I am into speed lately and Jimmy John's is good at making subs so fast that I almost did freak. I don't come here often as I am sick of hearing Mr. Jimmy John complain about Illinois taxes, but when Ambrosino's is closed it is a good alternative. I always order the number 9, the Italian Nightclub. It is a solid Italian sub with a good balance of meat, cheese, mayo, and dressing. To round out my meal, I add on two of my favorite things in life: salt and vinegar chips and a fountain cherry coke. Healthy? No. Delicious? Yes. The staff in this location are very friendly and were quick to greet me as I walked in the door. They were adept at communicating with each other, taking phone orders, and working as a team. Everything flowed smoothly and I was home in time to catch the end of Income Property. read more

Jimmy John's - a car parked in front of the store - Sandwiches Near Me - Frankfort, Illinois

We live rather close to the Frankfort location but will drive out to New Lenox for better service. Went in yesterday a few minutes after opening to grab two simple orders: giant plain slim #1 WITH cheese and one without. I ended up discovering I had a plain slim with cheese with maybe 4 slices of ham in the giant. Then the second sandwich was TURKEY - which neither of my kids will eat. Unfortunately we did not have time to go back so I wasted money for a giant that no one could eat (I am celiac). The turkey sandwich also had barely any meat in it. The guy behind the counter stared at me as if I was rude to come in a few minutes after opening while his coworker took over the phone orders. There were no customers in the store. Just me. I went this morning to New Lenox - same sandwiches, online ordered, and for exactly what I wanted with sandwiches properly and fully made. Zero issues. I've had several issues with incorrect orders at the Frankfort location - not to mention the slowest service almost every time. I'm two minutes from Frankfort and ten from new Lenox. I'll drive the extra 8 minutes for reliability and service. read more

I don't think most people go to Jimmy John's and ask for a pickle cut in half expecting to get this! Also, it's extremely soggy and not at all crunchy. Their pickles used to be one of my favorite things. I hope the rest of my meal is better. read more

Previous review was about the online ordering. This time it's food quality. Order the Club Lulu and Jalapeño Ranch Wrap. Had the wrap same day. It had plenty of chicken. Pretty tasty. And is a tad spicy for those that don't eat a lot of hot spicy things. Had the Club Lulu the next day Very disappointed with the amount of meat. It only had what seemed like 1 slice of Turkey on each half of the sandwich that had been folded over to fit on the bread. I felt like like was eating a bread sandwich with mayo lettuce tomato and a strip of bacon. The competition of sun shops put more meat on their subs and you don't have to pay extra for it. Very disappointed with this sandwich. read more

Been to a bunch of JJ's in my life. This one is abysmal in regards to customer service, friendliness, accuracy of orders, and knowledge of the store. Fool me twice for coming here and hoping for similar quality as other store. Not getting me a 3rd time. read more

Poor service 08/24/2021 Phone app order -1 unwich, 1 bag of chips 11:32 am Status update "Ready for pickup": 12:24 pm After 15 minutes into our 52 minute wait, I attempted to call the restaurant several times - always went to voicemail (unprofessional, poor business). Complained to manager (Jeff) asking for charges to be refunded and 2 cold drinks be provided because Sam (our puppy) and I sat waiting in our hot (90*F) van for the JJ app to update us on our food being ready. Jeff did not offer any compensation for the delay blaming it on being busy (note; "help wanted" signs were posted at the front window). When I questioned Jeff on his decision not to compensate me for the restaurant's poor service, he simply shrugged his shoulders. When I told him I'd be reporting the poor service "up the chain" he scoffed and said "you'll just be talking to me." Long gone are the days of taking care of customers, compensating for service that doesn't meet the business's own promises ("Food so fast you'll freak!" and general cordiality. The Frankfort, IL Jimmy John's restaurant and Jeff do a poor service to the Jimmy John's name and convenience eateries everywhere, My total bill $12.91 - great decision Jeff. read more

We just ordered pickup for our sandwiches. When we got home, we found a large piece of brown/blonde hair inside of the tuna sandwich. They do not allow refunds they say but can do a sandwich exchange. We just need a refund. This is disgusting. read more

An hour wait for a soggy sandwich. Save your money or go somewhere else that cares about their customers.

would give zero stars if could because i would appreciate if the driver did not try to call me a liar when i saw him grab the food he said he delivered to my house off my neighbors porch. Called the store the manager did not even care and when i asked for a refund he said "i mean it is only across the street" so what I do not want food that was put on someone else's porch and then driven around for 10 more minutes because your driver wanted to say i put the wrong address down. I think i know where i live but thank you. Never coming back to this jimmy johns again. read more

As a person still learning the art of patience, this place is right up my alley for that quick lunch. I walk in and am greeted with a bunch of smiling hello's. I place my order and pay, walk down to pick up counter and most of my order is there waiting. Satisfied. read more

They can't get an order correct to save their lives. Ask for cucumbers you get pickles, close but no... Every time I ask for extra peppers there are 3 on the whole sandwich, if 3 is extra peppers is regular peppers half a pepper? Asking for a friend. Just let me come back there and make it myself next time. read more

I will no longer support Jimmy Johns, our company has ordered a dozen times in this past few months. Our last 3 orders have been messed up and it's a big Inconvenience. They always forgot to add an ingredient to our order, my co worker found a long hair in his sandwich a few weeks ago. They are always in a hurry but need to check their orders twice. . They give you the runaround on the phone and keep passing the phone to a coworker so you can explain what happened ....waste of time:(. go to potbelly's r Rubino's in Tinley read more

i don't even know where to begin. put an order in for catering scheduled at 2, was charged and when we get there was told they don't have it. after 45 minutes of back and forth, putting in an additional order to make up for the lost order, it in fact was at the store and not completed. sat there for an additional 20 minutes while it was being completed by the slowwwwwwwest moving workers ever. all the years of getting Jimmy John's I've never seen so many workers lost and confused. it was as if they all smoked and were in a high daze. send help to this store. they are a sinking ship. read more

I'm a long time jimmy johns fan. This location, however, was awful. Their service was wayyy less than good. They even put the sand which together poorly and you could tell no one that worked there wanted to be there or cared about me as a customer. Last time I go to this location. read more

Had no problems with my food order. Can out fast and correct. My problem is the bags. I came in and ordered 3 sandwiches, 3 chips and 3 drinks. I was alone so I had to juggle my order since the only bags they have are the paper. I carried out 2 bags and 3 drinks. No drink carrier was offered so I don't even know if they have them. No one from the store offered to help me get the food out. Not sure how but I made it. And Jimmy johns got 4 stars despite their customer service. That's a win win in my book. read more

Just like any other location, this one does not disappoint. The employees are friendly and your order is usually ready when you get to the end of the counter. I really like that the bread does not contain High Fructose Corn Syrup like Subway's does. read more

Fantastic staff!!!!!!!! Always chipper and friendly, Cheers to Jeff and his team!

Pretty similar to most of the negative reviews Employees there are very disrespectful its very obvious they cant stand working there. I live less than a mile from there which made it very convenient so i thought but when you have to drive there and back because they messed your order up then they have an attitude about it. That has happened so many times place sucks and by the way, they should learn how to make sandwiches not soggy bread smothered in mayonnaise and brown lettuce. Keep up the good work !!!!! You guys are great. read more

Pinche S, you want to call JJ's lazy? Youre the one who wont go the 2 miles to their store. Youre the lazy one.

Horrible management. Yelling at employees while customers are in the store. Manager throwing things at employees. They are always messing up my order. If I ask for my sandwich without something they forget to take it off. Constantly head employees coughing while making my sandwich.
