I really wish I could give a negative star rating!! This place doesn't even deserve 1 star!! I have just received the WORST customer service I have Ever received!! Here goes... I went through the drive through and wanted to take advantage of the trio deal for seven dollars and the double deal for five dollars as I was ordering three chicken sandwiches I was told they don't do seven dollar deal. They do eight dollar deal! I said that's fine when I ordered the two for five dollar deal. She said we don't do two for five dollars we do two for six dollars I said that's fine. Proceeded to place my order to whopper juniors three original chicken sandwiches and please add tomato and cheese to the chicken sandwiches. I also ordered three medium fries which I was told those were also three for eight dollars not three for 7 dollars. I pick up my order, I round up to $28 as I was charged an Extra four dollars for the cheese and tomato which I expected. As I drove away, I decided I should check my order and realized they did not add any cheese or tomato to the chicken sandwiches that I was charged for there wasn't even any lettuce on them. There was just mayonnaise so I went back to the store went inside and said I'm sorry, but my chicken sandwiches are wrong. I did not want them to just add cheese and tomato to my sandwiches at this point I wanted three fresh sandwiches. I did not think that this was unreasonable. The person making the sandwiches made them correctly and handed them to the manager. The manager(a very rude Asian woman)handed me the sandwiches and told me from now on "I must come into order because I complain too many times!"I said "excuse me? I have not been to this Burger King in over three years"! I'm sure she had me confused with somebody else. She proceeded to say you do not come in here anymore through the drive-through you only come inside to order as there is a language barrier and you did not order tomato and cheese on the sandwiches as I'm looking at my receipt that said I had!! The order was placed with this woman so the language barrier was between her and the people cooking the sandwiches, not me! I said you don't have to worry about me coming through the drive-through because I will not be back to the store drive thru or inside ever !!! I proceeded to walk out the door angrily! This is why I would like to give them less than one star I have never been so rudely spoken to at a fast food restaurant in my life. I am not one to complain ever! And this was completely rude and uncalled for. I'm not sure if this Asian woman was the manager or the owner but she was so rude and her customer service was so horrible. I will never ever return to that store. I have been in customer service for over 40 years! If I ever spoke to one of my clients like this I would be out of business!! I am not over reacting and this isn't about them messing up my order.. It happens no big deal.. The rudeness and accusations that I complain too many times!! That went up my butt as I hadn't been there for years!! What ever happened to apologizing and just making it right?? Worst place in the entire planet. I've been there a couple of times but I honestly give up on this location. Older asian lady is the angriest person in the universe, she will scream at you, not answer your questions and close the window at your face while you are talking. Also, even though Uber Eats, Google and THEIR OWN WEBSITE say that they close at 2:30am, THEY DO NOT. Watch the older lady who works at night. She scammed me using coupon that she gaslit me to believe she entered it but the receipt didn't have it on there. Earlier, I was really craving a burger. I decided to treat myself to this $2.88 Whopper Jr. Never in my life have I ACTUALLY received a burger that looked exactly like the ones you see on TV. This burger was even better than it looks, if you can believe it. Each piece of lettuce was fresh, the pickles had a nice crisp and the cheese was perfectly placed. They place is a mess. does the franchise owner even care? why is it so unbelievably slow? they are loosing tons of money. Are they just total idiots working there? This is easily the worst BK I've ever ate at. If it wasn't 30 seconds from where I live I would never even bother and I still regret it every time I visit. The ownership of this store is dreadful. Employees have to bring in their own napkins from Stop and Shop because ownership told them they were using too much paper goods each month. Ask for a 2nd sauce for your nuggets and they'll charge you .30 cents at the window. Order 2 croissants for $4 and get 1 for $3.89 (this happened twice) and try to get the issue resolved. It'll take 15 minutes for them to correct while they complain the whole time about it instead of simply apologizing and making the 2nd sandwich. Just an inexplicably terrible restaurant in all facets would highly recommend avoiding at all costs. read more

Very clean restaurant, didn't used to be. Friendly service with a greeting and smile, helpful employees, sanitizing between customers. Used a coupon...food was hot and fresh, I find a lot of other Burger King restaurants don't have fresh French Fries, they did here. Will always come to this one from now on. read more

Did the drive thru at the Burger King in Pembroke. The woman taking the order was yelling at me to get closer to the speaker. If I got any closer I would literally have to get out of the vehicle to walk right up to it. There was no please in her request she was literally yelling. She takes the order and I get to the window. Total comes to $32 and change. I paid with a credit card and no I was not offered a receipt. I should have asked for one but I didn't. I got the food from the window and drove 12 minutes to my home. We opened the bags and it was missing an original chicken sandwich that was ordered and a cheeseburger. I then tried the other chicken sandwich that we ordered (new crispy one) that they did give us and it was absolutely disgusting.The chicken had a horrible taste. Very irritated by service in drive through today. Man who took my order was very kind, but line was unnecessarily long. When we FINALLY got to the window, the girl who refused to make eye contact was decent. My order was $7.35. I hand her $10.35 and receive $2.02 back. Already i'm questioning, but she repeated my order back to me, so I thought nothing of it. "Maybe she's just unintelligent" I thought. I got my order and looked in the bag; I see nuggets, fries, and my burger. Plus onion rings. I think nothing of it-- maybe they just threw it in for the wait. I get home and take out my food. A value fry, value onion rings, bacon double cheeseburger COVERED in mustard, and a ten piece nugget. The only thing that I correctly received was the nuggets. A $5.86 order plus a medium milkshake. At this point I'm angry with having received a completely incorrect order. I don't have the patience to call and complain, I only have the energy to tell the Internet AVOID THIS BURGER KING AT ALL COSTS. There is a Wendy's not far up the road with friendlier people... If you decide to name your establishment 'Burger King', you better make damn sure you never EVER run out of burgers. Well, that's what happened. Actually, it happens, and quite often I might add. And don't get me started about the 20 minute wait it takes to get whatever it is they do have in stock to warm up to just above 55 degrees before proudly serving to the customer. And I recently tried to order an 8 & 4 piece Jalapeño Popper. They gave me 4. No biggie, just let the dimwit working the window know and she can toss another 8 my way, right? Wrong. Again, they gave me 4. I politely informed her that I needed 4 more to get it correct. It was at this moment that the entire Burger King franchise came to a grinding halt as they required a meeting of the minds to determine where exactly things went wrong on this day in question. When they emerged from the haze, the manager apologized for the delay and the confusion and thanked us for our patience. He then proceeded to hand me a bag filled to the brim with Jalapeño Poppers. Been here twice in the past 6 months. Only went back a second time because they have a big parking lot I could pull my trailer in to. The first visit was thoroughly disappointing - drive through attendant clearly hated hey job and was very rude when asking for sauce, extra napkins, etc. Food was just ok. The second visit was just as disappointing. The person who took our order was much more friendly, but the chicken fries were very overcooked and barely edible. Burgers were very sloppily thrown together, but tasted ok. Fries were just ok. Basically a waste of $20, but now I've learned my lesson and won't be going back to this Burger King anytime soon. Also, we made the mistake of watching our food being made while waiting inside the restaurant. I have visited twice in the past couple of months (the only times I've gone), utilizing the drive-through due to my sleeping infant. Both times it took a total of at least 20 minutes from getting in line to receiving my food. Both times, I witnessed several people leave the line after waiting for at least 10 minutes. Today, I got in line at approximately at 1:55. There was one car in front of me at the speaker. A couple minutes later, he moved up and I approached the speaker. I waited three minutes until my order was taken. No one ever acknowledged me before that or asked me to wait. After I placed my order (which is time-stamped at 2 pm on my receipt), it took NINETEEN minutes until I was served my food. Each car ahead of me waited at least 5 minutes at the window. At 2:19, I had my meal, over 20 minutes after I had arrived. I understand things happen. I had the same young lady at the window both times and she apologized for the wait. However, having taken over 20 minutes both times is an issue that needs to be addressed. In the grand scheme of things, I wasn't horribly inconvenienced, but someone else might have been. For sure, much business was lost as people left the line and perhaps went to the Wendy's up the street. In this industry, time is of the essence, and by definition, fast food should be fast. The food itself was average. I don't go to BK expecting much; I was just craving an original chicken sandwich. The first time I went, they gave me fries instead of the onion rings I ordered, but they got it right today. I won't be bothering to go back though; the wait is just too ridiculous. read more

Something's up with this location - seems like it's on the verge of closing. Last night around 9:30 I placed placed an order at the drive through and when I pulled up to the window I couldn't see any employees. I waited a few minutes but then left without making a transaction. Our previous visit was also disappointing, they forgot our fries. The shake machine is always broken because the employees are too lazy to take the time to make a shake. They actually laugh about inside each time they tell a drive through customer it is "broken". I don't think you really want a shake anyway-the machine is only cleaned once a week-so disgusting! The employees in this particular location are a joke. The manager is rude and verbally abusive to customers. Much of the staff is too old or too lazy to care about customer service. What happened to the customer is always right? I was behind a guy who drove straight to the window because apparently they had screwed his order up and he came back to have them fix it. I waited behind him for over 5 minutes before they eventually fixed his order and he drove off. I proceed to pull up to the window to pay for my order. The guy working says, "Sorry, we ran out of Whoppers. Itll take 10 minutes for us to make more. Do you want to wait?" I just laughed and commented what a joke that BK was. read more
