If I could give one star I would. Waited 40 minutes for two burgers and a soda. When I got the the window to pay he says, can you wait I will be right back. I pulled ahead to pay at the next window and the worker says did you forget to pay. Meanwhile two people are standing looking at each other. The dining room isn't even open. We told him I understand you seem to be short handed. The manager came over and said I'm sorry he was taking over for me while I went to the bathroom. I cannot make this stuff up. We had a late lunch here one afternoon on the way from the Airport to our hotel. Ordered a Double Whopper with Cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, and pickle - with no bun (low carb) and a medium order of Onion rings, plus a bottle of water. I requested the melt the cheese on the burger. Meal was made to order, so everything came up hot. Burger is served in a small plastic tray with a fork and knife. Onions rings were hot and crisp. Wow. Just, wow. This tantalizing installment of the Burger King franchise was a delight during every one of my hundreds of visits.

We all know what fast food consists of (not gourmet) and we all know there's good and bad outlets for every fast food chain. This particular Burger King is one of the good ones. They're super careful with their contactless drive-thru. The food is....well, it's Burger King. You either like it or you don't. This particular franchise beats the McDonald's down the street, hands down, for speed and cleanliness. They do a good job here. There's a light to get in or out, which helps. read more

Shame on me for not double checking my order before I left the drive-thru. I ordered ten nuggets but they only gave me eight. Then I was supposed to get two sauces but they gave me neither. So technically this location owes me about a dollar. Fries were soggy, nuggets were bland (this may be because Burger King's recipe isn't good though), but the Whopper wasn't bad. read more

I have to say, for a Burger King this place seems to have their act together. The hotel I was staying at serving the breakfast that I didn't care for so I got on yelp and found the closest Burger King. Five minutes later I was at the Burger King and placing my order. Woman take my order was very polite and informed me that she was rearranging the way that she placed my order in order to save me a little bit of money. Sadly, people like this are too far and few between. She always she knows her job well enough to know what the best deal is and she want to head and passed it on to the consumer. Priceless....... They've shortened the hours on the weekdays to 8:00 PM, but they are blocking off the drive thru and not letting anyone in to order before it even hits 7:00. I hope corporate is aware that their staff is making money without actually having to work. read more

I walked in here one day to treat myself to a delicious whopper jr. when a young man finally greeted me after 10 seconds of standing in front of him and staring. I made my order crystal clear: whopper jr. no mayo. After another 4 minutes of clarifying my super complicated order, I paid and sat down to wait patiently. I watched this kid for a bit and noticed he stood there despite having 0 customers as his co-workers worked relatively harder. Side note: I spent 7 years at In-N-Out burger, where you're expected to sweat balls from working so hard. If you got time to lean, you got time to clean! I got my burger, and voila! A double cheeseburger!? WTF. I was supplied my correct burger in a matter of minutes. On the bright side, I love how Burger King throws the bun over the meat to capture the juices. Its burgers are okay and fries are great, everything else is pretty "meh.' I still love their value menu though. read more

Good morning! I recently visited store #5384 on Saturday, June 26, 2021 around approximately 7:00 pm. I have lost my receipt but wanted to contact BK to leave a review of the customer service and behavior. When I pulled in, there four cars sitting in drive thru. It seemed to be moving quickly though. I placed the order and received great service. My entire wait time was maybe 7 minutes. One manager was at the front window, named Stephanie, who was quick, courteous and helpful. The back cashier was also very nice and helpful when my card wouldn't read. As I sat in line, multiple other cars came in behind me. I decided to park in order to eat and was there approximately 45 minutes. The food was amazing! During that time, another manager (male; older) was running food out, if a car was asked to pull up. Every time this person would come out, hespend a few minutes with the customer and then after they left, would smoke a cigarette, out front, in plain sight. During this time, there were no less than four vehicles going through drive thru consistently. Cars still went through with very little wait time though, which was impressive to me. The male did this four different times. I am very impressed with the service of the two employees (one regular, one manager) that kept the line moving in a timely manner. Liked this establishment a lot. It was very clean, which is definitely something that I look for in fast food restaurants. The workers were pleasant when taking our order and the food was fresh! After eating at this specific Burger King multiple times, I have to give them one star. Everytime I have come here, the cashier somehow gets my order wrong. My burger was very low quality, and there was some kind of food residue on the wrapper. They need better cashiers for sure. Went through drive thru for breakfast this morning. I usually find BK expensive but when you use their coupons they have some pretty good deals. Had sausage crossaint with hash browns and everything was very good. Food was hot, service was quick, and a good bargain with coupon. Can't ask for more then that. read more

Food here is just as good as any good burger king I've ever had. Last time I stopped through here (which is not very often) my entire order was incorrect, and I didnt realize it til I got home and opened the bag. Luckily, when I returned, the manager was VERY good about taking care of the situation. I wouldn't let this one day stop me from returning.
