this bum ass fucking restaurant decided to deliver our pizza. Send no photos of the location and not tell us when it was delivered. Then when we went to try and find this pizza and couldn't find it, we called the store and they refused to give us a refund or any of our points back or even remake the pizza because they lost it and someone stole our order because it was a carrier order and no contact delivery. Do not order from the store I've seen the employees pick their boogers, wipe their ass and make pizzas continuously for people your shit contaminated with their fucking diseases and they're nasty. Used to be good but my girlfriend ordered a pizza with extra sauce, and there was extra sauce but all of it was only on the outside of the pizza. We also had a similar situation here where the crust was very thin towards the middle and again thick on the outside. First couple bites suck but the last few are decent. read more

Let me take you on a journey. You wake up at 6am. Ready for work of the day! You arrive to work to realise you forgot your lunch the wife made you and its on your anniversary, at this point you realise to yourself that it's time to shine. You work hard all day. You get to leave at 9PM yet you stay till 10 to finish a project. All day without food and you think to yourself. 'I know how to make it up to her while treating myself'. So I call the dominos up and ask for a single thin base pizza. Nothing fancy. They ask over the phone 'why make us do this' and complain about the job they are employed to do. They then ask their manager to come over and the first thing he says is 'do you want some extra spice on your pizza'. He then realises that I just simply wanted to ask about the pizza and tells me to ignore what he just said. I then get told to arrive in 30 minutes. So I arrive. At 10:25 I approach the building. 10:27 I enter and the manager tells me they are shut. I ask them if I can collect my pizza and I get told about how they haven't made one. I then mention the phone call and he says 'Oh yes I will get it for you.' Finally the day is turning around you might say. NO. Its not. As he leaves he hands me a box. Me being in the rush I am I collect it and approach my car. Drive home and tell my wife that the food is on the table. She opens the box and proceeds to call me a pig. That I should be ashamed for the mess I brought home. I wonder what she means and I walk to the box. I look inside to see an empty box with a single piece of pizza on top. This slice was no ordinary slice. This was a piece of dough and nothing else. This was pure crust. No sauce. No cheese. No meat. Instead the only remaining traces of pizza was a sludge of SpongeBob's worst enemies food. Chum from the chum bucket. I will show an image of what it looks like below. If I could rate 0 I would. I had the worst experience imaginable at this location. The insider put garlic oil on my stuffed cheesy bread and my girlfriend asked if he could remake it without since we didn't want it on the bread. He refused. The general manager came and was very rude to my girlfriend. Told her if we wanted one without garlic oil we would to buy another. After 2 minutes of being rude to my girlfriend who didn't understand why they couldn't remake it my girlfriend asked for a refund. The GM threw the stuffed cheesy bread aggressively into the trash. I went in the next day and the insider working was horrified by my story and apologized. He was making me a new STC to make up for the experience. But when the GM came in she became irate and started screaming at me in the lobby. Telling me "you're not getting a free cheesy bread. If you want it you're gonna have to pay for it." Even though the other employee promised me it. When I told her I didn't do this for free food I just wanted what I had paid for the night previously she became even more irate. When I asked if I could speak to someone else she told me she was in fact the General manager and there was no one else to talk to. And "you can call corporate if you want. I don't care." When I asked her before leaving on my own accord why they wouldn't just remake the $6 bread, because every other restaurant be it pizza or fast food would remake it and apologize she replied with "good for them. Go shop their instead." So I intend to take her suggestion to heart and I suggest you all do too. 0/10 experience. I would suggest the 3 other pizza places in town, Toppers Teds or Pizza Hut, instead of this terrible Dominos. Because this is how they treat customers who order from them weekly. read more

After receiving a $7.99 carry out special via email I decided I was going to have Dominos for supper. I need gluten free, doubled check the email to be sure it stated that gluten was part of the deal. When I ordered my total was over $15...the cashier told me that the gluten free is only for larger and gf is exempt from that deal. I showed her the email and she wanted nothing to do with looking at it. So she finally made it work for the deal after I got upset. As I was waiting I see insect and flies coating the window sill. I was so grossed out that this was a food facility and they have insect everywhere. I was in shock when I heard the music they were BLASTING in the back. It was supposed to be Brooklyn style but it was more thin crust because the whole pizza was just rock hard and thin, Brooklyn is thin but is NOT rock hard. I've ordered dominoes literally at least twice a week. This location is the best location I've ever visited. I LOVE Dominos pizza. For the quality at that price, it's unbeatable. HOWEVER, I can not recommend this Dominos. They are rude and lazy. Not completing orders correctly, forgetting sauces, taking over an hour to cook and deliver. Tonight's pizza came hard and cold, everything was hard and gross, I threw that pizza away just after one bite, half the toppings were wrong. I had even used the Dominos App to order, I'm able to look back to see what I ordered (and what they missed) after i called and explained politely what happened their response was that it was a busy night and then I was hung up on.
