09-13-2024 6:30pm, absolutely the worst crew ever. Called to get an order corrected and the manager Laura/ Lara (couldn't hear her clearly) completely unprofessional and ignorant! When I called, the person that answered with "yes" I said hello is the manager available. She responded "yes, why?" . I said I would like to speak to her. Manager then picked up the phone and said "what you want?" Seriously? How in the world is someone promoted to manager with this behavior? The reason for my call was burnt chicken sandwiches, raw fries that caused my wife to vomit profusely! Avoid this garbage can! read more

Order through the app and I haven't had an issue. The staff is friendly enough in a world where people tend to crap on fast food employees and wonder why no one wants to work there. Was my favorite Burger King location but I went there last week and told them I was going to use a coupon code from their app, and was told the code wouldn't go through i asked if I could go up to the window to speak to the manager... the young guys there didn't know how to help me so again i asked for the manager and she came to the window with an awful attitude and mad face (long story short) she refused to help me so i just ordered 3 meals because being a diabetic my sugar was very low. got the food went to park and eat but i noticed that the burger were missing the cheese( I paid extra for) went back and they asked for half of my burger back to add the cheese to it, I asked for the manager again and she was very rude so I left it at that and just left. I use to really like this BK. Theda staff and food are usually pretty good. However when I go there after 4 pm the food is not so good. I have ordered nuggets last few days and they were cold and dry. The whoppers were not hot and the cheese was not melted. I am dissapointed! read more

Worst Burger King ever. Can't understand how it is still in business. There's usually only one car in the drive thru vs 10 at Mcdonalds. Poor unprofessional, unprepared and sloppy service. Worst burger King Ever! This management is the worst! ! Went to get Whoopers and what I got back was slop on a smuched stale bun that looked like someone took a bite out of the patty. Called to complain and management did nothing. Went in the next day to speak to what I think was the GM (Mary) didn't even take the time to ask me what the problem was instead went to another worker. Than approached me with ignorance and a eye roll and rummaged through a binder to find out that the night manager didn't do anything to fix the problem. Going through the drive through because ya know the virus. The food was okay. The older lady working the drive through could not have more of an attitude. Trying to use the coupon and she's practically yelling at us that she has to see it instead of letting us explain what's going on. As a matter of fact, they never gave me a refund on my credit card, I had to call the corporate office. Went to Burger King in New Lenox and ordered 5 spice chicken sandwiches with just cheese and one with everything, got 1 with just cheese and 4 with Everything...called they say you have to bring back, after we just scraped it all off and added cheese. I'm surprised by all of the bad reviews. I've been coming here for years. For me cleanliness is my #1 concern and besides dirty tables at the end of the night, I've never had a reason to be concerned over them keeping up with health codes. I can't say the same for the Burger Kings in Joliet. I live in Joliet and drive here for BK cravings. I have a sensitive stomach and my kids and I have never once had even the slightest stomach ache after eating here. Will they get your order wrong sometimes when they're busy? Yes. Are they the most friendly? Not always. But at least I know my food is handled properly and those wrong orders are fixed promptly. The food quality is the best of BK. If you don't like it than go to Buffalo Wild Wings and spend the extra money. read more

I came here the other day to order some lunch and the lady that took my order clearly needed to learn her customer service skills by repeating the order back to the customer so that it's taken accurately. It was when I got to the window she read off the order and the order was wrong and I had to repeat my order again and she also looked like she couldnt work the register either. I have no problem with retirees working, but come on learn how to do your job right I mean 18 year olds can learn that job and be more efficient. I don't know how some places will stay in business with older workers when they can't do their job right like work a cash register when someone is using a credit card. On these times we are all living with the COVID-19 pandemic these employee's at this location had a lack of awareness of not using any gloves while serving on the drive thru. They were even rubbing their nose and scratcing their faces under the mask and didn't even attempt to hide these actions doing so for anyone to view from the serving window,then attempted to serve the food without any concern of practicing sanitary habits. Of course we didn't take the food, no need to assume unnecessary risks, but the employees acted surprised we didn't want the order for the above mentioned reasons. Big surprise! Check out this BK - Clean, friendly and fresh. I had stopped going to Burger King in general as most people I know. The locations SW of Chicago and elsewhere I went to were run down, very filthy, the food was mid to low quality, not very hot or appetizing in appearance as though it was thrown together from the other side of the room. The staff would be indifferent to the customers, act as though you were bothering them and unkempt in appearance. Today however, the Mc Donald's next door to the Burger King in New Lenox, IL was too busy, so I went into BK. To my surprise it was very clean and looked as though it were recently remodeled. The cashier who took my order was friendly and cheerful with a pleasant. My meal was fresh, hot, nicely prepared and tasty. As I ate, I noticed the manager walking around, straightening up and talking to customers. The seating area was comfortable with a widescreen TV and WiFi. This was all a very pleasant and unexpected surprise, prompting me to let people know not to avoid this location based on past experience at other stores. I originally went with four stars but went with five based on value. The best six buck lunch experience I have had in a while. I realize this store being remodeled played a big part and not many locations seem to be. But if other stores were at least clean and the staff's attitude was as at this one, Burger King would gain many customers. Customer experience and word of mouth is huge so spread the word, at this BK you can still "Have it Your Way"! read more

If you like to drive by a place and smell burgers just walk inside this place and you will see the smoke....No ventilation system working...so I place a called to the New Lenox FD which posts a all clear sign on the wall which was expired since 2010. The food every time we go there is pretty good. However, whenever we come inside there is this one female manager in particular that is so incredibly rude and mean every time. We use offers and I previously asked a different employee if they need to put in what food it is before entering the offer code, like McDonald's, and they said yes, so her reason for acting the way she does is out of line. Whenever I tell her (for example) it's 2 jr whoppers and 2 small fries. She gives me a rude glare and says with horrible attitude and tone, "if it's an offer then I need the code". She will even say this if I'm looking at my phone about to just tell her the code instead of telling her what food it is because she has told my boyfriend and I the same thing in the same horrible, demeaning attitude. "If it's an offer I need the code." She is the reason I hate having to come inside to use offer codes. read more

Ordered a Whopper with cheese and a large french fry. I was their only customer at the time. I had only one special request which was to make the fries well done (extra crispy). So only two items in my order, how do think the fries turned out? Well, the fries came to me cold and white! Whopper was barely O.K. I don't know what's wrong with this Burger King, but when I drive by I note the McDonald's next door drive up is packed and BK drive up line is empty.
