Yes it Taco Bell, and yes it's fast food...or is it. As I came in there was a customer complaining that he had been waiting for over 15 minutes. I looked around and there was one table with people, so they weren't busy inside and drive thru had one or two cars. When we placed our order I went up after my own 15 minutes to see where our food was and it was sitting in a bag on a shelf getting cold. No "I'm sorry" or "here you go" or " have a nice day". She brought my order and stared at me. Zero customer service, Zero accountability. I guess this place needs more than the 5 working to handle they slow 3:00 rush!! FOOD. When we got to our car we checked our food and unfortunately it was a mess. Yes the order was correct, but everything that was made was a big mess. 4 tacos - shells were falling apart and the ratio of ingredients were ridiculous. Little meat, cheese and sour cream, with 3x the normal amount of lettuce and tomatoes. Mexican Pizza - it was a soupy mess, sauce filled the container. Steak quesadilla - little cheese and meat in less than half of it. While we were looking through all of this, a couple pulled up to go in and we warned them about our experience and showed them the Mexican pizza...they turned around and left quickly. Had lunch today with an interesting situation. We ordered inside for dine in and half through us placing our order the young man taking our order just walked away to work the drive in. Another person came over to finish up after a few minutes. Then while we are waiting for our food the same young man came from behind the counter and locked the doors and taped up a sign that the drive through is only open. Feeling uneasy I asked the workers what was going on and they said the fellow did not how to take orders so they were closing the inside. Drive thru wait times are consistently over 10 minutes, even when you order through the app. Today I was given food in a plastic bag that was covered in iced coffee. I did not order iced coffee. Don't waste your money going to this location. Food is awful most of the time. Today, I decided to give them another chance and it was a mistake. I ordered a number one regular and 3 extra regular tacos for my family. We told them to keep the receipt because normally we don't have issues this bad. I get the food and half are made supreme, which we are unable to eat. I do inside to try to get this corrected. I wait 5 minutes before anyone coming up to the register and I explain what happened and that if these are supreme I was charged 3 dollars extra. They asked for the receipt, so I went back to the car just to make sure I didn't have it. When I came back in, they proceeded to fill sauces and other condiments and completely ignore me for another 5 minutes. Then they make the correct food. They refused to give me my money back. They offered me more food, but there was no way we could eat that much so I just asked for my money back again. They flat out refused to give me the money back, even though they charged me for more than I ordered. I know that for many that much money doesn't mean much, but money is tight. I don't understand why a reasonable request of being refunded what I was overcharged is denied. The food we got also tasted bad. The crunchy shells were stale and the meat watery.
