I like to sit at the bar and the bartender that is there most of the time is awesome--so helpful, friendly and efficient. However, the service yesterday was very lacking. We counted 11 staff members just standing around and talking to each other while totally ignoring us. Three were at the end of the bar and we sat there for about 5-10 minutes before the bartender came out from the kitchen and gave us a menu. We were the only ones sitting at the bar and it would have been nice if one of those three employees had told us that the bartender would be coming out soon or at least give us a menu. The bartender was very good though--quite friendly and helpful--she gave us several samples of beer and food recommendations. We ordered the bites and a mushroom Swiss burger which came out exceedingly fast and both were very good. We had several Giddy Goats which were super tasty and cold...my boyfriend isn't a huge fan of stouts but he loved this one! We checked out the store on our way out and my boyfriend decided to buy a six-pack to go. He went back to the bar, holding his wallet out to pay but all the employees just ignored him for several minutes so he got tired of waiting and left without buying it. We don't understand why there were so many employees milling around doing nothing and ignoring patrons? Are the employees not taught to cover various tasks? Even so, they should be aware of the customers' needs and find the employee responsible for that task. I could understand if it was super busy but it was a Sunday afternoon and the place was nearly empty . I love this place and will continue to be a regular customer but hope for much better service next time!

I did check the Pizza Hut menu online and for our order (one large meat lovers, one large Pepperoni Pizza) I was quoted $38. 97. Because the website does not offer the option of customizing my Pizzas, I called the phone number listed for my town's location and placed my order. I was able to customize without a problem (only needed to make sure they don't put sauce on the pizzas) and was promised delivery within a half hour. The price quoted was five dollars LESS than the website. The delivery person was at the door within 25 minutes and the Pizzas were hot and looked good. So far so good. Unfortunately the taste was terrible. Both Pizzas were greasy on the top. Not a light sheen but literally dripping grease once you picked up a slice and lifted it onto a plate. The visible part of the crust was super dry and hard. The Meatlovers had a distinct aftertaste of something. Husbeast said it's Oregano - I'm not so sure. The Pepperoni Pizza tasted like....nothing. The menu describes it as beef, applewood smoked bacon, red onions, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, topped with shredded lettuce and dill pickle chips. We received it with no onions and what they didn't mention is that it has ketchup and mustard on it. It had a strong yellow mustard flavor.
