The prices at this location have skyrocketed into the realm of not being affordable by any stretch. Not sure what the plan is here, to price itself out of any reasonable persons decision? You can go down the street to what would be considered a "premium" burger place at Tony Beef's and spend the same amount for a vastly superior burger. The service is fine, the restaurant is always clean, but the prices genuinely don't make sense anymore. Go to Pitney Pub, JD's Pub, Chilis, or Red Robin, or any other place you can imagine because this Burger King is less affordable than all those locations, kind losing the point of what it is. How ever the working owner with a blue shirt on has a horrible attitude and terrible customer service i was disgusted with the way she was treating her employees and the way she carries herself. Probably the nicest and slowest BK I've ever been to! New and modern location with pleasant service and a slow kitchen! I guess I shouldn't complain as my food was freshly made and not bad! I always go to BK with a coupon, as it's not my favorite fast food place. Went for breakfast and got 2 ham, egg, & cheese croissants with 2 hash browns and 2 cups of coffee for $5.00! Sandwiches were freshly made and the hash browns cold but crispy! Not worth anywhere near full price, but with a coupon I'd visit again! For a fast food place, this was pretty darn good. Clean, modern restaurant and friendly, polite employees. We had a coupon for 2 Whopper sandwiches, 2 small fries and 2 small drinks. Total for our meals was $11.08 after tax with coupon. Sandwiches were fresh and tasty and the fries were hot and fresh as well. We chose to dine in and were very pleased. She was so sweet, kind, funny and attentive in the brief interaction we had. I was having a bad day and she turned it around for me. I've been there 3 times all 3 frigging times my orders where wrong, and all 3 times when I went back I've received a attitude from the fuckboi at the drive through. This is definitely the worst fast food place I've ever been to and that's seriously saying something. I've come here a couple times because it's the only fast food place in Galloway and I've never had one even average experience. They're more likely to get your order wrong than right, you can expect to wait easily 15 minutes in the drive through as the only car, etc. some high lights: 1. I ordered a milkshake once that was literally lukewarm chocolate milk 2. Refused to take my brothers coupon because one corner was ripped (not ripped off, just ripped) 3. The cashier takes my dads order, then walks away and screams at the people making fries for 5+ minutes to the point that I just walk out. Once my dad got his order, it was wrong. When ordering anything from this Burger King drive thru is like playing roulette. You can go through the drive thru, place your order, have them repeat your order to you and have it confirmed on the screen. Yet, you show up at the drive thru window, pay for your food only to find out either something is not correct about your order or your food is not ready. Food not being ready every now and again I can understand. Messing up and order from time to time....understandable. When you talk to 5 or more people and you find they had the same experience, something is wrong. I get it, you work at Burger King, so why should I care? It's just a job where you make minimum wage. SO DO YOUR JOB!!! Try to set the bar higher by being more accurate with fulfilling orders. Strive for some kind of improvement. Wawa, Gourmet, pizza places and other food establishments worried, initially, Burger King would take business away. When Burger King opened I would say was competition. The level of incompetence has risen like a tidal wave and must be driving customers back to those businesses it originally pulled away! The food, for the most part, taste fine. Kudos to the people on the grill (for the most part). The service of getting the food to the customer stinks! I have had managers apologize (one manager was genuinely sorry, the other, eh) when the food was not ready and they had to bring it out to my car. I've also had a manager or worker bring my order out to my car, offer no apology for it not being ready and walk back inside. After a while the apologizing for messing up orders or orders not being ready falls on deaf ears. I don't care if you text on your phone. I don't care if your effort is not %100 every day you come to work. When you are present, at work, please do enough to leave customers satisfied on a somewhat consistent basis. When people in Galloway find it more appealing to quench there desire for a Whopper by going to the Burger King on the White Horse Pike in Absecon a few miles away there is a problem! When ordering at the drive thru it's literally guaranteed that your order will be wrong even if you are only ordering a medium soda. 2 weeks ago i had a burger from BK for lunch. That night I ended up with the chills and it got worse from there. I had sever pain in my stomach and sever diahrrea. I went to urgent care and they ordered a CAT scan. The results showed "highly suspicious of colitis". I was put on antibiotics and was feeling much better. I went to a GI dr today and he said I had food poisoning. If i had colitis I would still be sick. Im thankful that i dont have colitis but am not happy I had food poisoning. I told my friend about my doctors appointment today and here her daughter is very sick for 2 days since she had eaten at Burger King in Galloway. She is taking her to urgent care now. I will NEVER eat there again. The pain is absolutly horrible, I gave birth to 4 children and I can say the pain i felt is ALMOST comparable to hard labor. read more
