There's not much in the way of food except some cookies and pastries. Cool place to have some beers and get food. It's unique from most delis because this has slots, so it's also a gaming parlor. I was having severe pain in my foot and stopped at customer service to see if someone could bring my items to the checkout area for me to avoid having to walk. The two women at customer service were so accommodating and so genuinely kind one went to get my order from the back of the store and they even offered to get me a chair while I waited. When the items were brought to the front, I paid for them at the same counter and they called the man that works there to take these items out to my car. I could not have done this without his help. The one box was the size of a full sheet cake and I was walking with. It came so caring these items even though they were in a cart would've been impossible. This kind of service is rare these days Natalie did the accommodate me, but did so in such a way that I didn't feel like I was a bother and they went above and beyond.

I've had several issues with incorrect orders at the Frankfort location - not to mention the slowest service almost every time. I'm two minutes from Frankfort and ten from new Lenox. I'll drive the extra 8 minutes for reliability and service.

We were told it was still not ready and that it would be brought to our curbside spot when finished. We returned to our vehicle and continued waiting. Our order was finally brought out at 6:45 PM--51 minutes after we arrived. What made the experience even more frustrating was watching another customer who arrived approximately 20 minutes after us receive her curbside order before ours. There was no explanation for the delay, no estimated completion time, and no meaningful communication. I understand restaurants can get busy, but waiting 51 minutes for a mobile curbside order while customers who arrived much later are served first is unacceptable. This completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead and selecting curbside pickup. I would appreciate an explanation and appropriate resolution from Culver's.
