On 10/12 I sent a facebook message asking for help in resolving my issue and I was told someone would find my feedback and 4 hours later I was messaged and told they had no knowledge or record of my complaint and to please send it again I really do feel like I'm dealing with a clown.

I had four failed mobile orders while trying to order a family meal with mashed potatoes & gravy, coleslaw, mac & cheese, and a blueberry cheesecake. Each time, the system flagged the order saying, "Your order did not have items..." but didn't specify which item was causing the issue. I ended up removing items one at a time and trying to reorder. After several attempts, I finally simplified the order and was able to place one for chicken, sweet tea and a strawberry cream cheese pie. After 10 minutes of failed orders it finally went thru, so I headed over since I noted ASAP which the order was ready when I arrived. The chicken was boxed up but I didn't realize until later that they gave me an apple pie instead of the strawberry cream cheese pie I ordered. We did receive all 16 pieces of chicken, and I appreciate that the order was ultimately filled. However, the chicken itself just didn't taste like the Popeyes I'm accustomed to getting at the other locations I've visited. I understand that things can go wrong, especially with mobile ordering, and I'm not expecting perfection. However, having multiple ordering issues, receiving the wrong dessert, and then being disappointed with the food quality made this a frustrating experience overall. Unfortunately, based on this visit, I wouldn't choose to return to this location. I'll continue going to the Sparks location or another Chicken establishment where my experiences have been much better. Hopefully this was just an off day, but it definitely wasn't the Popeyes experience I was expecting.

While I was looking at the menu, the guy on the intercom was mumbling something that I couldn't understand--I couldn't tell if he was greeting me or chatting with someone else. He had a tone of voice that made him sound incredibly bored or whiny, kind of like a TV cliche of a fast food worker. He then sounded like he was horsing around with coworkers, yelling "Owww" into the speaker. I mostly ignored that. I saw they had some new item on the drink menu, a strawberry passion fruit agua refresca, so I ordered that. He sounded really confused when I tried to order what was showing on the menu right in front of me, saying they don't have a strawberry passion fruit agua refresca, they only have strawberry, and the passion fruit flavor is only for some ice drink thing (yes, probably the agua refresca). This is all my interpretation of what he was saying, because he was doing a lot of starting and stopping and bored-sounding non-enunciating. I wanted to back out of the drive-thru, because I couldn't tell if he was high, and I was feeling like I wasn't really going to be able to order the thing I wanted. I just decided to quickly put through a basic order and move on, but the lack of professionalism bothered me enough that I felt I should let others know that this is a location to avoid.

I also noticed some hygiene concerns involving different employees. I saw an order slip fall on the floor, and the employee continued preparing food without washing their hands. I also saw another employee preparing fries and changing the garbage bag. I'm not making this up. If management checks the security cameras, they should be able to see what happened. I hope they can look into this and improve the service and food-handling practices.

Fine, but why didn't she tell us when we placed the order? Instead she quietly served us warm Oreo‑flavored cream and waited for us to complain--at nearly $19. That ruined our otherwise perfect night. My kid was up sick all night after just a few sips. I don't expect gourmet quality at fast‑food places, but that was utterly unacceptable. This location is filthy and disgusting. I waited 20 min for a simple order of fries and mozzarella sticks. The whole crew looked really dazed and out of it. After 20 min I asked the very confused looking kid at the counter if my order was ready as people who came after me were getting their order. He shouted to the people cooking. One of whom had hardly any teeth in his mouth and the ones that are there are so rotten I could see it from the register. This guy is obviously a drug addict and looked fresh out of prison. Neither him nor the manager cooking beside him had any idea about my order and after 20 min of waiting FINALLY started making it . But I dont have 4o min to wait on incompetents to make me some fries. So I demanded my money back. When the manger came to the register he looked high out of his mind. His eyes were beet red and he looked way out of it. So I asked him "are you all high or somthing?" And he responded "I wish I was high". So I got louder and demanded my money back that second. That's when the ex felon they have working in the back told me "you need to calm down". I am a cafe supervisor not but a block from this location. If my crew acted like this they would all be fired. And if I told my angry customers "I wish I was high" I myself would be fired. They are known to serve rotten food and there are reviews where people say they got sick eating here. This happened Thursday, October 26, 2023. NEVER EAT OR ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!! First of all I'm pregnant. The drive through lady, some old black racist woman, with the short hair and big gap between her teeth refused to make my online order. (Every time I have gone to this location she has treated me poorly. Making it a thing to point out my race, I'm just trying to order food. There is no place for racism.) When it finally popped up she decided to come up to my car and tell me they received it, in an aggressive way. I told her I didn't want her food anymore due to her threatening to call the cops on me because if I didn't get out of the drive thru line, she would call the cops, when I was only trying to get my order situated, that was paid for on their app. I left, parked in their parking lot, and called my husband, crying. She proceeded to come at my car, told me she received the order. I told her I didn't want her food, and she then began calling me a bit** and told me to get out of my car to beat my ass. Went to this BK(#12178), October 28 @11:32 for lunch. First, the kid who took my order said it was over $20 for a chicken combo #9! Honest mistake and he fixed that. Then when I got my food, I asked for onion ring sauce. The supervisor (a lady) helped the young kid who took my order where they were. I asked if I could have a second sauce and the lady said there was a charge for another one. I said really? McDonalds doesn't charge for extra sauces. This lady got immediately pissy with me and said well, go to McDonalds then! I demanded a refund and told her she not only wasted $12 worth food but that she doesn't know how to run a fast food business and she just lost a customer (not like they were doing much business in the first place). So went into the place with family. The young lady behind the counter was slovenly dressed and looked like she had a knitted blanket on her head. Very long, wild and looked like parts of it could get into the food. The work environment at this place is horrific. Dirt, food everywhere. They could at least sweep once in a while. Credit card machine was out of order. Don't business owners have standards any more? So I don't know if this is a coincidence or not BUT before I left I noticed the young lady had changed her appearance, much more professional AND the employees were cleaning the place. Arrived a little after 10pm..we were the only ones seated in the lobby. A worker in the back was yelling, the "f" word was used about every other word. When he was told we(guests) were in the lobby his response was "I don't give a F@#$ I hope they all choke" ..I'm not a prude but that was a little over the top. We were not even complaining. I bought a fish sandwich and onion rings on 11/26/18, paid cash and never got a receipt ($8.16). I got home and bit into the sandwich which was overcooked, gray and chewy. The onion rings and fish must have been sitting for a few hours before being served! The onion rings were not even edible, and they were tough! Wow, I will never go there again. Colton took our order, and although he was a little quiet, he was incredibly patient and professional. He probably realized I don't visit Chick-fil-A very often because he took the time to explain the different sauces available instead of rushing me through the order. Even though none of them were really my favorite, I appreciated his willingness to help me choose a couple to try. His calm demeanor and excellent customer service made the ordering process enjoyable. Colton is definitely a welcoming first impression for the restaurant and would be a great fit whether taking orders or working the drive-thru window. Unfortunately, the experience changed when we reached the pickup window. The employee who handed us our food didn't smile or appear interested in interacting with customers. Her demeanor came across as apathetic, which was disappointing after such a positive start. Thankfully, Colton's outstanding customer service outweighed that final interaction. If Chick-fil-A wants customers to leave with a lasting positive impression, every team member should strive to provide the same level of friendliness and hospitality that Colton demonstrated. Freshness counts!! Chicken fingers were fresh, juicy and so…read moretender. Just the right mount of breading and fried perfectly. Cane sauce had just the right amount of kick to it. Cole slaw was juicy and just a little tangy. The downfall was the fries. No crunch to then and there was no salt on them at all. Medium sized portion in the box. Definitely not fresh. Will order just tenders in the future. Drive thru line went quickly and employees were friendly.
