Denied me service for no reason. Young man swear at me and gave nasty look. Not coming back unless issue is addressed. Update: forgot sauce Update2: me and friend wanted 2biggie bags. The young man took my friends money with no change to be seen. He stole money that bastard. I cannot express my disappointment at the moment. Update 3: THANK YOU JOHN John is a very good manager and personally called me to address the issue. I am very thankful to have people like John who does a very good job of handling problems. The problem has been addressed appropriately and I am satisfied. Again thank you John. read more

I am sitting in the drive through for the last twenty minutes and ONE car has been served. Got to the window 33 minutes after placing my order and they did not recognize the order I had placed. 38 minutes to get FAST food when I was third in line at a drive through with the dining room closed. read more

Ordered a meal - fries were overdone so badly couldn't event bite through some of them. And the baconater didn't have any bacon on it. Tried calling several times after we got home and ready eat...but no one even answers the phone there. read more

This location should SHUT DOWN ASAP! They are serving cold burgers! When theres no one in line. They should be serving fresh stuff.

Peace is trash.... if you always use the drive up window? your smart... the floors are slippery as hell ..... nothing but illegal immigrant workers ... the place is trash far from clean, staff are rude can hardly speak English ... you can imaging what the rest rooms look like.... i want my Wendy's back ... was a good place when it opened up..... read more

True it was after midnight, but they close at 1am. Nuggets were cold and the rolls on my JBCs were stale. Like they were left out of the package for 24 hours. Hard and dry roll. Not ok. This is after not eating there for over a year due to my last bad experience. Only went there this time because McDonald's had already closed. read more

Terrible service, the workers were as rude as they come. We politely informed Them that we had received the wrong drink as the worker insisted it was correct (it was a complete different color) then proceeded to make faces and hand gestures as he got the correct drink. read more

bad. they always forget something in my order :( ... i can never go back to get the item becuz line is so long. ambiance is not good. fries r cold and stale all the time. very sad read more

The young caucasian, employee whom introduced himself as "Jacob" continually has a great attitude and work ethic, always seems to be making good time on the orders and has a great customer service personality, really deserves a raise, because I know these kids don't get paid much... read more

Fries are never hot. Ever. Never ever. And for some reason, I get flak when ensuring the Coke Zero is Coke Zero and not Diet Coke (which they give me more often than not), because "what's the difference? They all taste the same." I abjectly indulge in the fast food, and so I'm not giving this location the deuce because most drive-thru grub is *ahem* less than stellar. It's meh because the staff are grumpy, the car line always backs up unnecessarily and the fries... NEVER HOT. ick. read more

Came on a Saturday for a late lunch. Ordered a Dave's Double, after waiting a good ten minutes , sat down at a table and the bun was stone cold. Went to let the employees know and was asked if I still wanted it. Yes, but not in a cold bun. The older woman in the back gave a dirty look, remade my sandwich and stared me down as she handed it to me. The fountain drinks are never working, bunch of kids yelling in the back while cooking the food. Just a horrible experience. Wanted a quick bite but was not impressed. So many other options in Hanover. read more

The two young men named Jacob and Lukas were extremely friendly and helpful, really going the extra mile for me and my order!!!!!

Every time I come here the fries are not never hot and fresh. It always come out moldy and black stains on it. Also it took 20+ minutes for my food. Don't recommen. read more

Absolutely awful I will never go back to this location. Extremely rude staff and the manager eggs the staff on

I came here today and ordered just a couple things they somehow bumped down my order and was a 30 minute wail staff was looking and pointing at me while talking in a different language and my food was just sitting on the counter getting cold and the staff didn't serve it to me for like 10 minutes 1 star read more

I think everyone here smokes a joint before they get to work. And it's the weed that makes you really slow, not the stuff that races you up a bit. Prepare to wait like forever read more

If you care about being protected from COVID-19 then don't go here. We drove through the drive-through and ordered and then I realized that only the cashier was wearing gloves. None of the kitchen staff was wearing gloves or masks and they were touching everything after I saw one of them touching their face. Definitely not happy and I will not be going back. Go to chipotle or chick-fil-A where they are taking the proper precautions. read more

I went in there to a gift card they are plastic they don't go bad Yet I was told they don't have any REALLY ? It' s Christmas time are you sure there isn't a box out back? Guess what McDonald's has to go out back and Dunkin' Donuts. 2 of us walked away your loss read more

I can't believe how long the wait was with only one person in front of me. They seemed to have hired people with disabilities which is great but I'm not sure taking the orders and filling the orders is the right spot. I'd love to see someone cleaning tables, the ketchup area, restocking supplies, checking on patrons and their food orders etc. My Cod sandwich was the absolute worst I've ever had and I've recently had it at 2 other Wendys within the last week. Way too overcooked. read more

Worst Wendy's ever I can't even count how many times my order has been wrong ! I have called to complain several times with no change same people working there same bad service terrible management clearly ! Wish I could find more places to leave a bad review! ! read more

If you come inside to dine in make sure you bring your winter coat! At these arctic temperatures also be prepared to inhale your food as soon as you get it, otherwise it will be lukewarm by the time you eat your third fry. We have been to this location several times and it has been a brisk 39 degrees each visit. read more

Simple order with nobody in line was messed up, manager Jaow or whatever didn't care at all. Just terrible service and food looks like it was smashed together by a Neanderthal read more

I can't believe the bad reviews!! I have been here 3 times in the last few months and it was the best fast food I have ever got! The people working there were smiling and friendly. The food came out fast and was hot and delicious! The place was spotless and the condiments were fully stocked! This place doesn't compare to the cold burgers I get at McDonald's and Burger King! Yup I do love fast food! read more

I went through the drive thru for a quick chicken sandwich while I was at work. The sandwich was fine, except that it looked like it was thrown together and was incredibly sloppy. This didn't effect the taste, it was just messy and irritated me because I was only given one napkin. The service was quick and friendly but the quality left me feeling frustrated. read more

One of the workers was incredibly rude. He left his station to take pics of our vehicle after we were treated rudely. He told us to "f*** off" after we ordered food and had multiple people talk. read more

unbelivable, we tried breakfast sandwich, the kid, maybe manager.we waited at the drive true speaker. no voice about 2 min. we called into it, hello can we order. ordered 2 breakfast meals. 15 bucks, he was hostile, did not tell us the price, we pulled up I asked for a coke, could see it was half full, asked for a full cup. paying for it,,,,,,,,he did not talk to us, then he said move on to a parking spot, the potatoes aren't ready. sheit service fiing joke, we wanted a quick simple meal, you guys suck read more

Solely based on service, we ordered through drive they and the person on the headset was very rude and yelled loud and spoke as though they alerted angry at us when I couldn't hear the first time when asked a question I had never been asked before ( and I was polite by saying sorry I don't understand that can you repeat it please.) I then went on to order and then did not say the total or tell us to drive up but just stopped talking altogether. I will come back to Wendy's but especially during a time like this people should have patience and should be more positive. Food is definitely still the same quality but the staff were having a negative off day. read more

Great service and burgers. The cashier Jack made me feel welcomed and brightened my day. Thank you Jack!

The food was good but the burger was still a little bit raw inside but the fries were hot and crunchy, otherwise the service is great and the employees are nice. read more

Great food, place was surprisingly clean. I didn't expect much because of the poor reviews but the frosty is the best thing ever.

This spot had a very rude person taking our order. While we were preparing for what we would buy, he yelled at us and said that if we did not speak one at a time then we should go somewhere else. It was very rude, especially compared to the chick-fil-a across the street, which is the superior option. read more

Terrible the sandwich did not smell good The cashier had a really bad attitude And when we went in to tell them about our concerns he did not believe us I would not recommend read more

I went to Wendy's tonight for dinner. I always get the spicy chicken wraps. Tonight I ordered one and it was disgusting! It smelt and tasted like plastic. I will not be returning to this location. I do not recommend! read more

A few friends and I are at Wendy's recently and were completely disrespected and talked down to. We were treated as if we were inferior to the cashier which made us feel extremely uncomfortable and blatantly stupid because we didn't know the exact menu while ordering. Our receipts were crumpled before even asking if we would like a copy. The second we walked to the cash register we were rushed to order, ignored when we didn't know what a Wendy's burger was called, and spoken to as if we were being reprimanded as children. After this horrible encounter, we will not be attending the Wendy's in Hanover from this point on. read more

This place has terrible service. It took them 15 minutes to bag a burger and hand it to us! FIFTEEN MINUTES FOR ONE BURGER?!?!?! We will never be returning to this location. read more

Me and my friends come here all the time, this is third time the employee has been moody and rude (we have heard of other stories from friends too). For example they have told us to take our business elsewhere (when we had some ordering confusion), practically throwing our sauces in the bag (one fell to the ground in the drive through) after we told the employee he forgot them, and they have taken the spoon out of our bag on purpose. Great food, but always rude employees. read more

I've been working all night and the one thing I needed was a good meal. Blizzard out and I see that they are open! Excellent meal! The burger was hot and fresh, the fries where perfect! And the staff came over to me twice and asked me how my meal was.. extremely nice people. Thank you so much for a great meal! David Bishop read more

This Wendy's is right around the corner from work only having a half an hour it's very convenient. Today was not such a good day they forgot half my order and I didn't realize it until I got back to work. Yes that is partially my fault. I should've checked my order. I agree with that but the issue is I've called the store three times to let them know what is going on. all three times nobody picked up. Also I never received a receipt to prove that I bought these items. So now I'm just out the money because I do not have time to go back to the Wendy's and wait in line for another 10 minutes to get my order corrected. On top of everything else the boy at the window was very rude, threw my change into my hand and I almost dropped it. I normally have a great experience at this one days but today was not a good one. read more

The older gentlemen greeted us and was so patient I loved him and he has an amazing customer service ethic. Will come again
