If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The lady was so rude to me. I asked her if I could get two separate orders because me and my friend both had coupons and she told me to wait with the most hostility I've ever heard from a person. Then when I asked if i use the coupon she said "no I need the code" and I politely asked "I'm sorry what was that" because I couldn't hear her over the fucking attitude. And she literally yelled at me through the drive thru speaker. So I left and when I passed the drive thru window she waved at me which made my whole body fill with rage I've never felt before. I have been going to this burger king a lot recently. It used to be trash but I think they have stepped up their game a little. I would recommend downloading the bk app and you can get deals so good it feels like you're robbing the place. I mean come on, 2 whopper jr meals for $5 total? It's a steal. The workers are polite. They have made improvement, especially with their staff. In would rate it 4 stars but the bad ratings from the past couple years need to be averaged out. Really isn't that bad of a place. read more

I ordered the $5 your way meal and it rang up for a total of $6.33. I asked the teller, "I thought it was $5, you have several signs saying $5 your way meal." (I know there is tax added). The teller then replies, "yeah I don't know why it says $5 when it's $6.33." I decided to still get the meal as the burger looked good. When I got the meal, the burger patty was extremely thing and almost nonexistent. The nuggets were less than desirable and fries were not crispy at all. Then the soda was terrible. This location is absolute garbage. In the 3 years I've lived in Menomonie, I have not had ONE correct order given to me. I literally went there 5 minutes ago and asked for a whopper, no tomato, no onion, no pickle, add cheese, and guess what, it wasn't right. Instead I got I onions, no cheese, no lettuce. Sometimes the wait isn't bad. Other times or should I say many times, the wait is ages. Sometimes they forget your order and even if they do, they don't compensate for your wait and they don't do anything about their mistake except a quick and meaningless "I'm sorry about that." I'm talking about 10 plus minutes wait (over exaggerating). So you wait a good 5 to 10 minutes before they take your order and then another 10 on top of that for your food. Half the time you go there, workers are unprofessional. When it's good, it's good though. But as I stated, many times your experience will be better off somewhere else like McDonald's due to the waiting and chance of being forgotten. I do love Burger King over many other fast food restaurants but their service is definitely lacking and going down hill. By the way, I made this account to specifically review this Burger King after countless mistakes and waits I've endured in this Burger King.
