper was awful.. When I tried to lift it out of the bag in it's wrapping, it fell apart entirely, making such a mess... One of the ladies there was very nice, and gave me a refund. However, the boy that took my order in the first place did not offer an apology. Which was upsetting to say the least. And the final straw was the two cheeseburgers themselves when I received them. Food usually is much better than other BKs in Surprise. Food is hot and fresh. However am baffled at why every time I come in the Icee machine is down. I was told today that it has been down a week. They would not honor my wrong order unless I drove home to get my receipt from 3 days ago. All I wanted was my two breakfast croissants replaced bc im highly allergic to cheese. I couldn't even scrape it off so I had to trash it. Very upsetting to get sandwiches that you can't eat! More than likely the receipt got thrown away in the bag and I'm certainly not gonna spend valuable gas to drive back anyway. The ice tea that I ordered large was over three dollars. Went there to take advantage of a meal deal ad seen on a flyer delivered to our home. The employee handling the drive thru asked me what a flyer was. At first, she had no idea what deal I was ordering, but I thought I had explained and pulled up to pay. The total was not correct, so I asked the guy to double check the price and showed him the flyer. He explained that that was not the price THIS Burger King charges. What? I suggested flyers not be sent out to lure customers who get charged a different price, since this happened before. He told me HE did not send the flyer, so I had to explain that I was not accusing him personally and that perhaps he could pass the info. on. He did not seem to care one iota. The burger buns were dry and stale, the French fries tasted like they had been there for hours, and neither the humans nor our dog would not even eat the chicken fries. Honestly pathetic. After a long wait at the DMV, we were hungry and decided to give in to all the hype of the "Impossible Whopper". We dined in, ordered at 12:22pm on 9/6/19 and there were only 3 other people in the restaurant, I ordered a chicken fries meal and my mother ordered the Impossible Whopper meal. I got my food within 5 minutes, my the fries were unsalted and cold. Chicken fingers were very good though. My mothers meal took 20 min to get out to her, I had finished my food by the time she was served, but they said "sorry, we gave you extra fries for the wait "unacceptable, if she wanted more fries she would have ordered them. The service was exteeemly poor, cold food and cold uncaring attitudes towards us as customers. My mom loved the new Impossible Whopper, but we will never visit that store again, we will go out of our way to get hot food and better customer service at a different Burger King location. read more
