Both my wife and I are burger fanatics. We often go for the $15-20 gormet burgers and have no regrets. However, if you want a great and reasonably priced burger then Culvers is the place to go! If and when they offer it I always get their Pub Burger. This is a high quality and great tasting burger. The Pepper Grinder Pub Burger features a beef patty layered with two slices of smoked bacon, Swiss and cheddar cheese slices, plus peppercorn mayo blend on a savory everything bun. The only problem is that is all to rare. Meaning they don't offer it very often. Also, they have great fries with an awesome spicy sauce on request. read more

Today we went there and I was very impressed when one of their employees, Zaid held the door for me and my older mother, for what was a fairly long time. Went to the drive thru on Saturday evening about 6:15. Ordered 2 single burgers NO cheese a small onion ring and fry. We got 2 single CHEESEBURGERS. I had lunch here today, which I always like to get their cheese butterburgers , after all that and along with their custard has to be the signature items at any Culver's locations. I ordered curbside and for some reason when I clicked I'm here, it said success and then went back to the previous page. So I called the location and the girl said it didn't show on their end that I had selected I'm here, apologized, and immediately ran my order out to me. I call that wonderful service. I hope someone at that location relays my gratefulness at how she dealt with the situation. She gave me an apology- even though it wasn't her fault, it was the system- and expediently brought my order out to me. Thus, I conclude that this location has excellent customer service. This restaurant needs to stop asking you "what can we make fresh for you today?" I stopped twice for dinner on separate occasions through the drive-thru and the food tasted leftover or had been sitting since lunch. The strips were warm to touch and the fries were dry. Even the sweet tea had NO ice and tasteless and the ranch dressing was watery. Are the managers not on-site anymore? ugh! I've had good fresh meals at Culver's, so I know when it's freshly made. Located undoubtedly on purpose right next to a McDonald's, this Culver's can hold its own with most hamburger joints. Of course, the choices for a good hamburger out in Orland Park seemingly are endless - noting just McDonald's, Burger 21, Shoop's, Burger King, Freddies, Wendy's, Five Guys, and Steak & Shake...besides Culver's. This Culver's has a large dining room, is on the newish side, is clean as can be, and serves up a nice hamburger made to order when you drop in...good fries also. The parking lot is large, the drive-up window efficient, and the employees - at least all the ones we have dealt with - are really top notch. You can tell the have good hiring practices and train their people in customer service. In the firmament of fast-food chains for a good hamburger (the first one we went to years ago was in Wisconsin Dells), you can't go wrong giving this Culver's a try. read more

The restaurant itself is nice and clean and the staff is pretty nice. However, I had a bad experience going there. Myself and my family went up to order and I had ordered a Cheese butter burger with mayo, ketchup, mustard, and pickles as well as the flavor of the day. My cousin ordered a Plain butterburger and then the rest ordered what they wanted. When they brought out our food only three of the five of us had gotten our food or gotten the right order. My butterburger was no where to be found on the tray as well as my ice cream. My cousin's order was wrong, instead of a plain burger he got one with everything on it. We went up to straighten it out which went a little worse as when we tried to describe what they had gotten wrong they asked if we were just missing fries, which was not what they got wrong. When they gave us our order again they got my cousins order wrong a second time. Instead of a plain burger they gave him, one with cheese on it. Then something I found funny but also really idiotic was one of the workers went up to him and said "not hungry are we." Like yes I don't think he would want to eat something that he doesn't like. Also when they gave us our order they barely apologized. Keep this in mind when you go but I wouldn't say dont go as Culver's is the best fast food restaurant I've been to in my whole life. If you want to go, maybe just eat at a different location. read more

I've been here plenty of times and never had any issues, but last week made me literally disgusted. Before leaving this review, last week I actually filled out the survey that they give you on the bottom of your receipt, and I did complain and make management aware of the situation, but of course they do not care, and no one has reached out to me. So, I will leave my review here. I ordered two combo meals, the double bacon and cheese butter burger had this really long thick black hair inside the sandwich. Luckily for me I had only taken two bites before noticing it. I have blonde hair, so I know that it was not mine. Obviously they do not wear any hairnets, or anything. Well this made me completely disgusted, and after that I obviously did not want anything to do with the other burger. Also the part that really sucked about all of this, was when I had noticed that I was nowhere near culvers to take it back and show them. What a waste of $19. read more

Always a huge fan of Culver's so while I was visiting from out of town I had to stop by. I ordered a concrete mixer as did the rest of my family. However it took awhile for them to bring it out to us so during by the time we got it, it was more like soup. Still tastes delicious just wish we would have gotten speedier service. read more

I am astounded right now, from the moment I pulled up to the window I immediately felt the attitude from the other side. I ordered two pints of custard, one chocolate and one turtle, I was told to wait at the window, 10 minutes later I'm told they don't have any turtle, I was very understanding and asked for a butter pecan instead, to which she replied 'pull up to the first spot'. 10 more minutes go by and I'm handed the bag. When I get home, excited to have some custard I pull out one melted soupy chocolate pint and one butter pecan pint that expired in AUGUST!?!?!?!?!??!???!??!!!!!!??? ITS THE END OF DECEMBER. This is such a popular place! The drive through is super long during peak hours but the staff do a nice job of keeping things moving and they are usually super friendly the times I've been there. They have a curbside pickup option and contactless transaction kiosk in the drive thru line, if people want that option. read more

This a review of only the bathroom. I don't like to give bad reviews but it's been a couple days since I've visited and the bathroom situation is still on my mind. I was enjoying my dinner but needed to fornicate. I went to the bathroom and prepared to lock the stall when alas the lock didn't work. With only one stall I had no choice but to hold in my number two. This bathroom has only one stall and urinal which isn't very convenient, especially when they don't work correctly. I came to this location because they have the lemon crumble ice cream and the two closer locations did not. I only ordered this ice cream and it was not as advertised. First, it barely had any of the crumbles in it. The picture makes it look like there are chunks throughout. There is not. It's mostly just small crumbs like at the bottom of a package of cookies and the occasional chunk, maybe 3 in a double scoop. Second, when the teenager who brought out the cones was waiting for the other teen to scoop the custard, he was holding the waffle cones in a way that two of his fingers were touching the cone itself. Like his whole finger wrapped around the cone above the paper. I'm not a germaphobe, but it doesn't look good, especially after the next two points. Third, this location stinks. You walk in and there's a smell that's sort of a mix of thrift store and dirty fryer oil. It's not great. Lastly, the floors are so tacky that when you walk there's a loud noise that's made. Not sure if that's adding to the smell or what. Between the floors and the smell, we ate our custard outside. The drive thru was slammed and hardly anyone was inside. The food is exactly like they advertise. The quality reminds me of Wendy's. This location is easy to get into and the drivers thru provides plenty of room for even the largest personal vehicles. We got a burger, pumpkin concrete mixer, and a chicken sandwich. It was all good. The reason for the four stars is definitely because of the driver thru lady. This review is pertaining to their concrete mixers only. I ordered a cookie dough mixer from here a few years ago. There were hardly any bit pieces of cookie dough at all throughout the mixer. So from then on I traveled to Tinley Park Culver's for my concrete mixers which are usually hit or miss over there. Yesterday was my favorite flavor of the day, Devils food cake. I was going to make the trek again to Tinley but since the Orland location was much closer, I'd figure I'd give them one more shot. They failed, again. The mixer was 90% just dark chocolate custard. Hardly any bits of chocolate cake or novelty chocolate throughout it. There was one big piece of novelty chocolate stuck together at the bottom. The training regiment at this location on how to make concrete mixers is awful. The best concrete mixers for me is the Downers Grove location. They know what they're doing over there. When I get a Devil's food cake from their I can tell just by looking at it it'll be delicious as always. There's plenty of novelty chocolate & cake pieces THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE MIXER FROM TOP TO BOTTOM. The Orland Park Culver's has been crossed off my list. I will not be returning here again. read more

However the fish sandwich was so bland ! Total lack of seasoning and my bottom bun was cold and the cheese was pretty much absent. I gave them another chance but never again ! After eating their butter burger, I laid down and waited for cardiac arrest. I even fell asleep and dreamed that I seen my childhood pet bird I used to have and my grandmother who passed away 20 years ago telling me that it wasn't my time yet. I'm glad to report that I have recovered fine and will probably continue a normal healthy life with the exception of ever eating a Butter Burger again. This place is known for their burgers but isn't the reason why I go there. Service was great and establishment was clean. Only gave it two stars because I think it took a few years away from my life. You will enjoy it if you like the taste of butter more than you like the taste of lean beef. read more

I love Culver's in general and usually never have a problem, but I've gone to dine in at this location twice within the last few years and have gotten sick each time. I eat Culver's often at two other locations and usually get the same thing, so I truly think it's an issue with this location. The staff appear miserable, which is strange since all my interactions with Culver's employees are usually really pleasant. The inside is messy and disorganized, and there's a really awful smell along with unattended buckets of dirty water and rags near where customers eat. I'm really unimpressed with this Culver's and will probably never eat at this location again. read more
