I go a least twice a week to get a large ice coffee and the issue is if I go and it's any other worker but the woman from today it's made correctly. Every time I go (this is the 5th time) and it's her working in the morning I don't get the caramel added to my drink, every time with this one worker. So I came here this evening to get a snack but instead found myself suddenly having a nostalgic craving from my 20s of an ultimate cheeseburger combo meal, haha. I was all in and didn't give it second thoughts! I don't normally drink soda but when I pulled up I noticed the menu had a description for soda of 100+ different drink combos and I was sold. I wanted to test out something that I was familiar with and could give a solid opinion on. I went with a Vanilla Coke and it was spot on and deliciously went with my burger and curly fries. Speaking of curly fries, from my previous review, you know I love them from here and tonight was no different. As for the ultimate cheeseburger, for what it's worth, it totally tasted like it did 20 years ago! That's some pretty solid consistency and gotta give them that. read more

Oh I wish I had asked for her name but there was this lovely woman at around 3:40 PM yesterday giving us our order at the drive through. She was very sweet and kind and had an amazing attitude. When giving us our milkshakes she made sure to tell her coworkers to add extra whip cream and even the cherries without us asking! Fast food service can be tough (trust me I know) but she was so welcoming and positive it gave me my energy back after a long day! I hope she knows that her attitude lifted ours and I hope she continues lifting everyone's spirits but takes care of herself too! The food was amazing but the employee that has "helped me" the last 2 times is incompetent he got my order wrong after i retold him 5 times. Then the second time he took my order he put whipped cream on my shake even though I specifically asked for none. Came in today 07/21/2021. I have the app (which if you want good deals, I definitely recommend downloading). I saw they had the "Loaded Breakfast Sandwich" available for $3 which consistst of Egg, Bacon, Ham, Sausage, n American Cheese on Sourdough Bread. I love this sandwich so I couldn't pass it by. Then I saw they had my loves favorite breakfast sandwich on special too. The "Extreme Sausage Sandwich" which is made of a Soft Bun piled with 2 Sausage Patties, 2 slices of American Cheese and an Egg. So while finishing my morning errands at Walmart on 7th I put in my order on the app at 9:40 am and headed over about 5 mins later expecting a small wait, since the app said it would be 5-7mins before the food would be ready. When I got there, the dining room was clean, and had 8 other patrons eating/waiting. It took about 3 minutes to be acknowledged and that was after asking other people if they had already ordered. When I made it up to the front I informed the female cashier I was here to pick up an order she looked at her screen n said it'd be a few minutes. I went n sat down n waited. I proceeded to watch a few orders get sent out through the drive thru n one in house. At 953am I asked where my food was, and was informed it was still being made as they didn't have anything prepped for breakfast...I thought that was a little weird considering it was before 10 but said okay. At 10am exactly I got my sandwiches and headed home. I get it, it's a fast good joint n corporate owned so the care just isn't there, but it's pretty frustrating that I had to wait so long for this so called "fast food." read more

The most pathetic service and food here. All jack in the boxes are horrible, but this one takes the cake. Just awful. Ordered a sour dough jack (just the sandwich) and total was almost $9. When I opened the bag, I just laughed and shook my head. Unbelievable. The only good thing about it, is that stuff like this reminds me to stay far away from horrible rip off food and cook more nutritious meals at home. Ate here, got sick a day later. Guy in the PM shift drive through was very sus. Confused orders, rude to people in front of me, lied to me about them being out of condiments (asked in the drive through he said ohh yeah we're all out, went inside and asked the cashier and they had plenty). I was helped by Natalie and Geneva, Natalie had the most sing song voice and despite being the manager was busting her butt getting orders done while Geneva went above and beyond with her customer service to making sure everything was perfect. Take out and drive thru are our way of life right now. But well when you need mini tacos with a bunch of toppings on them, than you have to go and get them! The staff here has been hit and miss though, with wearing masks when we have been through the drive thru. This honestly makes us not wanna go back, but for some reason we keep giving them a chance. Do check out the mini tacos loaded, avoid the normal ones (in my opinion). The Butter burgers are great too! read more

I'm giving this Jack-in-the-Box five stars because the guy who worked the drive-through window on Sunday, April 10 at 11:30 AM was the nicest drive-through person ever! From the time he took our order to the time he gave us our food he and his coworker were the most awesome employees. I ordered two tacos chicken strips and curly fries along with the mini tacos and since it was early in the day our food was nice and freshly cooked. This is the worst jack in the box I have ever experienced. Went through the drive through. They got the order wrong and didn't give everything we did pay for. Then blamed us as we didn't read the screen correctly. Didn't even take responsibility for what they didn't give us. And wanted to charge us for more when we drove all the way back from home. Then demanded we return the food that we did get. Just decided to get a full refund and give them back all the wrong food. Natalie is the store "manager"? Lacks all skills at customer service. Family of four, walked in right up to counter, no one else in line or waiting for food. One person eating in the restaurant, and as we came in only saw 4 cars in drive thru. Stood at the counter for 10 mins waiting for someone to take our order, 3 different employees looked at us and looked away. No acknowledgment or I'll be with u in a minute, nothing. One employee just glared at us and kept sweeping, this is at 11am. After 12 minutes, a guy walked up to the cash register and just glared at us, no can I help u, nothing. We said never mind we don't want to give you our business and left. Just disgusting how our society is nowadays, no one has pride in their work or gives a crap about anyone else. We pulled into the drive thru at 9pm. Three hours before they closed. We asked for a minute because we were unsure of what to order yet. No cars behind us and only two in front of us. The employee told us to take our time. It was only about a minute and a half later when the employee came back on the speaker and said to my boyfriend "you gonna order or what bro?" Very unprofessional and not how you speak to customers. I work in customer service myself as a manager and if one of my employees spoke to a customer this way, they would either be written up or let go. We proceeded to order the teriyaki bowl meal and the employee said, "sorry we don't have any." Totally understandable, however, the mannerism from this employee at this location was terrible. We very rarely eat fast food. Tonight we didn't feel like going anywhere and jack in the box was close and after midnight. Lyn's experience at fast food is less than 1 percent and one of my all time favorites as a kid was Jack in the box. So I attempted to win her over tonight. But Jack in the box let us both down. Lynnirdered the curly chili fries which were half full and I ordered the jumbo platter. This platter was full of oil. My mini pancakes were soaked in oil. The hash browns were soaked in oil. The eggs were soaked in oil. We his was down right depressing and only to find out all this when we got home. It all reminded me of Joe Pesci in the movie "Lethal Weapon" "They F*ck you in the drive through". Also the brain surgeon that took our order forgot to ask us what we wanted to drink, well because theJumbo platter comes with a drink. So when I got to the window I told him ice t, but by the time he came back with our food, he said...... you said sprite right??? SMH. All and all, the food went in my trash and we ended up going to a Mel's Diner. Absolutely awful. Cold burger cold fries and the bun looked like someone intentionally put it on a table and flattened it. Not worth 15$

This place is close to home and always open. I have been through the drive through as well as dined in several times. Store is kept clean and well stocked. I use coupons regularly and never have any issues. Each visit has been good and the service is pleasant. Though if there are more than two cars in the line, expect to be there for 10 min or so. read more

I feel like it's silly to rate the food here since it doesn't change much no matter what city you're in so consider this a review of everything else. This seems like a pretty new place as far as I could tell, the decor is a little funky fun which seems to be the trend Jack is going for. Maybe that's why the bathrooms were spotless, but there has to be decent staff to keep it that way AND fully stocked. A girl really appreciates the little things (like a toilet seat cover) after moving her legs for the first time in 4 hours. If clean bathrooms weren't enough, even the dining room was nice and clean - not even a coffee ring or crumb on the counter from a previous customer. I'd have to say it's quite nice to not have to clean my own table before eating. read more
