    Damn good burgers. Five Guys does remind me of In-N-Out Burger because their menu is really basic. But I remember how my In-N-Out burger was a thin slice of meat and roughly 24 cubic feet of wet, dripping lettuce. And Five Guys is two solid beef patties with the toppings I wanted. I was very, very happy with this. I also attempted their cajun fries. They're thick and hot, both temperature-wise and seasoning-wise. Their flavor would bully Arby's curly fries right off the playground. They did taste way over-seasoned, though. I was seriously sweating as I ate them. In retrospect, I think I may have enjoyed their regular fries more. What's crazy is that I ordered a regular-size fries and not only did they fill the cup, there was at least another cup's worth overflowing into the bag. I have a healthy appetite, but I could only make it through half the fries before I was full. It's easily enough for two people. The total for a hamburger, regular order of fries and a drink was $10.51. Sure, that's more than you'd pay at McDonald's, but Five Guys tastes way better than most fast food joints. I was full and happy. And if you can walk away from a restaurant full and happy for less than $11, that's a mark of success in my book. Don't think of it as fast food. If you really want to eat ground-up horse meat for half the price, knock yourself out. This is legit food. Legit food costs more.

    So delicious. Love this location. Employees are very nice and very attentive. The burgers are very juicy. All of them are double patties unless asked for just one. The fries are fresh and have a dark and golden color, a lot like Ricobene's. Very much recommend this as a local burger joint. !!!***Can be pricey, but if you have the chase bank app, scroll to the bottom for their "chase offers". There is an option to get 10% back on to your chase card***!!!

As a consumer who values basic standards of service and professionalism, I find it necessary to bring to your attention the deplorable conditions and poor service quality that I encountered during my visit. First and foremost, the wait time was utterly unacceptable. I, along with other patrons, waited approximately 35 minutes for a simple order of a burger and fries. Such an extended delay, especially for a basic meal, is nothing short of disgraceful and indicates significant operational deficiencies. To make matters worse, there was no clear system or organization to streamline orders, particularly at the drive-thru, which was chaotic and unorganized. Multiple customers, including myself, endured lengthy waits exceeding 30 minutes, which is far beyond reasonable expectations for any fast-food service. Adding to the frustration was the complete lack of basic amenities, such as lids for the cups. This oversight is indicative of a broader neglect of customer service standards and attention to detail. Furthermore, the personnel working behind the counter appeared untrained and displayed childish behavior, which is entirely unprofessional and diminishes the reputation of your brand. It was particularly troubling that there was no dedicated staff member inside to take orders directly; instead, customers are forced to rely solely on the iPad system, which, during my visit, frequently locked up, further delaying service. The management's attitude was equally disappointing. When I addressed these issues with the manager present, I was told that more staff members are needed--an admission that they are severely understaffed. However, the manager also stated that they do not care if the franchise fails as a result. Such a dismissive attitude toward operational concerns and customer satisfaction is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the leadership within your organization. This entire experience was, by far, the worst I have encountered in any dining environment. It is clear that this location lacks proper training, workflow management, and a commitment to quality service. If these issues are not addressed through immediate and comprehensive training, it is likely that this location will face continued decline and eventual closure--similar to many establishments that have failed due to neglect of basic customer service principles. In closing, I strongly urge you to take these concerns seriously. Your establishment needs a thorough overhaul of staff training, operational procedures, and management oversight. Customers deserve prompt, courteous service and a pleasant dining environment, not this chaotic and unprofessional experience I faced. I hope you will take swift action to rectify these problems before further damage is done to your franchise's reputation. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Well lit with a nice layout and atmosphere. I nice mural on the wall as well. My wife ordered the 2 pc white chicken and waffle. For some reason they consider a wing as white meat? Anyhow, you get a wing and a huge breast with a waffle. The chicken is fried and the batter has a nice taste to it. The breast was way over cooked and dry however. But overall it was good at a price of $8.99. I had the Spicy Chicken Sandwich. Its served on a regular hamburger bun and the chicken was extremely small. Most of the sandwich was the bun. It was good well and tasted delicious. It comes with a small amount of fries all for $10.99. This item is way over priced and not at all worth the cost. I would value this at $7-$8. Both of our orders were extremely fresh. Cooked to order. It took 30 minutes from order time to get the food which is too long. Neither of us will order these items again but we will return to try other menu items. And the key here is to call in and order ahead.
