I ordered a bacon cheeseburger whopper meal in the drive thru. When I got home it had no bacon on it! I called and the young man working told me he would write my name down. This evening I went thru the drive thru gave my name & was told he couldn't honor it. Asked if I had my receipt, no I didn't think they were going to mess up my order so I didn't get a receipt. I like Burger King back in Germany, but I find that the American Burger King has some sort of different process I guess when making their food, because it just doesn't taste like I am use to it in Germany. First of all the presentation of the packaged burger is very nice, folded nicely. The Restaurant itself is clean and the staff was extremely friendly. If this locale didn't have the friendly staff I encountered it would've been a 2 star review. Soda collection is also great, having one of those modern Coca Cola machines with the touch display featuring tons of soda selections. The burger itself: I ordered a whopper with cheese and I must say it seemed rushed and tossed together. The lettuce didn't really make itself noticeable in the burger, being somewhat soggy and lacking a fresh taste. There was too much mayo in the burger which actually made me not finish the burger. I was there at around 9:30AM and we were the only ones in line, so there shouldn't have been a rush to make it. The fries were wonderfully cut, I personally found them a tad too salty for my taste, but still acceptable. For a quick meal it is acceptable but I would rather suggest going over the interstate to eat at Sonic drive-in unless you are a Burger King fan or dislike the Sonic across the Interstate. I was actually looking forward to having a burger for dinner. I ordered a Junior whopper plain w cheese. I get home and it is slathered in Mayo, pickles, ketchup. The cheese looked unappetizing and the burger was dry. The onion rings were super salty. Oh, and the manager (?) wore her mask under her nose. Very disappointing. read more

Went threw the drive thru and had bad experience. I was kelp waiting for some time and half the menu board was not lite up. When I asked about meals, the woman was snippy and just stated there were no other meals around $5. They were out of nuggets and the tacos were greasy. Dirtiest nastiest Burger King I have ever been to. Only three employees working so they closed the drive thru. Went inside and people had been waiting for over 20 minutes for food. Flies covered every surface in the restaurant. Although the bathroom was filthy and floor and sink was black it was definitely the cleanest spot in the restaurant. At 7:45 pm, not one single customer in the building or parking lot and the drive through was closed. I pulled to the window to see what was up and the manager proceeds to ask me if I ran over the cones in the drive thru, in which I stated no I just pulled to the window. I asked if I could get tacos to take home and she snipply stated she had two other people working so that was why it was closed. I said ok cancel my order and I would be one less customer the three had to deal with and pulled away. Very poor customer service!! read more

The woman I assume to be the manager elvira was amazing from even we stepped up to order. My mother, father and I were on a few hour long car ride and stopped here for my mom and I to use the restroom. As I first walked in, she was standing at a table with a couple having an issue and she handled it beautifully, apologizing and making them fresh food to replace even a barely incorrect order. Once ordering, my mother told her we wanted a whopper jr, a large fry for her and I to split, and a large fry for my father, but she told us of this deal of 2 whopper jrs and 2 small fries for just $3, which worked well for her and I's fries, her burger, and an extra burger for my dad. We got that and a large fry, totaling at $5.17. When we got our order, the seemingly slightly neglectful guys in the kitchen misunderstood the ticket and didn't give us one of our small fries; when she heard my mother say something to the boy who brought our food out, she immediately came over and asked what the problem was. She replaced our small fries with a piping hot fresh order of fries. It would be 5 stars if it weren't for the forgetful kitchen staff, Elvira almost completely made up for any issues read more

Worst Burger King ever. The staff managed to screw up the order of EVERYONE in the restaurant, getting all the names mixed up. The drive through is backed up to max extent. The fries are bland. The burger wrapper is saturated with grease. Sad! read more
