Picture a mini food court and that's pretty much what you have here. I believe there's 5 separate restaurants in which to choose. There's a burger joint, coffee shop, vegetarian place, one other, and El Coyote Mexican fare, that my daughter and I chose. You go up to the counter order your food and wait for your order to arrive at community tables. For lunch I decided on the steak and cilantro empanadas and my daughter opted for the half order of chicken mango quesadilla. Our friendly server came to our table with a smile and warned me my empanadas were blazing hot (temperature.) She added that she gave me a fork and knife so I wouldn't burn myself. Nice. The food was very good; I tried the quesadilla too. The dining area and the men's room were quite clean, food was enjoyable, & service was good. What more can you ask for when looking for a quick lunch?

    Tequila Lima Tenders

First time being in The Exchange, the set up was very unique. There is plenty of seating and a wide variety of food to choose from. I went to El coyote and ordered the Tequila Lime Tenders & Chicken and Rice soup (soup of the day). My total order came out to be around $16. Now, as a college student, that's pretty pricey for only two items. Out of the two items that I ordered, I definitely enjoyed the Tequila Lime tenders. They. Were. Amazing. The sauce that went with the tenders was incredible and the tenders were juicy and not dry. I definitely recommend them if you're a wings/tenders person. On the other hand, the soup was not so great. The chicken & rice soup was bit too salty and was also expensive for its size.

Excellent restaurant choices and a great structural set up on the inside. Will absolutely go again.

Although the gal working the juice bar was so nice, sadly this place disappointed. I don't think…read moreshe knew quite how to make a smoothie and I don't think she was provided the best resources to make one. The blenders here are small and not professional grade making the whole experience slow, loud and not tasty. We went with two cocoa protein smoothies and it took a bit longer than expected. The smoothies are made with frozen fruit (bananas in this case) and what we ultimately ended up with were flavorless whipped ice. We ultimately needed spoons. I did somewhat complain and she was nice enough to discount the smoothies a few bucks, but they just weren't good. Maybe the juices are a better option? Or maybe only making one smoothie at a time would have been a better option? Not quite sure where the problem lays, but I wouldn't return for a smoothie again.

This place is hidden inside a pizza joint, inside a hotel parking lot, off the highway. I was…read morereally excited to stop by. The menu of smoothies was extensive. The girl working the counter was super nice. I ordered my smoothie. She put all the ingredients in the blender. The blender sounded like a damn wood chipper. It almost blew out my eardrums. After a few minutes, she took the top off, and started going to town, Norman Bates style, on my smoothie with a spoon. Clearly, it wasn't working. She went back to blend mode. Then back to Bates, then blend, then Bates. After a while, the girl, still super polite, handed me my smoothie. It was more a cup of a solid, ice cream substance, than a smoothie. It was decent, but not a smoothie.
