If you order via DD, the order will sit in limbo for 30 to 45 minutes then simply be cancelled. If you do manage to get food it's always either the wrong items or you get charged for phantom items you never ordered nor received. I push the button and had to push it four times and waited over 10 minutes for someone to take my order. they took my order and I paid with a debit card at the machine. It asked if I wanted to leave a tip and I said no. I don't typically tip at fast food restaurants, especially when I wait 10 minutes to place my order and have to drive there. all you do is deliver the food. You don't have to check back on me and fill a drink. she must've seen the receipt and noticed I didn't leave a tip. Because she came out, holding my drink at the bottom and a weird angle and handed it to me. I put it in my drink holder and drove away because I was shopping in the same parking lot . when I parked my car about 60 seconds later, I noticed there was soda all over the drink holder, and flowing out the top. When I pulled the cup out, she had pushed her fingernail in and left an moon shaped indentation that was leaking soda. I opened the top to empty it out and she had filled the cup to the brim with ice, so there was very little soda left inside. now i know why she held the cup at that angle, she was blocking the hole with her finger. contacted customer service and they were less than helpful. they know who did it, and that person should be fired. i guess everyone now expects us to supplement their income or there will be petty consequences. since when were we expected to tip fast food establishments. no one tipped me for driving there and using my gas. next we will be asked to tip the postal carrier, garbage people, water and sewer....smh paper prepared to tip at this place or be punished. read more

Right when me and my kids pulled up we were super exited to try sonic for their first time. The environment was fantastic, everybody was friendly and the service extremely fast. The food was amazing and the unicorn drink is absolutely delicious. I would recommend the garlic butter bacon cheese burger, the tater tots and the most beautiful and delectable drink ever is a zero sugar sprite with vanilla, sweet cream, and strawberry. I have never had such a good drink! Also I would like to give a shout out to Holley. she was an amazing employee who I think my whole family agrees that she needs and promotion. thank you Holley. Mixed experiences. There are days they get things spot on. On these days, their burgers can be good. Corn dogs hot, juicy and crispy. In my experience, it's been weekend lunches they do okay in. Bad days, however, have been late-dinner hours of something like 8pm they fail miserably. There are only a few things worse than soggy, mushy corn dogs that you can taste the undercooked flour. I think a few of their kiosks have been broken for past couple years and never got fixed. I remember the first time I was here and used one of the broken kiosks. I studied the menu, made my orders and when it came the time to pay, it just wouldn't take my credit card. No declination or acceptance or any messaging for that matter. It just didn't work. After wasting a good half an hour standing in front of the kiosk I decided to go knock on their door to have them finally take my order manually. They told me that machine hasn't been working at all. Put a sign out there, maybe? I had also tried downloading the Sonic app, loaded some money and tried paying for it that way. They told me that never worked either. Seriously.. It's just too bad Sonic is the *ONLY* place that serve corn dogs. If any Yelpers know of places nearby that have corn dogs, I'm all ears. read more

We have been to this Sonics before and it has been pretty good. Well not today our french fries were rubbery and cold like they were under the warmer all day.Our watress just brought out the wrong size for our order, the speakers wouldn't work correctly so the order taker couldn't hear our order we had to repeat it a couple of times never received a receipt to see how much our order was and if we did order it correctly. This is a just like any other sonic drive in. I have only been to this location a few times before while traveling. The coconut cream pie shakes are the best thing ever. I love the fact Sonic let's you get tater tots instead of fries. They also give you a delicious mint with your meal. The lady that takes the drive-in orders when we went yesterday, is one of the most rude people on Earth. We asked simple questions, like what comes on the burger, etc, and she responded by yelling at us. We ordered a combo and she responded by rudely exclaiming "drink." She said more things that were very rude and honestly mean to not only us, but other customers too. When the person came out with our food, we asked if everything was okay with person taking the order. They responded saying that she normally acts like this. To top it off, they messed up our order and put things on our food that we told them to take off. I sat at the drive through speaker 5 minutes without any communication from the employees. There were no cars in front of me at the drive through but multiple behind me. I pulled up a couple times thinking they hadn't heard me pull in. Still, no one asked for my order. I thought the speaker may not be working so pulled to the window to place my order. What appeared to be the senior employee slammed open the window, began to scold me about not waiting and complained about her workload. She was the only one taking orders apparently. I was shocked but kept my cool. I asked if I could place my order at the window. She told me no and that I had to pull back around and get in line to place an order. She slammed the windows on me. I sat at the window. Two younger employees came to the window. I asked if I could place my order. They looked at her in the back and I could hear her say no because I was being rude. Rude? She was the only one being rude. That was a bit upsetting and I'm sure they could hear it in my voice. I explained that I just thought the drive through speakers were broken because I had waited so long for communication and I would expect someone to at least say they were busy and would be with me in a minute rather than not say anything at all. I asked them if I could speak to a manager. They said no. I asked what the store manager's name was. They said they didn't know. I asked what corporate's number was. They said they didn't know. I asked what the girl's name was who was refusing to take my order. They looked at one another and said "Um, I don't know". I said "You don't know her name?" One said "Mary?" And the other agreed. I doubt that was her name. I told them I would call corporate to report their poor service. I called and filed a formal complaint and then called corporate because I wanted to speak to a manager sooner than later. I was told that a manager would be calling me that night but no one did. It's a shame that she #1 Takes out her job related stress on paying customers. #2 Doesn't understand proper communication with customers #3 Sat such a poor example for those she was suppose lead and be a role model for. The worst thing is that this must be an issue of leadership throughout the organization since no one called me as they said they What a pitiful display of customer service and failed leadership. Update: The manager called me a couple of days later and she let me know that she had just taken the store over about five or six weeks ago and appreciated the feedback because she is trying to weed out the bad employees. I ordered one small slushee and it took 40 minutes to come. Credit cards weren't accepted and you couldn't understand one word coming out of the mic. They got my friends orders and sizes wrong. We waited over an hour for everyone's food. Workers weren't rude but the service wasn't good. I was the first car there and after 20min the place was full and I waited 40 minutes for my single slushee. Also they didn't bring my food on roller skates...they walked very slowly. This location has really gone downhill. The staff moves very slow, has no sense of urgency, and does not greet you at the drive thru window. This was a nice little stop for a quick ice cream treat.
