It was absolutely packed with premium meats, fresh tomatoes, onions, and hot pepper relish on a fresh roll. Every bite was loaded with flavor, and the quality of the ingredients really stood out. The portion was incredible--this wasn't a skimpy sandwich by any means. At $12 for a half sub, it felt like one of the best food values I've had in a long time. If you're visiting Atlantic City, White House Subs is a must. It's easy to see why they've been an institution for generations. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in town. Five stars. Highly recommended!

Let me start by saying that my wife and I liked Pitney Italian Market very much, until today! He was understanding as he took the order and informed her it would be ready tomorrow afternoon. She forgot something and called back. Someone else answered the phone. This person was most indignant and nasty gentleman she had ever encountered at a business! She asked to have someone else call her back because of the rudeness she had experienced from this young man. Of course no one has called. As much as we like the products at Pitney Italian Market,we will never do business with them again, and will let our friends and family know also!

Their matcha lattes have become my favorite after trying so many places in Atlantic county. I've had the pina colada, yuzu cream, and strawberry versions and they were all fantastic. They use a generous amount of ceremonial grade matcha powder and the syrups are homemade without being overly sweet. It actually tastes like matcha & isn't full of filler ingredients. I've also had the French press coffee & an Americano which were both solid. I'll have to try a latte next time. The food is incredible as well. Ive had their cacio e Pepe scrambled eggs that was a special and my go to lately has been the daily quiche. They both came with a house salad & the eggs were perfectly cooked & seasoned. If you like freshly cooked & good quality dishes, this is your spot. They have lighter items & comforting foods without making you feel overly stuffed. They are BYOB & they also have occasional evening events that I'm curious about trying someday. Definitely check them out if you haven't! There's lots of parking & they're right next to White Horse Wine.

My craving has been answered? I asked one of the salesman if I could have one and they said sure. I took just a half sub (which actually turned out to be a 1/4 sub). It was magical. Exactly what I was craving. There was a business card taped to the cover on the tray. "Spanky and Son" I googled it and it was directly across the street from the showroom on the little side street between The Cadillac dealership and the Chevrolet dealership. I walked over to this little hole in the wall place...told them how good the sub was that I just had and ordered one to take home with me. The very nice woman behind the counter told me how everything is made fresh and that they have been there for 45 years!!!! Absolutely one of the best subs I have ever had and I grew up in South Jersey so there are plenty of good sub shops to compare it to and I'm not talking about Subway and Wawa. lol. I absolutely recommend Spanky and Son if you want not just a good sub, but a phenomenal one.
