    Food is very good quality. It's nice and fresh very hot which is often rare for fast food places. Service was amazing. The young lady that helped me was very sweet and patient while I went inside to ensure my order was correct without holding up the drive-through line. The ambience is really cute and simple. It is great for just grabbing breakfast , a lunch break or even a late night snack.

    We usually use the drive through for lunch, but recently we decided to do breakfast and pick it up inside. There were only two employees and they were doing a fantastic job. The orders were steadily coming in and going out. My order was on line and I showed up early, so my wait is on me. But they did their best to accommodate me and I got my order a few minutes earlier than promised. Lot's of professional courteous behavior. The store was spotless. Seating is varied, with booths, lounge type area, bar tables with chairs and your ordinary seating as well. Our breakfast items were varied, ordering several different sandwich style and French toast sticks. Each of us were pleasantly surprised and happily impressed with our selections. Very fresh, nothing tasted or looked pre-cooked and re-heated like our Clown friend in Hercules likes to do. If you're on the road, in a hurry or want to have a fun treat I'm pretty sure you won't be disappointed.

    NO GLOVES! GROSS!

    Sandwich maker was not wearing gloves. Gross and unsanitary. Will never come back here. And she was wearing head and mic gear meaning she was also doing cashier orders and handling cash, one of the dirtiest things one can handle. I made a mobile order and had already paid otherwise I would have walked out. I took my take out and threw it away because I was too tired to make a scene. I asked the guy who handed me my bag "isn't she supposed to be wearing gloves?" His response was "yeah but she's been working the line a long time." Huh? Guess there's a reason this place has almost no stars. Gross. I don't think I can ever go to another BK again after this.

    Service was decently fast but what I'm pist about is fake charges. You see the menu and combo states 6.99. Okay yea shows coffee or orange by all means a small one. So first time around I said can I get a sprite. I got charged 1.50 I asked why. To pay the difference? Okay what the hell. So this time around guess what got the Orange juice. Mind if being small but still got charged a 1.50? Wtf now. Ran me close to 10$ for something that should be included. I highly suggest not going Burger King anymore. Money skim.

    I wanted to get a picture of the manager but I feel like that would have been extra but she's a Middle Ages lady either Asian or Hispanic.

    I pull up to your establishments drive through and attempt to buy food but I'm told I can't make my order separate from my passenger. I ask if it was policy and was told I can talk to a manager. The manager then tells me the same thing the cashier did so I again ask if it's policy. This is when I start to feel disrespected. The appointed Manager of your establishment was highly unprofessional in handling the situation. My question were not answered and I was being ignored while trying to find more information on your policies. Because of poor customer service I was forced to cancel my order and file a complaint. Such immaturity shouldn't be acceptable from your staff. And they shouldn't treat customers with such disrespect. Im highly displeased with your service as a business and as a customer I will make it a point to post this on my yelp and blog

    Lots of light from three walls of windows in this newly remodeled fine dining establishment. Cool grey tile floor, open beam ceilings, four plasma tvs from the ceiling, a cool looking soda machine and some reclaimed wood around. Very open and spacious is this spot. Seems too open and lacks the warm inviting feeling from a Starbucks. Food came fast and was good. Been many years since I had a Whopper - but I remembed more flavor and flame broiled flavor when I was in highschool. Hurcules, a place most people just drive through on the highway - drop by here - and fill up - a 76 next door to fill up your car too.

    If you read my original review, you can see I've been a fan of this place…read more But no more. We pre order a lot and I come pick it up. They'll say it's ready at 5:24 and I know it won't be until 5:28 or so. It's never, ever ready at the time they say. They never have enough people working there. Often the place is packed and there's one or two people cooking and one person working behind the counter. Today (4/19/26) was the worst. Said our food would be ready at 5:14, I got there at 5:18, the place was packed, there's one girl behind the counter, I finally get her attention and she snaps "it's not going to be ready for another 7 or 8 minutes, you're way back here" and she points to the screen and I know 7 or 8 minutes is a total lie. She absolutely knows it's going to be way longer. And people are coming in and she's telling these people 8 to 10 minutes which again, was a total lie. There were so many people there, there was no where for me to stand. I watched this girl get orders mixed up (she wasn't putting the receipt on the bag like they normally do). When someone's order was ready in the place, she'd just mumble a number. I was right next to her and couldn't understand her. Eventually people would come to the counter and find their food. I do not know why she wasn't using the little electronic notification devices, they were stacked up and lit but she was just mumbling a number that no one could hear (and she didn't speak good English to being with). I watch this absolute travesty - of course I'm there almost 20 minutes before I get my food, she just slams the bag on the counter, I guess that meant it was mine. I just look in the bag and she barks "that's yours." Good to know. This is absolutely management's fault. There's no reason for 3 people to be working a crowded Sunday. Just ridiculous. And of course watching this lady work was painful. She doesn't like her job. And we're done with this place. I've said it before, I'll say it again - good service doesn't exist anymore. Every place is run by people like this place. Management that doesn't give a flying hoot and employees who are not good workers and also don't care. And Habit management will read this. Do they care? Hope. They're laughing at this review.
