We had this food truck for our annual company "picnic" lunch at the office. I can't speak to their pricing since I wasn't footing the bill but they had a nice variety of tacos, a nacho dish and a tamale dish to choose from. Their tortilla chips are fantastic and so is their salsa & guacamole! They also served us little funnel cakes for dessert - YUM & just the right size for one person. Pretty much everyone enjoyed the food. The only downside I heard was the tempura jumbo shrimp tacos only had 1 shrimp per taco...granted these were the small tortilla tacos but looking at it I would have put 2 shrimp on each (and I heard from the team later it should have been 2 shrimp per taco, just a mistake having only 1 each as it was a new item at the time). Stopped at Rogue in Crete with my daughter on our way home from the train station. Mac and cheese bites were scrumptious, as was the shrimp tempura sandwich, which had very large tasty shrimp (no shrimpy shrimp here!). We also enjoyed the Parmesan fries and, oh that pretzel! I'd go back for all the food but that pretzel was fabulous! I can't wait for them to come back to the neighborhood. read more

Phenomenal food! Love everything I've tried. The sauce with the Mac n cheese bites is out of this world. The "gone rogue" sandwich is absurdly good. The only reason for the 4 stars is when ordering in the commons my wife received cold food, not warm or acceptable but COLD, including her fries. They did make it right but lost the 5 stars because of that and the extra time it caused me going back. Not an overall big deal but was inconvenient. I will continue to patronize them wherever I can and would adjust the rating if needed. Keep up the good food! read more

Stopped by Hailstorm last night and Rogue Curbside Kitchen was there. We got "The Coup" which was a crispy chicken sandwich and the short rib sandwich. Both were amazing! The best part of both were the sauces and creativity of the toppings they develop to go with the sandwiches. I'll be back the next time they are at a local spot! read more

Rogue Curbside Kitchen is outstanding! They were at Evil Horse Brewery in Crete with menus conveniently located on the tables inside. We placed our order at the truck and they delivered it in record time. We tried the soft pretzels and the mac-n-cheese bites....both delicious. Also tried the Gone Rogue (braised beef short rib sandwich) and The Turnabout (shrimp tempura sandwich)....also fantastic! Both came with delicious parmesan fries but the extras on the sandwiches put them over the top....the sweet/hot pepper jelly especially. Can't wait to run into these guys again!!! read more

I stopped at the Rogue Food Truck at Wolf's Flea Market at the Allstate Arena this past Sunday, and while I only purchased a soda I had a horrible experience with their customer service. I was given incorrect change on a $20 bill, they gave me $9 back instead of $19. As we were disagreeing on who was right, I large older man comes to the window and tells me they don't have time to talk to me,I was wrong and I should move along because I'm affecting his business. But I refused to leave without my $10, I'm not paying $11 for a can of soda. A couple of customers start telling me I should call security,and one of the men I was talking to soon becomes frustrated because he's not getting his food, and he asks about it.They tell him he never ordered or paid.This gentleman gets loud and demands his food, to which the owner/manager peeks out the truck and says " I see what's happening here, I seen you two talking and I'm not playing that game" WTH?? So in front of everyone at the flea market he starts talking about how we are in on it together, we must do this for a living. I'm very disappointed with the way this man decided to handle this situation.It was his way or the highway. He called security on me, which was fine with me because I wanted to tell as many people as possible how this guy treats his customers.And although I feel security believed me, they couldn't get involved. The guy with the hotdog got his food, no apology after this "manager" told him he was trying to get free food, they finally told him they had lost his ticket, pffftt! I hired the ROGUE food truck for my daughters first birthday party on Halloween! We had about 30 adults and 15 children. We went with Italian beef, fries, mac n cheese, and polish sausage!! The food was FANTASTIC!! People are still talking about it! Chef Mark is a wonderful person who will go above and beyond to make your party a success. Highest rating FOR SURE!! Chef Mark catered our children's birthday party. We had about 25 adults and dozen kids at our home. Then menu was delicious (and that's an understatement)! Adults and kids both loved everything that was served. Plenty to choose from along with desert! Hot, fresh and melted in our mouths! Friendly atmosphere along with the professionalism to go along with it. Super clean truck and 5 star restaurant quality food.
