Ordered two subs to take home... Number 66 had no steak. Number 13 had roast beef pieces and juice on the bottom of the bread and those flavors were very present. I've eaten there many times over the years and except for being out of rosemary parm bread on occasion, it's been fine. Big fail tonight!!! read more

Tim manager never replied to me after my 20+ sandwich had hardly any meat on it. Especially after watching a commercial showing sandwiches with lots of meat on them. Tim said to contact him via email which I did. He ignored my email, but makes it seem like he cares on yelp with his contact me response. He doesn't care customers beware. read more

Ordered tuna a few weeks ago and it was fine. Ordered one 7pm on Nov 29 Frankfort IL. Took the sandwich out the bag and it was really light compared to the turkey sub my wife ordered. Could barely see Or taste any tuna. The tuna was spread thin like peanut butter. The only good thing was that the wheat bread was really good. Ate 1/2 of my wife's sub to fill up. No more. Just ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and what I received was completely unrecognizable. I had had that wrap before and it was great, but this time it was just a mess. There was hardly any lettuce and as for the rest, you couldn't tell what it was because it just looked like a mess in a half cut wrap. I had surgery today. Late in the afternoon I finally got hungry. Asked my brother to get me a sandwich. I wanted to save half in case I got hungry later tonight. The bread was so hard I couldn't bite into it..HOW DISAPPOINTED I WAS!! I took the meat out and threw away the bread...along with almost $20.00. I was a cheerleader of your product..not anymore. I'm finished going to this location! Sadly this is the closest location to my house! I shouldn't have to correct them multiple times on one sub! Was there today with my niece and nephew getting food for us plus my girlfriend for dinner tonight. We get to the counter to order, kids place their orders, I place my order for a giant #6 on white bread. Step down the line to see the staff member is making it on a regular sized sub, so I corrected the their mistake. Kids get the toppings on their subs, I ask for my sud "Mike's Way" but no lettuce, no juice(no red wine vinegar, no olive oil). My phone rings so I answer it while they finished my order. Put my phone away and noticed the top of my sub was wet(I just figured there was a bit of oil on the table that got on the sub). Get home to find out they soaked my sub in vinegar and oil! Horrible service and rude employees. I get that they didn't want to be at work but, that doesn't mean be to rude to the customer. I don't usually go to jersey mikes so I asked if my sandwich could be toasted and the employee rudely said "um no we don't do that here" and then I had a free sandwich for my birthday and other employee was like "ugh I hate having to type in these long codes" no enthusiasm from any of the employees. I have a gluten allergy and I was thoroughly impressed with how they handled it. Everything was wiped down from the previous customers and gloves were changed. It's so hard to find fast food that take gluten allergies and intolerances seriously and I am very appreciative of the extra effort. And not one person gave me attitude about it. If I could choose any place to get a sub, it would be Jersey Mikes! They're subs are in a class of their own, and I haven't found one yet that I didn't like. Jersey Mike's employee training is very consistent from one location to another. They engage their customers and have conversations with them as they prepare the food. It's a unique experience all around. The Jersey Points program is pretty cool so its worth a join. The restaurant is up to date and very clean, which I would expect from a location that just opened. They offer a convenient option to order online so your sub will be waiting for you when you get there. I will for sure return for a delicious mouth watering Jersey Mike's sub as soon as I can. read more

I went in this place for the first time and my wife was texting me what she wanted !!! It was hard to figure out and the people behind the counter were Super trying to help! There was a crazy customer complaining about his bill and the black kid was a perfect psych major(maybe) because he was a 10 dealing with this customer!!! They just opened in Bradley, IL., Do not go through the drive through at Lunch time or ever. Very Very Very Slow. Most people only have a half hour to eat lunch, waiting in the line four 10-15 minutes is unacceptable. The franchise needs to tell people they are slow....so only go when you have an hour to burn. Two cars including myself drove away. Went to Jimmy Johns and had a sandwich in 2 minutes. Hey Franchise owners....If you don't know how to train your staff....don't open a franchise! I was very pleased with the helpfulness of Kyle .I needed something for a Wake and remembered how good the subs where for a Senior party I was at . Called on Sunday -Super Bowl and biggest snow storm day . He said no problem helped me pick out what he thought would be good and even helped with cookie package. very disappointed in the entire experience and the jersey mikes in frankfort... every jersey mikes i have been to you get greeted right when you walk in the door no matter how busy they are. when you get in line they ask about your order and also ask about your day, what you are up to, if your working how is work, etc... not at the frankfort location. no greeting when we came in. we stood by the order area and waited while one of the 4 people finally asked us "you ready?" we said yes and ordered. we ordered a #3 and a #56. the #3 they drown the sandwich in oil and vinegar so much by the time we got it home the bread was soaked and mushy. the #56 was an even bigger disappointment . . . there was hardly any meat on my sandwich at all. they had meat on the front half of the sandwich and cheese on the back half of the sandwich. i will more then likely never go back to that location. read more

I called Jersey Mike's hoping to have a sandwich ordered and delivered for my daughter who forgot her lunch. I was first told that they didn't deliver for orders less than $50, so I hung up. Less than a minute later, Reuben from Jersey Mike's called back and explained that that was their policy, but that they would make an exception since they had extra staff on hand. First time been to Jersey Mikes! I was very surprise to find the Philly cuisine, but at the same time skeptical it would not even come close to the real thing. Being from Philly, I have not found anything close to a cheese or chicken cheese streak outside 50 miles from Philly let alone on the sound side of Chicago. I decided to avoid the cheese steak since it was listed to have peppers. Who would ever even consider putting green peppers on a Philly Cheese Steak? So, I went right for the Buffalo Chicken Cheese Steak. Well, they Nailed It! I could not believe! I was also surprised to find Tastycakes there as well, another Philly Treasure. Next time I will try the Cheese Steak minus the green peppers. If the Cheese Steak Delivers, I may give them another star. The Reuben hold its own as well! Worth a try! read more
