Ordered about 20 tacos and was Handed a bad with tacos and no sauce. Was told I didn't put sauce on the order. So you think we bout to eat 20 tacos with no sauce ok pal. Sauce should be automatic with purchase. Order nuggets you m get a sauce lol not rocket science but then again it's Taco Bell. Y'all will still have service no matter what read more

I Ordered two $3 burritos and was charged over $10 when I asked why, the manager walked away and said I'll get back to you and went in the back. During the 20 minutes I waited and waved to her she yelled at the staff and said f bombs to one family at the window 4 times, yelled and argued with two more drive up customers. I have never heard any employee scream such disresprectful words to a family trying to get pick up their meal. People backed up behind me during this 20 minutes as no one came to take orders. A Door dash pickup driver saw his food behind the counter and coudn't get anyone to give it to him the entire time I was there. Some customers left after hearing the manager swearing at drive up families and yelling at the employees. After three attempts to ask the manager to correct my situation I said I can't wait any longer and this is the worst customer service I have experienced and left, having paid $10 for a $6 meal. I will never go back to that Taco Bell. I can't believe with such a poor rating and customer complaints a national chain like Taco Bell wouldn't be able to moniter and correct such poor service , abusive language and food quality. read more

Visited this TB this afternoon. Ordered two crunch wraps. If there was a tablespoon of meat/beans in the two combined I'll eat my shoes. It's disgusting what a total rip off this place is. Won't be visiting there again. read more

Holllyyyyy shite! No one speaks english, have to order yourself which is probably a good thing because it seems the workers have the IQ of a pile of rocks. Soda machine doesn't work, why didn't you tell me that before I ordered a soda? Maybe put a sign on it? I'm side the stores disgusting, stuff all over the floor, sauces everywhere. Bathroom disgusting. Like how hard is it to work at a Taco Bell? Place should be shut down by health inspector read more

Great customer service! Elly Went above and beyond to help me leave happy! My food was remade and the cashier was also friendly to me

I order the same things every week for my office. I order TWO Meal for 4 meals, which come with TWO Crunchwraps, TWO quesadillas, TWO soft tacos, and TWO orders of nachos and cheese. So to repeat myself, I ordered TWO of those meals, meaning each item would double, to FOUR of each.... I don't know the employees name but I got my food and only received ONE Meal for 4....she was yelling at me in front of the rest of the customers, telling me I only get 1 of each item in the meal, and I pulled up the menu online and showed her what I ordered and what comes in it, and she still screamed at me and told me I was wrong.... So she refused to make the second order I PAID for, and I had to leave without it as I was already behind on getting lunch back to my office. Absolutely the worst service I've ever had at any Taco Bell. And like I said, I order the same items every. single. Tuesday..at the same Taco Bell....every week..... Ive never had an issue like this or been treated with such disrespect. They need to hire better employees who are actually EDUCATED on what comes with the meals they're preparing for customers. Disgraceful. read more

workers are extremely rude and clearly hate their jobs. waited 15 minutes for an order that was already ready.

Life changing experience. Entering the doors, I felt the aura of a thousand seasoned tacos, and enough Baja blast for an ocean. Ts mad good. Like so if u ever tryna eat sum yummy stuff u gotta pull up fs. read more

This is literally the worst Taco Bell I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. How does the manager not even know how to use the Taco Bell rewards...? They literally looked at me with 5 heads and proceeded to tell me not even the manager knows how to put it in... Train your bafoons or fire them and shut this place down. Yikes. Sandiza is the manager or something? Well this whole crew is literally trash read more

Taco Bell - Crunchy Cheesy Gordita Crunch with Mold - Fast Food Near Me - Pembroke, Massachusetts

Stopped by today and I saw two things that absolutely need to be mentioned. First off the place was very clean, not one dirty table and the food was good as well. Now onto the really notable things. They had a big sign on their plexiglass that said Kiosk ordering only (which these days that's the norm) but now an older couple walked in and I heard the wife say "kiosk orders only" and the gentleman said "what does that mean". I was just about to get up and help them with their kiosk order when a female Manager I would guess came out front and took their order manually. My heart felt good at this moment. Then a tall man came out and said Semper Fi to him as he was wearing a veterans jacket. It didn't stop there, he asked if was a Marine, etc and they exchanged a few words. Again, my hearted melted for two such kind people to go out of their way to help this older couple. I feel so glad that I was able to witness such kindness! This incident happened on Friday, April 29th around 12:30pm so Taco Bell Management, please acknowledge these two employees!!! read more

You can not have high standard when it come to a fast food chain. It fast food for cheap. The quality is not the best and service will be slow sometimes. Keeping the place clean constantly is not priority. Tables are dirty most times read more

Been to this location multiple times and every time has been something different. this time happened to be missing items. another time happened to be the food was prepared wrong. I recently had a problem where they were trying to overcharge me. I will no longer be going to this location. I will be going out of my way to visit another location if I choose to have taco bell read more

Asked for a black bean crunch wrap and asked for no cheese and no sour cream. I am vegan and haven't had beef in over two years. I usually always trust Taco Bell since on their website and in the vegan community they talk about and pride themselves on having vegan options. I received, took a bite and swallowed a beef crunch wrap with cheese. The guy who took the order repeated it back correctly, which means whoever made the order didn't even bother to read any of what the order entailed. Like come on. I am so disgusted and they should be ashamed. read more

The food sucked they burnt my crunchwrap and under cooked food they forgot half the damn order there way to busy talking to make food too the service was so poor they were rude as hell I would never go back and on top of that you can see how nasty the walls are on top of the floor and i saw some not even wearing gloves it's all just straight up dirty and disgusting read more

I'm giving this place a 1 star if I could give it zero stars I would. So the old manager and I went back to work at this place to help out. Mind you I'm new to the business and trying to learn. The manager ABBY was very unorganized I wasn't even getting the proper training I needed to help make the store run smooth. The manager ABOVE the manger ISA doesn't know how to fix problems when it needs to be fixed Like I said I was new and non of the employees spoke English so I had to do order taking When THEY made a mistake they yelled at me as if I just made the mistake So when I was yelled at I walked out to call the boss AND NOTHING WAS DONE Clayton D is his name the guy who threaten me and told me to come to the parking lot only cause I defended myself from a mistake they made. I tried my best for four whole days to keep costumers happy right along with doing my job. I do not advise ANYONE to work here that little 17 and 19 dollars is not worth my mental health. Good luck owner with this store hopefully it doesn't get shut down for the buffoonery that goes on in that place read more

Not sure what is worse. That I actually came here or that I'm actually writing a review for a fast food chain. Went in yesterday and went to the drive through. After almost 10 minutes of not moving (no exaggeration) I decided, because the store was empty, to just go in and order. So I went in and there was not one person in the place or a customer in line. I then proceeded to stand there another 10 minutes as the 4 workers that were there literally kept staring at me standing at the register. A customer who had come in after me started calling to the back for some service and not one worker even looked up at us. I ended up leaving and the same car that was in front of me in the drive thru still hadnt ordered. Someone might want to explain to the manager/owner the definition of "fast food". read more

I ordered a bean burrito without onions; onions were put in the burrito. The receipt confirms they heard what I said, but did the opposite anyway. Parts of the chicken quesadillas were completely empty. read more

Tacos are fine but I have ordered the cinnamon twists and nacho chips in two different times and they taste very bad. Oil as gone rancid for sure. This was at lease three weeks apart so either their oil goes bad within weeks or they haven't cleaned it at all. The latter is most likely. It's 1/6/21. read more

Closed random lunch times. I would say hit or miss but it's just a miss. Wish this location had a kfc in it!

The last 4 times I have been to this Taco Bell they either have run out of meat or they are short staffed .... They are always short staffed recently and can't serve any food ... why leave all the lights on and your open sign on???? This is unacceptable..why even open in the first place if your just going to be short staffed every single day ???? It's bullshit and I'll never return to the pembroke ma branch again ... read more

In the past 2-3 years, I don't think they have cleaned the fryers once. Every time I order anything fried, it tastes like rancid oil. Today I had the quesadilla, which was good, but the cinnamon twists tasted nasty. Once in a blue moon I go back to see if things have changed, but it hasn't yet. Slowest service. Waited in the drive through for 20 minutes. Absolutely asinine. So much for fast food

This was the worst service I have experienced from this taco bell. I had ordered a crunch wrap with no meat. There was little no cheese, no sour cream, and barely any tomatoes. It was basically lettuce inside of a crunchy wrap inside of a tortilla. Not to mention they didn't even toast the tortilla. I had also ordered a cheesy bean and rice burrito. However i received a cold tortilla with only beans. I had also ordered nachos and cheese but I had only received chips without cheese. I even asked for fire sauce. And guess what, I did not receive fire sauce. read more

Never had a worse experience at a restaurant or fast food place in my life. The 2 day managers and the person taking the orders should be fired immediately which when I talk to the district mgr. if that doesn't happen I'll call corporate again get his boss and demanded they all three be fired. The place never gets an order correct and I know that they don't hire rocket scientists but these people really need some serious managerial changes on how they conduct business no wonder that location isn't doing well and Taco Bell in General. And the only reason I gave it one star is it wouldn't let me put a review in if I didn't give it any stars. Do not support any Taco Bell or any KFC until they straighten out the management the food and getting orders correct never mind letting you place the order when you pull up to a drive-up window read more

Horrible experience tonight. The young kid at the counter ignored us while he talked to his three friends, and when he walked away his friends told us "oh yeah, he doesn't really take orders since the kiosk is there." I've been to Taco Bell plenty of times since the installation of the kiosks and someone at the counter will always take our order. I didn't want to make a scene, so I decided to try the kiosk, but it froze on me when it was time to pay. In the meantime, the counter kid came back, gave his friends free stuff, and took another person's order. I waited again in line trying not to show how annoyed I was, and he walked away again. When he FINALLY came back, I ordered but went to pay and the computer froze saying the transaction had timed out. He calls over his "supervisor" which I use that term lightly seeing as he was the most unprofessional "supervisor" I've encountered. I understand that stuff happens but he was so rude about it to me as the customer and honestly yelled at the kid working too (which it wasn't his fault either). Ended up leaving. Saturday night crew clearly needs some supervision. read more

I GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS! The two men who were working today (3/10/19) at 9:20pm were completely rude & racist. First off, the man who was taking out the trash, left it in the middle of the dining room and started to take drive thru orders, WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS. But, while ordering our food at the kiosk, the same man who didn't wash his hands, started to blow his nose and clearing their throat of mucus very loudly constantly! We told the other employee to cancel our order because the sound was completely nauseating and he proceeded to tell us "There's only two of us." My father, told the employee who was making the food "That sound is disgusting, we don't want to eat here anymore." He yelled at us to stop mocking his employee and to get out of his store. Then the employee who made the noise propped himself up on the counter where food was being served and staring laughing at us. The store was completely dirty and the employees looked dirty and unhygienic themselves. read more
