This means multi items and that means, 1/4 pound a half a pound, what type of meats or cheeses and every single time this guy gets my order wrong. He insists I give him the entire order right there! There's items missing. The amount is wrong, and even the type of item, meaning if I asked for sliced baked ham I would get the other type of ham that I didn't want . This didn't happen just once this happens every time I get stuck with him! To see he is incompetent is being kind! So very frustrating! People want to show off their so-called memory skills and all they're doing is screwing up your order. They are not exact. they're not even close! I've had so many mistakes and it's frustrating. This guy has no business saying to any customer when they ask for a half a pound of whatever to insist you give him your entire order! It's fine if you have one or two items total at the deli. But types of meats, types of cheeses, and the amount you want of each at one time. Is offputting and he has no right to do that to any customer and yes, he gets it wrong every time. Ambrosino's needs to let this guy know to he is too take a person's order one item at a time or even two at a time and that's it. He needs to stop being pushy and allow customers to give their deli orders one or two at a time as they wish to do it. He doesn't have any respect for the customers and Ambrosinos's needs to stop this guy. Never again!

Darla's claims to be a deli and gaming parlor, but they got rid of a lot of the menu since the last time. Has actual beers and a few premade cookies and stuff to choose from. There's also a few healthy options. A little place on the end of a strip mall. It doesn't look like much, and it isn't really. The inside has a few slots and tables. Also they have a few beers. It's about $2 for bottles of domestics. They have the usual stuff like Miller Lite. As for the food, it made changes to the menu about what is available. It's gotten rid of all the sandwiches, including the Peanut Butter And Jelly Sandwich. That sucks. It's about $2 for a bag of chips. There's not much in the way of food except some cookies and pastries. Cool place to have some beers and get food. It's unique from most delis because this has slots, so it's also a gaming parlor. The food menu is limited because there's no more of typical deli things, such as sandwiches.

I ended up discovering I had a plain slim with cheese with maybe 4 slices of ham in the giant. Then the second sandwich was TURKEY - which neither of my kids will eat. Unfortunately we did not have time to go back so I wasted money for a giant that no one could eat (I am celiac). The turkey sandwich also had barely any meat in it. The guy behind the counter stared at me as if I was rude to come in a few minutes after opening while his coworker took over the phone orders. There were no customers in the store. Just me. I went this morning to New Lenox - same sandwiches, online ordered, and for exactly what I wanted with sandwiches properly and fully made. Zero issues. I've had several issues with incorrect orders at the Frankfort location - not to mention the slowest service almost every time. I'm two minutes from Frankfort and ten from new Lenox. I'll drive the extra 8 minutes for reliability and service.

The tuna is not very creamy, it's kind of a wet texture and I wish it were a little more crunchy (like Jimmy John's). I add in the hot relish and a line of honey mustard and a line of chipotle mayo. I put banana peppers and jalapeños on the side so I can adjust and control the tang and spice depending on how much hot relish and sauce they put on the sub.
