Pretty stoked right now. Haven't had BK in years, and rarely eat fast food. My expectations are always really low, and just hope everything is at least somewhat warm. But ordered a Whopper and fries and both came out hot and tasted great. Really impressed. The staff also was real nice. Just wanted to give them a shoutout for doing a good job. read more

Went to this BK(#12178), October 28 @11:32 for lunch. First, the kid who took my order said it was over $20 for a chicken combo #9! Honest mistake and he fixed that. Then when I got my food, I asked for onion ring sauce. The supervisor (a lady) helped the young kid who took my order where they were. I asked if I could have a second sauce and the lady said there was a charge for another one. I said really? McDonalds doesn't charge for extra sauces. This lady got immediately pissy with me and said well, go to McDonalds then! I demanded a refund and told her she not only wasted $12 worth food but that she doesn't know how to run a fast food business and she just lost a customer (not like they were doing much business in the first place). In short, this BK is run like crap and I for one won't be going back to be treated like a piece of garbage by some angry, ignorant lady like her! read more

This burger king serves me fresher food than the others around here. Never had an issue never had missing items either. The staff has always been nice to me and very respectful. If you come during dinner time have some patience any restaurant will be busy. read more

One Star is not low enough. After waiting 35 minutes in the drive thru, I got my order. Then I pulled into the parking to eat my food. After a couple bites I noticed it was not cooked properly. The entire inside of the patty was raw. Waste of time and money. Burger King has lost my business going forward. read more

Terrible service. The individual who took my order actually sounded pissed that I had the nerve to order. Yikes.

Don't even bother with this store. I ordered some food via the app at 6:00 pm. Arrived at approx. 6:15 pm only to find that the store's closed. This particular store only seems to be open three, MAYBE four days out of the week, and who knows if it'll be open when you arrive. read more

We recently stopped in at this Burger King and were pleased to see that the recent remodel has completely transformed the interior! Everything is updated, clean, useable and attractive. The menu has been replaced with sharp, bright and colorful flatpanel screens displaying the usual menu choices along with whatever special items they're highlighting at the moment. The staff was all friendly and attentive and the food was decent. I would certainly rate their burgers above that of McDonald's and the fries tasted better too. They don't hand out toys with their kids meals here either. Which is a blessing because if you have small children like I do, those toys tend to pile up and become annoyances back at home. Plus the kids seem more interested in playing with their toy (the only time they get played with, by the way!) than eating their food! They instead give an option of a "treat". This can be cookies or fresh fruit (which is what we chose and the kids enjoyed!). It's no "In n' Out" but when looking for fast food in Northwest Reno, I would be likely to pick this before any where else nearby. I look forward to going back. read more

Ventured to this location this evening for a glorious meal with my lady. Upon arriving (hours before closing might I add) , the impolite and frankly lackluster individual on the opposite side of the microphone informed me there were no impossible burgers left and they had turned their broiler off for the evening. I was shocked, saddened, and filled with dread. This is not the establishment I once knew and loved. How was I supposed to stifle my last night hunger? Clearly old reliable had lost its spot in the rotation. One less customer in the ever shortening line of BK. read more

So you know I rarely eat fast food but it was late and I was hungry, so I went to this Burger King and ordered a burger and 3 chicken sandwiches for my wife myself and a friend. The total came out to $15.03 I got home to find 1 cold chicken sandwich, cold fries and 1 cold And stale burger. I jumped in the car and went back but the restaurant was closed for the night. I then went through taco bells drive trough and ordered more food. When I got home I was still craving that burger, so I tossed it in the microwave and then started to eat it. It was horrible. I then logged on to Burger King dot com to let them know what had taken place. Brianna Guevara reaches out and contacted me. She was vvery apologetic. I simply asKed for myy money back. She Refused. She had Burger Kings HR departmet call me, where they refused as well. Brianna explainEd to me that they only offer coupons, or same day refunds, but they were closed when I went back. Large corporations need to be held accountable even if it's only $15.03 On a sode not, wHen talking with Felecia from HR, she was beyond rude. She stopped me half way through what happened and said we don't give refunds. This place has no respect for their patrons. I will be ever go into another BK. read more

If I could rate a 0 I definitely would, disrespectful and just nasty overall. Worst BK in town by far. They also charge for sauce LMAO

Maybe teach your employees some customer service skills. I set up the order poured for several minutes before somebody said something and then they asked me to hold there was one person in the drive-through. Took about seven minutes before I pulled up and paid for the meal. The girl handed it to me and didn't say a word. I said thank you when she handed it to me and she just shut the window. It is 530 at night right now and the reason I stopped here was because Taco Bell and KFC right next to it the drive-through lines were completely full and this one was near empty. I only saw one person inside so I thought it would be quick. Now I know why the other ones are packed and this one has no business. In the end it comes down to the managers and training your employees. Employees should never act like you were inconveniencing them. I would not be surprised if this one goes out of business. read more

This place was TERRIBLE. DO NOT EAT FROM HERE. I got chicken nuggets like I do from other BKs and I now have food poisoning less than 24 hours after eating them. SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE FOOD IS NOT GOOD. if I could give zero stars I would!! -10797555/10 read more

I just spent 32 minutes at the window waiting for my mobile app order of two sandwich's and an order of onion rings. 32 minutes by the clock. I watched the day shift clock out and leave. Every 5-6 minutes someone would come over to the window and ask what my order was! The folks behind me began yelling at me! Why not yell at the folks inside the restaurant? I asked the gentleman who gave me my order if there was a person or phone number I could call to complain and he said no and closed the window. I called the next closest BK and she gave me the number for McDonald's and I called her back and said, I think you made a mistake and I asked again for the number and she hung up on me. I put in a complaint on the mobile app and I will dispute the transaction with my CC company as my order was incorrect after waiting 32 minutes. I'm just shocked. read more

So haven't had burger King in a while and decided to stop at the one on Mae Ann Blvd in Reno, NV at 7:33,pm. The lights were on in the building and the drive through. I pulled up and the lady rudely said "we're closed" and I said " then you guys should shut off your lights" her response was (appalling to say the least) " EXCUSE ME B**CH" YUP, Burger Kings finest employee of the year! I still was craving a whopper and was going to just use faithful Sonic but decided to try one more time and went burger king on Clear Acre in Reno. Not only were they open but amazingly friendly! And they were busy!. I will make sure to tell everyone my experience at the first one until I get an apology from that employee ( probably never happen but I hope karma bites her hard!) read more

If I could give this place a zero I would. Unfriendly staff. Point of sale didn't work. The lady in charge said cash only. I only had a credit card. I asked her to use the point of sale at the drive thru. She shrugged and reluctantly did. As I sat down the staff turned away customers because they didn't have cash. They could have easily taken credit cards at the drive thru. The restaurant dining room was freezing. I don't mean cold. I mean freezing. To cheap to heat the dining room. As I looked at the back area of the restaurant I saw how untidy it was. Lastly they had a sign that said due to the supply chain we don't have lettuce. Supply chain? Other restaurants have lettuce. Lettuce is expensive now. That's the real reason. I will never eat at another Reno Burger King. read more

DO NOT GO TO this Burger King!!!! Tonight 8-10-21 at 7:15 the manager of this store was attempting to take our order through the drive through. He wasn't getting it right so I asked him if he wanted me to repeat it and he yelled at me "DO YOU WANT THE COKE OR NOT". I told him to please not talk to me like that!! He was yelling that he couldn't hear me. I said forget it and he said "F you B**ch, drive on through you are done"!!!!!! I drove up to the window and knocked on the window and the manager turned away shrugging his shoulders. He and his other worker walked to the back. I called the number posted on the window for customer service and filed a complaint. The whole time I was on the phone, this manager was looking at me and laughing. Didn't think it was that funny. I have never, ever been treated or talked to like that at an establishment. I'm shocked and appalled at anyone let alone a manager behave so horribly to a customer. I will NEVER go to this place again. It's disgruntled workers like this who taint your food! read more

Came here ordered 3 tacos and a king bacon burger and a chicken sandwich with a couple fries and drinks...To start off they gave us NO tacos so we tried to go inside to get them & the doors were locked so we had to go around the drive thru and say there waiting in line for a LONG time just to not even say they apologize or ANYTHING! the worse bk I ever had the nuggets were cold and they put so much mustard on my burger between that and the hole on top of the bun I am lead to believe the teenage girls in the drive thru were playing some kind of joke with the customers food. and they want to give fast food a pay increase? Have you ever walked into the twilight zone? This is when you enter Burger King and there are no workers. You think about hopping the counter to get some fries but would never really do it. You call out and the person behind the food wall doesn't even answer. I say hello I can here you there, can anyone help me. He comes out and tells me they are closed which at 8:50 pm on Saturday night isn't likely since I'm standing in the store. He proceeds to tell me if I come back in 10 minutes I can order? So I ask for the manager. Elsie confirms they are closed while I'm standing in the store. I can come back if I want food in 10 minutes. Stating they are under staffed and need to drop food. Sounds like poor planning manager Elsie. I was not offered a coupon or anything. So I ask you why would I ever go back to a fast food joint that couldn't even take my order and tell me to wait. Way to lose business Elsie. I have 3 children we eat out daily and Elsie just scratched BK off the list for this family of 5. Elsie said they are closed? read more

How this place stays in business is beyond me. The employee taking our order was rude, my chicken sandwich was dark and dry. Tasted like it had been sitting around for a while. Onion rings were old. Burger was ok. When I called the manager to complain she was clueless and could care less about my problems. This place is terrible. I would starve for days before eating at any BK again. Tried this place after a year to see if things have changed. Things are still just as horrible as last year. Waited over 15 minutes as drive thru was slow. Ordered 2 grilled chicken sandwiches as if made right can be very tasty. Both sandwiches were terrible. The chicken was cold and dry and tasted like it had been sitting around all day. The only redeeming quality was the friendly girl that took my order. How this place stays in business is beyond me. They have made my top 5 list for worst restaurant in town. read more

My family went to the drive thru (02/19/2022 6:00pm) and didnt have the best experience. My dad usually is hard to understand due to his accent but when my sister started talking instead of the employee telling us if she was unable to hear us or what the problem was she yelled "what" in a very rude tone. ***** Stopped by Burger King in NW Reno on President's Day 2020. The server behind the counter served us efficiently, quickly, and courteously. We had Whopper, fries, and a drink just over $10.00, and the sandwich was hot, fresh, and delicious. The Burger King was clean. While we were there, the people next to us spilled on the floor. Five minutes after they left, it was whisked away, and the chairs put back into perfect order. All the other people waiting in line received their orders in a timely manner also. I will go back to this Burger King again. Lil F read more

We just went to this drive thru. We didn't want combos, just sandwiches and we're going to split a fry. The speaker gal got confused when we ordered JUST the sandwich and even said so. We ordered. I got the Big King WITH NO PICKLES, he got an original chicken sammich and we got a large fry. She REPEATED the order back to us, gave us our total and we drove around. BK, "have it YOUR WAY?" Took awfully fast to get to us. I mean, it is fast food, I get it but if it's made "our way" id expect to wait a second ....1 mile up the street to our house, my sammich had pickles on it, his looked like it was run over, BOTH of ours were probably made hours ago and just sat under heat lamps. I never eat fast food, just had a junk food craving today after receiving some not so good medical news. THIS DID NOT SATISFY MY CRAVING. Just ruined it. there's a reason I don't eat this stuff but once every 5 years or so. Now it'll just be never. read more

Great crew, hard workers, but they are understaffed and overworked and need a pay raise! Five stars for the employees.

You don't expect GREAT service with fast food, but eye contact would be nice. We went here about a month ago through the drive thru and it was terrible. Food was cold, lady was rude. Exceptionally rude. My husband did the survey and we got a whopper ticket. So sure...try again. 9pm...half the restaurant blocked to clean. Three counter people, not one hello. The unpleasant lady sat at the computer and just stared. She barked at one of the younger girls but that was about it. Struggled with the coupon code. Spent five minutes talking to the computer. Finally laughed at least. Burgers were cold, onion rings terrible. If it's empty, how about not making food to sit and get cold. This establishment truly needs to talk about customer service to their people. Smile, greet and ask people how they can help. I love Burger King...this was thee WORST experience ever. I can't try again, this is two strikes your out. read more

Stopped here to order some food after a friend gave me a gift card. It was peak hours, INCREDIBLY busy and the counter person, Monique, who I am assuming was some kind of manager, perhaps a superhero in disguise, was HANDLING BUSINESS. I have never seen someone so efficiently and expediently take orders, package food, count back change, greet customers, answer the drive through and make ice cream cones that looked like out of a commercial all in congruence!!! I called the BK customer service number today about this BK. The representative said that an additional Burger King representative from a different department would be in contact with me to help me convert my printable BK e-gift certificate, into a slide able BK gift card since my local BK restaurants (this BK and 1 other location) either don't want to process the information on the printable e-gift certificate or don't know how or, was improperly trained on how to process this type of payment (this includes the managers). I will never again redeem my rewards points (Microsoft Rewards Program) for any BK products or services as I have just redeemed 6 years of saved points for $30.00 in useless printed BK e-gift. It's really a hassle to drive all the way to a BK restaurant, place an order, then be turned away hungry. It's so upsetting that this issues still goes unresolved. Regrettable, I will not be patronizing any of your establishments (e-gift nor cash) in the future. I realize I'm just one guy and my choice not to give you any more business will probably not even effect your bottom line in anyway. More importantly, it has tarnished some fond memories of my employment with BK, as it was my first job out of high school. As a youth, I recall a BK that cared about all their customers and no concern was too small to be addressed, as the customer was truly valued. Sadly, It does not seem to be the case anymore and in these times of so many electronic transactions and, with the decline of that personal, one on one contact due to apps, texting and social media. Great customer service should always remain a top concern for any great business. read more
