I was driving through the area and it was getting to be dinner time so I decided to stop by here and get a bite to eat. I was still some distance away from home so I opted to eat inside the restaurant instead of using the drive thru. There were a few customers ahead of me but the cashier took everyone's order fast and I was waited on in no time at all. I was more in the mood for chicken than hamburgers so I went ahead and ordered the value combo that included chicken nuggets, fries and a drink. I got my food quickly and everything was delicious. There's zero cream in my frosty cream cold brew coffee. I asked for caramel flavoring, there's zero caramel in this drink. It tastes terrible. I also ordered the honey chicken biscuit sandwich. I was served a biscuit drenched in maple syrup with zero chicken on it. I usually love Wendy's breakfast, very disappointed. I recently visited this location I got a 10 pc nugget a frosty and a drink everything was fine until as I was eating one of the chicken nuggets i bit down and felt my tooth braking in my mouth something hard was in my chicken nugget so I spit it out (along with one of my teeth close to the front ) and inside the chicken nugget was a piece of metal!!!! This review is for service, cleanliness, and overall experience. What once used to be a quick, painless experience has now transcended into something I avoid at all costs. You may note that they consider this "Fast food" but in reality it now takes as long as a few sub shops to get your food. Seems to be understaffed as well as poorly managed and this has affected the establishment greatly. A few core people seem to have left and they can't replace them. A few days ago, it took 20 minutes for two burgers and chicken tenders, the food was poorly assembled, and the floor was slippery. The ironic part is that nobody seemed to think to fill their "Now Hiring" card dispensers...not that I was looking but this may help alleviate some issues. Three stars cuz this is my 3rd favorite fast food place but 1 star for customer service tonight. I actually took the time to download this app because I was so annoyed. I went to this Wendy's around 12am. I just left work so this was convenient and I know the lady with the short blonde hair and piercings always works late nights and has been SO friendly the last few years! Always compliments my hair and asks about life. So that's my good review about her. The trouble started when I handed her my debit card- which is admittedly crappy. It's broken and held together with shipping tape, and I'm fully aware it needs to be replaced. I've had no trouble at all using it at various businesses the last week before I finally get a moment to go to the bank. A brunette girl comes to the window and holds up my card and with the most shocking attitude was like, "honestly?? Why don't you just go to the bank and replace this?? It's wicked easy. It doesn't even work and I'm not even supposed to take this." It was all the way she said it, and I'm more annoyed that this could have EASILY just been a, "I'm so sorry, this card isn't working! Do you have a different form of payment?" Which I did, and I gave to her after I commented how rude she came off. I had cash and I had another card on me. I just wanted to use debit. Anytime I've had issues with cards at any of my food service jobs I've just manually entered the info lol. If I'm not supposed to use broken cards then I learned something new today- but the lesson could've been delivered more politely ‍ read more

The man was being extremely rude and yelled at me for saying regular chicken nuggets claiming that "you don't need to specify unless it's spicy" like ok boomer. When I finally finished my order after being interrupted many times he ripped out my receipt and then proceeded to throw it at me. Then, my friends had slides on which he apparently didn't consider as shoes. They were refused service and he made them leave. It was nice to see the manager go out in the lobby and clean tables, also be proactive assisting his crew. I would like to be able to say that I never eat at fast food restaurants, but everyone experiences a moment of weakness. This Wendy's visit happened on the drive to the ferry in Hyannis on a rainy Friday afternoon. My boyfriend is a big fan of the crispy/spicy chicken sandwich and I gave in on his request to stop for lunch. It was noon on the dot. There was one person working the register. The line was 10 people deep including a 3 year old boy calling everyone a poo poo head. The girl at the register and everyone else working there seemed to be moving in slow motion. It took about 15 minutes to place our order, by that time the manager was assisting at the register, but he was moving in slow mo too. We finally got our food and everything was just gross. My expectations were not that high, but my boyfriend had been through the drive thru of the Orleans' Wendy's just weeks before and the fries were fresh and crispy and his chicken sandwich was good (I had one bite). At this Wendy's, however, the fries were barely fried and the rest of the food was soggy and bland. Our "crispy" chicken sandwiches were like rubber. We left the place disgusted. On our way back to Rt. 3 we passed many other restaurants wishing we opted to stop at one of those places instead.
