We all got burgers and fries except for one of us who chose the healthy option and selected coleslaw, which was also very tasty. My personal selection was the Hangover burger which was delicious. Service was also very good. Olivia was very attentive to our needs and even helped clear up a mix-up at the end when we ordered a dessert to go. Thanks Olivia! If I had any complaints, it would be the inconsistent quality of the ketchup. There were 7 of us at our table and we ran out of ketchup. We ended up using the ketchup bottles from a few tables around us and some of them were just downright foul tasting. I'm not sure what the issue is here, but definitely room for improvement. This was our first time at the Stout Ale House. I'd be willing to try it again to see if the experience stays consistent.

We brought a small bag of McDonald's in with us and after we'd been seated the manager stormed up to our table saying "we're a restaurant. You can't have outside food. You need to leave." In shock but understanding we said "we understand but our son only eats McNuggets and we're going to order." She angrily says "you need to leave. Go eat in your car". All 4 adults stood there dumbfounded and said "I'm sorry?" And again she barks "I'm not asking. I'm telling. You have to leave". We had every intention of ordering food and drinks and only needed our son to eat something. I get if you need outside food to be left outside but I've never been so aggressively approached and yelled at without giving a chance to agree to leave before being told to eat in my car and get out Never again at this place.
