We came here Monday just for a quick bite to eat. Big mistake that was. The guy working the drive-thru seemed like he was either high or very sleepy. But it seemed like he was more high. You can tell something was not mentally clicking. We ordered the two wraps combo. I asked for a diet Dr Pepper with no ice and repeated it twice and the guy gave me Diet Coke with tons of ice. Ordered online. Four spicy chicken breasts, small Cajun fry, small red beans and rice, one order of the new Dippers and one biscuit. Requested a 3:15 pick up. I walked into Popeyes at 3:12. Order was ready and a four minute drive home. Every item was Terrible! All four breasts were cold and dried out. The Cajun fries were beyond cold and mushy. The red beans and rice was also cold and 90% rice. The order of new Dippers were also cold and there was more breading on the scant amount of chicken. Needless to say the biscuit went into the garbage after one bite. All of this for $26.09! The founder Al Copeland wouldn't be proud of how is business is going down hill fast. Just got back from the ER with my girlfriend who had COVID. She insisted on KFC. I tried to convince her to either Popeyes or Raising Canes. She insisted. The outdoor doors were locked because they were supposedly understaffed (3). Again tried to convince her to go elsewhere. Even Jewels fried chicken is better. One smart-ass made the comment of me coming back after asking about the locked doors. The manager threatened to call the police when I refused to leave because of her unacceptable responses. Refusing to give me her bosses name. Third smart-ass threatened to come outside and kick my ass. He looked like he crawled out of bed with his nappy head and sweatpants. Worst experience ever. The one lady in front of me did a Phone order and it said it was ready 20 minutes ago on her phone And the employee told her it would be another 30 or 40 minutes. It was not done. But this time, the drive thru attender (snapped back) asked us again from everything we ordered, but when they read back our order it was wrong. Somehow my Google review was taken down and that really ticks me off. I live one minute from this KFC and have been there three times. I get off work late, around 7:30, and sometimes my wife and I have a Fried chicken craving. We gave this KFC three chances. Ever time I went for fried chicken a full hour or more before closing time I was told that I couldn't get the chicken I wanted because they stopped frying so they wouldn't have to throw any away!! 1.5 hours before closing!!!! I understand the concept of not being wasteful, but come on! Why stay open another hour and a half if you only can serve coleslaw and instant potatoes????? I can only assume that the owners do not know they have a lazy manager who basically gets all the closing duties done super early so he/she can leave right when the store closes. Sad. The drive thru attendant refused to answer a question until I answered her list of questions. I needed to ask a question to decide how to complete my order. I was rudely told that she was unable to answer my question until I answered her questions. I got pissed and went in to speak with a manager. Manager tells me the attendant did nothing wrong that she MUST follow the prompts on the screen. If the order wasn"t for someone else I would have left. Hey YUM Corp is getting good help so difficult you feel you need to script their interactions? If so maybe temper their training with some etiquette training as well. read more

I like to go here whenever I get the chance, usually when my work schedule permits it. The food is always hot and plentiful. If you want a certain piece of chicken that's not there, they'll get some for you. The buffet is pretty much the same each day with only a slight variation. Some days I will see mac & cheese, some not. The same goes for the beans. One thing I've never seen at the buffet is the potato wedges. Maybe I just wasn't there on those days. I'm ok with the change up since there is just so much room at the buffet. The place is always clean and the employees are professional and courteous. After seeing the commercials we were anxiously wanting to try the new chicken and waffles. We were very disappointed. First of all, the waffles were premade and must have been microwaved - they were dry and tasteless even after pouring on the syrup. The tenders looked like slivers taken from a chicken breast, three were 3 inches long, 2 inches wide and about a 1/4" thick, the fourth was actually 2 pieces half this size of the others. I payed around $8 for this, which included a tiny biscuit and a soda nearly filled to the brim with ice(barely got a couple of sips , and I had to get something else to drink, to finish the bone dry breaded chicken(grilled chicken was not an option).
