They got my order terribly wrong. It was missing at least 3 ingredients that I had specified in my order. Additionally, my lemonade also clearly got the end of the mixture as it tasted like straight water. Haven't been to a Jimmy John's for awhile. Like I am sure it has been before the end of the year? Probably been a good year. Like Sept 20-9. Either way I as craving it and visiting my son so we went. Look for 2 sandwiches and two chips it was $20. It was good and all. But not the price. Better than Subway. The only reason I am not go on for this a ( star is the price. Two standard sandwiches and two bags of chips and it was like just a hair over 20 bubas(that's dollar's to the layyy-man). Anyways. You may say get the meal. Well, that wasn't a deal. No deal with the meal baby!! I would have spent more money my fellow Yelper' had I gotten that medium Coke I didn't really want. So my son and I each got a new Italian( its a new kind of sub- the #1 on the menu), It is a new Very good. I always gotta say: "No May-o!" This joint puts May-o everything. Why? I don't know?! May-o is just not cool. It taste like well: wanna see me Insta barf?! That is like me saying "Mustard is the crap so let's put it on everything!" Has anyone ever heard of condiment packets? Well on Green Bay u go to some places and it's like "Hmmm apparently it takes 20 minutes to make a sub at Subway and no one really gives a rio that you have only 30 minutes." This Jimmy Johns has let me down time and time again. Safe to say I will not be returning. This time I found a hair in my sub. Last time they forgot to add 3 things to my sub that I asked for. I called (only because it has become a common issue), and all the manager said was "Next time you come through just ask them to make sure it's made right" I didn't know that had to be clarified. Stranded Truck driver!! So I called this Jimmy John's location and ask them if they deliver and they said yes just not 7 miles where you're at. I Told the gentleman that I was a stranded truck driver 7 miles from your location. My truck is broke down and that I would like to order some food because I can't drive my truck until 10 o'clock tonight. The gentleman said he could not help me that it was out of his delivery range. I further offered him to order a minimum and to tip the driver really well he said no he could not help me and that was it. read more

I have called during business hours sometimes 3 to 4 time and it just rings and rings. I even tried to order online and it said you you weren't taking orders. How do you run a successful business if people can't even order food? How rude that your employees don't answer the phone! I love your sandwiches. This is a major let down for me. read more

Took me 3 years to try this place but wow was i impressed. They really are insanely fast and you can get a pretty good sub for $6 with tax. The bread is kinda of chewy so it really feels like your eating a lot and the subs look just like the pictures on the menu. You get a decent amount of meat and the veggies were fresh every time. (3 times total over a year) Personally i will go back just for the bread Jimmy Johns is WAY *WAY* better then subway and i'm not even sure why anyone goes to Subway. If you haven't tried Jimmy Johns you need too! 5/5! read more

I absolutely love your sandwiches and you do have great and fast service. It seems like you have been closing earlier and earlier though. I just worked 24 hours in two days and did laundry, dished, etc... I just wanted to relax and not have to make supper. Craving a sub. It's barely 10:30. Not exactly "freaky fast" but they do fairly well during the day. It seems that when visiting during the day the service and food is almost always better than in the evening. From not being told your total, not being given a receipt after paying with a card and getting attitude from the employees. This place does it all. read more

I was looking forward to a place that would deliver... come to find out they will not deliver to my work which is only .6 miles away! Apparently that is too far. So i decided to drive there myself, took me 3 minutes, if even that long. Got a sandwich and all I seemed to taste was lettuce. I got the Perfect Italian sandwich and it was far from perfect. I won't be eating a Jimmy Johns sandwich again when there are so many others options for less money with more filling between the bread. read more

They refuse to deliver to the High School but yet will deliver to the Middle School. They go off of radius instead of mileage. The HS is 2.4 miles away and the MS is 3.3 miles away. They have to drive around the lake in order to get to the MS. It doesn't make any sense. They are losing so much business from the HS alone. Our football team would order every Friday and they aren't doing that anymore. That's about 80 sandwiches every Friday night. This Jimmy Johns is losing business left and right. The old owner was someone that was from here and actually cared about the community. We will be giving our business to Erbert & Gerbert's as soon as they open. read more
