Nothing was done well. I only ordered 2 shakes... waited in the pull up spot for 20 minutes, before I had to get someone's attention, letting them know. They came out a bit later... with a "here ya go". What is with the completely incompetent workforce at fast food restaurants these days? read more

For "fast" food, it's the best. They also have great salads and other healthy foods. I've never had bad food or service at any Culver's but this one is exceptional. On Monday evenings, they have a magician for the kids. read more

Quality of the food does not justify the price! Quantity of the dessert items are small. Everyone at the store is pleasant and they do seem to care. The atmosphere inside of the store is also pleasant. read more

Placed a order for 6 people today and waited over 1 and 1/2 hours and food was as if it was cooked then left out and then microwaved it before it was delivered to us. Food was horrible and everyone had bad gas my double bacon cheeseburger was burnt and half of the bun and mushy threw most of it away. That place need all NEW MANAGERMENT & WORKERS. Bad part is it left such a bad taste that it will be at least a year or 2 before I ever eat at a Culvers again thats if they even last with this kind of service. read more

I really have nothing good to say about this Culver's. It's a shame because Culver's is one of my favorite restaurants too. But this location is an absolute disaster. I'm yet to have a good experience there. Be prepared to wait at least 20-30 mins each time you go. I sat in the drive thru for a whole entire hour before I received my food. Not only are the waits bad, but the employees just look miserable working there. There has to be a management issue at this location, because I've been to other locations and had no problems with waiting or customer service. If I could give zero stars, I would. read more

Took 15 minutes, made me park with a number, for a scoop of vanilla custard. Unreal, last time I'll be here

Super disappointing! Had a flyer for a fundraiser..ordered the Sourdough burger, the wrapper was soaked in grease and the burnt burger only covered half the sandwich, forgot an order of fries. The pepsi was flat. Super expensive for small portions. read more

Trust me when I say I have a lot of Culver's and let me tell you the new Lenox location is the worst! It 100% comes down to how clean those grills are that food doesn't taste right. The Frankfort location actually tastes clean. Been like this for years now don't think they will ever change at all. read more

I've gone 5 times now, and five times my order has been wrong. I always order a cheeseburger, single, swiss cheese, ketchup. lettuce, tomato, pickle, grilled onion. Here's what I got on each of my five visits. 1.American Cheese, not swiss 2. ketchup. mustard and. mayo 3. a plain burger with no toppings 4. mushrooms instead of onion 5. mustard, no ketchup on a double cheeseburger. The food is good so long as you're comfortable eating whatever they decide to give you. not going back read more

Food is always made wrong, the pop machine must never be cleaned or changed because the drinks taste awful every time. The workers are extremely rude and have zero customer service skills. Work ethic doesn't exists when workers are on there phone and chit chatting while taking orders and serving the window!! The wait time is always extremely long. The line doesn't move for 20+ minutes. Bad...BAD location! Hope to see some changes moving forward. read more

Tea was old and the girl behind the register wasn't wasn't helpfulasked for 2 fresh Pints and said no just get the ones out of the freezers.

Goat food, amazing service and neatly kept eating area. I had flat tire entire team came to the rescue.

I just got a meal from here, my drink tasted like a cleaning product or soap. I thought I was crazy so I gave it to my husband and he sniffed it and it definitely smells like soap. Needless to say IM THROWING UP NOW over this. It really hurt my stomach. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! read more

Not sure if the employees are under-trained or just plain lazy. Also, the bathrooms are DISGUSTING. I hope the kitchen isn't as bad... Went and ordered a mixer with cake pieces. Horrible workers, horrible drive thru, and horrible customer service. Ordered 2 burger meals only got 1 fry and 1 drink, then when I asked for the items I ordered/purchased they fought with me in the drive through about it. Fire that blonde bitch who runs food on Thursday and fix your horrible drive thru speaker so maybe they can actually get the orders right. read more

The food is pretty good but the cashiers are so rude and the place is never clean, its disgusting.

I have been living in the neighborhood for many years never been to this specific location of Culver's. Monday I gave it a shot and bought delux burger and I asked the girl at the window if you have soft serve ice cream she said yes we do I asked for one too when I pulled up the window someone was explaining her that the ice cream Is not soft serve but I asked her I'll take it anyways whatever. Please hire people who know the menu. No offense just an advice. Over all burger was ok. read more

Had a terrible Reuben sandwich here, as it was like rubber, and actually part black from being burned or just being rubbery. I would give it a zero or even negative stars if possible. read more

Terrible. $37+ for three fast food meals and an order of cheese curds. All the fries were half full, the cheese curds were 1/4 full. With terrible service times and challenges staffing... I'll take my money elsewhere. read more

Staff was nice, but i my Reuben was made with sourdough bread instead of rye. Staff wear the their blue food service gloves and do not remove them to wash their hands after contaminating the gloves. Staff take your order, touch the register and cash, then grab your food and touch the fries all with the dirty gloves. Staff bring out the food to cars wear the gloves, touch the doors and go and touch food all while wearing the same gloves. Gross. I would not recommend this location. read more

The service is good, the food is good but the last year or so, it's been a filthy mess in here. I can see having a couple of times where the day was so busy that the crew couldn't keep up with the cleaning, but we have been frequenting this location consistently over the last year and it's always dirty. The drink area is the worst! And the ketchup dispenser, yuck! The drink lid dispenser is very gross and doesn't work properly either. I don't know whose managing this location, but they need to step it up or the owner needs to get a new manager. read more

Last time I visited Culvers in New Lenox, I got very sick (ecoli) from the food. I learned that 3 of my friends also got very ill from eating at this location. There needs to be a health inspection. Not only that, they have become ridiculously expensive... which doesn't matter to me because I won't go back. read more

Tuesday Oct 14 Lauren in the drive thru was so awesome and patient. It was my first time ever visiting one of these and she was multitasking with entering stuff in the computer and rattling off the menu to me with all of my questions....loved her energy. And the food was BONKERS good. I had a single Butter Burger, Chez Curds and Hot Fudge Custard Sundae. Soooooo good. Next time I'm in the burbs I'll be back. My friend raved about the tenders too! read more

If I could give negative stars I would. My wife ordered a cheese burger and it was RAW in the middle. Completely unacceptable in fast food. This is how people get sick, where is the common sense? I can deal with a messed up order, long waits bad service, but RAW food, NO WAY!!!!!! read more

Was there around 11:00 Am, the food was good the service was good. However, while I ate in, the crew was having lunch and they were very loud in there, one member was even yelling to workers at the counter. It was a very unpleasant experience. read more

We first discovered Culvers in Louisville Kentucky while traveling and have since wanted to return, even though their prices are a bit high. We live in Ohio and there are none near us. So when we traveled to Illinois recently we sought one out. The food was hot, fresh and timely. However, there weren't many other customers there at the time. The bathrooms, on the other hand were gross. You could smell pee even before you walked in. And for them to be so close to where food is made, is just unpleasant. We didn't eat in the restaurant though. The dining room was in need of some attention. If the staff could find someone to clean up the place, they would get a much better review. read more

All I can say is if they would get it together we would probably be there every other day but since they bring one ice cream out at a time and they are 10 minutes apart ! I mean really???!!??? We just stopped going. Things do not run systematically at this Culver's. You would think they woulda fixed it by now. Burgers are good! Custard - good. Too bad we can never have it. read more

I always forget about this location and that's on me. The Bell Road location is fine, but they always seem short handed. I refuse to go in to Orland/Tinley for my crave. So it's either here in New Lenox or a road trip to J-Town. Great service, squeaky clean, well staffed and maintained. These should be "given" that both employee and guests consider common courtesy. read more

This experience sucked! I mean the food was good but the cashier was just awful. First of all two of our orders were messed up but then the worst part was like I said, the cashier. His name was Landon according to his name tag and he had an awful attitude towards us and even swore when he saw the size of our group (there were literally 6 of us plus another group of about 15 showed up and we were sure that he was throwing a tantrum) and when we would order he barely paid any attention to us and even forgot to give some of us our drinks. Overall this was a very bad experience and I hope this out of line employe gets fired... he was kinda cute tho. read more

Great smooth ice cream for the summer but I wish I could say the same for the food. Food is just as average as any fast food. Unfortunately there are not any really good burger places in New Lenox. This is about as close as you will get. read more
