The beer was great. The food was even better (lemony stick-its with house made tzatziki are a must) and the service was something I have not experienced since pre-Covid times. The staff was young and cute, but had exceptional customer service skills. They were talkative and friendly, so much so that I felt like I was at home already and needed to just move here before the weekend ended. Facility is clean, updated, and welcoming. 10/10 recommend eating, drinking, and hanging out here. I even Text messaged coworkers and friends and told them to go out of their way to fly into Minneapolis when they had to make the trip out here as well so that they could stop in. Keep it up lucette!!!

We ordered the meat lover deep dish and it was bad! It was like a soup, undercooked crust, you could not even eat it, you had to scoop it onto a plate! I can't believe they served it to us. When the waitress finally came around with the bill...again, no pop refills, no asking how everything was...I wanted to tell her we didn't enjoy the pizza soup! This place is a joke... very poor management, if there even is a manager, they should be embarrassed. The restaurants one job is to make pizza, it's in their name right, they can't make the one thing they should be good at. Horrible service followed by more horrible service. I was driving through Menomonie on my way home…read morefrom the airport so called 20 minutes before I was to arrive in Menomonie so I would have to wait. I had to wait to get checked out while they were making extra smore pizzas, then paid for my pizza, then waited and waited and waited for my pizza. I asked about it and was told in a snotty tone "we have been very busy". Which they were not because they were making extra smore pizzas. Aftering around for awhile, an employee started to make my pizza. I thought I saw my pizza in the rack and asked if the pizza on the top was my pizza, a received another snotty response from a different employee "no that is not your pizza, I am making it now. That one has regular crust". Finally I was given my pizza with no remorse, no offer of money off, no offer of a free cookie dough. I expect better customer service from a Papa Murphy's. I hope the pizza tastes ok.
