Went here two days ago and had great service, however this time the cashier had no idea what she was doing. She kept asking the manager for help and he was negligent to help at first. However after we pointed out her multiple mistakes taking our order she insisted he help and she couldn't handle it. He fixed her mistakes and gave us a size up for the troubles. She apologized as well and said she's new and had only been there for three months. Three months? I hope it doesn't take three months to be able to help a customer by yourself. Stopped here since I was in need of food while heading back to Chicago. I'm happy I chose this place over the Arby's. Had an accident with my order, the manager was actually very understanding and actually helped me when my order went wrong because Wendy's keeps changing their menus constantly. Food was good even though it took some time to cook. It's very quiet, if you come here late at night. Thanks Wendy's. read more

My husband worked here for a while and all I can say is that you should go to Wendy's in Eau Claire if you want their food. Do NOT stop here. The crew and managers had a "running joke" that the rats were the night crew. Yes, the shop has droppings and a rodent issue. Wait times are incredibly long AND the food comes out cold. I'm not sure how that's possible but in the time I've lived in Menomonie I've never seen a hot sandwich come out of this place. Screams contamination issues. read more

Waited several minutes at the drive through order station and after no response simply rolled up to the window to let the gal know I would have been happy to order already, but she would actually need to use the headset she was wearing for that to happen. Absolute blank stare. "Can I just order right here at the window with you right now?" "Ummmmm... sure?" No smile. No apology. No courtesy. Just sort of glazed over dead pan stare. The one time I went inside it was so cold my hands actually started to go numb. The three times I've used the drive-thru, my order was messed up and the service seemed intentionally rude. I'm allergic to mayo and specifically ask for it to be left off and all three times I've had to go back / toss it. Just hit my breaking point with this place tonight. I said can you ring me up for another one? I ordered 2. They kid told me I had to drive around and go through the drive thru again. I said, "I'm not doing that". They offered us each a frostie in apology for the wait, which was nice. Went tonight for late dinner after a ball game and it was backed up 3 cars parked off to the side waiting for food. We ended up waiting about 30minutes for our order. I will mention the young man was very apologetic and kind about it and offered us free frosties or cookies but I think they need to get some better management on night shift to prevent this in the future. It was late and we wanted a quick dinner on a school night and it ended up taking far too long and lay off on the salt on the fries It was pretty intense. Let me also add that while we were waiting for our milk a young girl popped her head out the drive through window and in that loud obnoxious voice yelled "omg it's beautiful outside!" Mind you it was NOT! She was so loud and rude it startled us! If you had time to step aside and gaze at the sky then why was there 3 cars backed up and a wait on the food?! I have waited almost 10 minutes with no acknowledgment as the only employee in the front chatted with a friend. My brother and I had lunch here in February 2016. Their credit card reader was out of order and there was only one of two registers working. The girl behind the register was having a hard time putting the orders in and her co-workers and managers were well-aware and not intervening as necessary given that there were 6-8 people in line. Everybody appeared clueless. After waiting in line for fifteen minutes and ordering our food, my brother and I finally got our order. We walked over to a table and it looked like it hadn't been wiped down in two years. There were fingerprints and food debris all over. It was also uncomfortably hot in the restaurant.
