Long story short, you only get home on Monday morning, utterly exhausted, and rush back home to Vallejo so you can shower, change, grab your computer, and head to the work to try and pretend to get some work done... Well, my friend, if this were to actually happen to you, you'd need to grab some breakfast somewhere around the town of Rodeo. If that were the case, you'd most certainly want to order some cheesy tots and a sausage sandwich, both of which would slide right down your esophagus and bring much needed calories to help you combat the serious damage you just did to your liver. If you did all this, BK would do right by you. And the young cashier would serve you with a smile, probably as she'd read right through the shades you're wearing and see that you just had a Fear & Loathing weekend in Las Vegas. read more

When I told that was wrong, she wanted to argue with me that I was wrong! I know what I ordered! I wrote it down on a piece of paper and read it to her. I went to Burger King last night for dinner. I walked into the dinning and up to the counter. It was 9:40 pm and finally someone acknowledged me and said "our registers are closed you'll have to go through the drive thru." and walked away. I was a bit perplexed because it was Friday and they were closing their dining area before 10 pm?? I called the customer service number but no one was available. BK has gone downhill. I ended up at a place sovereignty never eaten before, Jack In The Box and I think they've replaced my once beloved BK. The filthiest men's restroom I have seen anywhere! previous use toilet tissue all over the floor. The floor looked as if it had not been mopped for a week. I canceled my order and left. I will not be going back. That sort of filth must carry over to the kitchen. read more

I have been to the Hercules Burger King several time and there is always a problem. It has been over a year ago that I filed a complaint and never heard from them. I don't think anyone cares about the service that they give. I called back several time and they always say how terrible it is and that they would forward my complaint to HQ. Not happening Tried to do a survey today and it wouldn't go through. I'm not looking for something free but this is the only Burger King in our area and I liked there product. This place has really bad food. The only thing I like its their lemonade and indoor playpen, the employees are nice and friendly but food really is bad. Bought some chicken nuggets and they where so greasy and dark like they where fried in old oil. I would recommend they chafe the oil more often cause that will drive costumers away. read more

Burger king in Rodeo is the nice in this area. I came usually at night when I done my job. Usually used the drive true. They give me the food so.fast. The Ice coffee is so delicious. There is always a manager that works at night. So helpful and nice. I don't remember his name. But he usually works at night. Thank yoj for all the good service. read more

I rarely write negative reviews because, well, I've been in the customer service injury for a long time and I know that sometimes there are issues that arise that can't be controlled. However my visit to Burger King drive thru today was beyond ridiculous. When I drove into the drive there there were no other cars besides one already waiting at the window. The lady came over the intercom with the normal greeting and asked what the can get me. I gave my order and then was told please give me a minute. Two minutes later I was asked for my order again. I gave my order and moved up to the window. It took another two minutes for the car in front of me to get there food. So 4 minutes after getting into the drive thru I finally get to the window. It took another 4 minutes to get my food and leave. 8 minutes in a Burger King drive thru is beyond ridiculous. And to top it off my order was made wrong and it was cold. Seriously. What are they doing there. From what I could see there were 4 people in the front end. I felt bad for the line of cars behind me knowing they would be there forever it took that long for me with no line. read more

Don't know what happened to this location used to like coming here but now if the whopper attack hits me I will drive to the location in Pinole. This location has always been hit or miss but today I went the line at the drive-thru was ridiculous heard the person taking orders arguing with customers (do you really ever win when you argue with customers) I pulled up to the order window and waited close to 5 minutes then finally took my order. I got up to the window and she was arguing with yet another customer who was customizing their order loudly and I had sat at the payment window for close to 3 minutes at this time. Another person came with my order I was handing him my money and he dropped the dollars in the store and the change fell out of the window on the ground. I ended up exiting the car and thank goodness the change had not rolled under the car and ended up picking up about .50 more cents that probably fell by their clumsiness. I am never going back to this location it has gone completely downhill on the 2 previous visits I asked for cheese on my sandwich was charged and no cheese when I got home. Bad management and bad training are going to severely hurt this location. read more

Whenever Blanca is working the drive-thru (the mexican lady with glasses), the line moves so slow that the line stretches around the resturaunt and you will burn a quarter tank of gas in the whole process. When Blanca works just pull over and go inside. You will save yourself a good 10 mins + gas. Get rid of her for someone who knows how to do such an easy job and the resturaunt will be back to perfection. read more

Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich WITH cheese & NO tomatoes. The first time, they messed up on our order, just forgot the cheese no biggie, until we came back and asked for the cheese on it, she opened the burger with her bare hands and asked the kitchen worker for a crispy chicken with cheese this time, then she goes to hand her the same burger!! Not cool...I immediately asked the other man not to use the same burger and he assures me that they don't fix burgers, they make new ones, and this rude ass chick told him "Yeah I touched it!" hella loud as if she didn't care. Then I had to park in front and wait for our burger. Then when she gave me the burger the second time, there was EXTRA tomatoes on it. Talk about petty.
