My husband and I have ordered from here a couple times on DoorDash and we're fans! The menu on the app is a little confusing, but anytime they weren't sure about what we wanted, they've given us a call to clarify. I can't say what the ambiance is like since I've never actually been to the restaurant, but the food has always been well packaged and delicious. My favorite item are the wings. They have a super hot version which I absolutely love since there aren't many places that will make buffalo wings spicy enough for me, and these are awesome! Ordered a plain steak sandwich, lettuce ,tomato, fried onions and fried green peppers. I picked up the order and when I got home and I had to go back to fire road Michelli's because they made it a cheesesteak. This happened twice on 2 separate occasions. On 6/20/26 I ordered the same sandwich only this time at the Somers Point location, when I got home, the plain steak sandwich that I ordered had no lettuce, no tomato and hollandaise sauce on it, not what I ordered. That will be my last order with Michelli's . These people are Amateurs! The girl who takes the orders must have an IQ of zero, It is pretty bad when a person cannot get a simple, clear, order straight! The owner has zero business sense. We normally don't order subs because of the prices. But we decided to treat ourselves. I ordered a chicken cheese steak with American cheese, fried onions and lettuce. I was about a foot away from the cashier. My husband was further away. And spoke up louder to put his order in. He ordered a cheese steak with fried onions and tomato. And an order of fries. No one was in the store so how she didn't hear our order is crazy! Another person did come in she never noticed him, he had to walk to the corner and tell her he was there. When our subs were done the cook said who had two ch. steaks? I said a chicken steak and a ch steak? He looked at the girl. She couldn't Care less! Never even came over to apologize NOTHING! Never moved from where she was! The guy looked upset! So I said don't worry I'll eat it, no problem. I wasn't going to write this BUT! When we got home my husband's sub said Mayo and FO! He hates Mayo. So we traded, I didn't realize he had provolone cheese which I don't like. What a waste of $28.?? Oh well the fries were good! This explains why it was so dead in there. We stumbled upon Micchelli's Pizza while shopping nearby for groceries during out OCNJ stay. Our food was very good. We ordered a handful of pasta dishes including a Shrimp fra Diavalo and a pasta with vodka sauce. Excellent taste, good portions (we had a good amount of leftovers), and a nice salad. We should have ordered before going grocery shopping, but made the mistake of ordering after. It took about 25 minutes for our food to be ready (the employee said 15). Prepared in a filthy environment with cooks (using the term VERY loosely) who don't even bother to put their masks on when you enter the store, then this is the place for you! Buon Appetito! I ordered the Shrimp Scampi. There was way too much oil and garlic in it but it still tasted okay. The garlic bread and salad were okay. I ate around 4pm today and by 5:30pm I was running to the toilet. Ugghhh, slight case of food poisoning. I think I got it all out of my system after 4 trips to the toilet over 3 hours. With 4 stars here I'm sure I ordered the wrong dish and had bad luck but I'll never go back. I reported the food poisoning to iwaspoisoned.com Service, the cooks seemed slow since I was the only person in the place and the dish still took like 25 minutes to come out. They also have an annoying fly problem. There were at least 5 flies flying around when I was eating lunch. They need to get a bug light that zaps the flying insects. read more

We stopped her on our way into town before getting to our hotel. We ordered 2 large pizzas (1 pepperoni & 1 supreme) along with 2 side salads. Our total was $51 Ok no big deal, we were expecting some amazing food. We get to the hotel and are ready to dig in. We open the pizza up & the crust is extremely thin & the slices are cut so small. Ok fine, whatever, we grab our first slice and the cheese/toppings are falling off leaving just crust. The crust did taste good but the flop wasn't up to par for our liking. Next the side salads. They were packed with lols of good toppings which was great. However, they only give you one small dressing that barely covers 1/2 the salad The food was decent but not $51 for 2 pizzas & 2 salads good. read more

Delicious. Went to both locations over a 3 day weekend. Pizza is excellent. Ordered pepperoni pizza. The slices are large with just the right amount of toppings. Crust is crispy but also has a little chew - just the way I like it. Definitely going to be one of my go to pizza places at the shore. read more

I ordered a small Caesar salad and while eating it I discovered an unopened avocado in plastic in my salad. When I called to tell them about this, they gave me nothing but attitude and acted like I was lying because they didn't want to deal with the problem. In Atlantic City for the weekend and stopped in to this pizza place. For value I give it 5 stars. A medium pizza was about $9 after the online coupon and it could feed 1 really hungry person or two people with average appetite. The pizza itself was good, not the absolute best pizza I've had but tasty and the regular crust was nice and a little chewy. They also have a thin crust and Sicilian but I didn't try them this time. The space itself does have a few booths if you want to eat there but it appeared to be mostly take out. The desserts looked pretty good too. End point good pizza and a really good price, worth trying. read more

I order it on the phone at 6:33 they put on the grill at 6:47 ( that's being generous as I go expressway to parkway after calling then arriving to find that the grill is empty as I'm paying for a cheeseburger that's not even on the grill. Love this place normally typically good with the pizza etc....but the lady at the counter is pissed at me that they can't put a burger on the grill in under 15 minutes. So it's 6:54 guessing this will be 30 min to cook a cheeseburger in an empty store. I'm gonna go 2 stars because I predict a good product. Service No Bueno. read more

I came down to May's Landing to ride road bikes around the coast with some friends. Break out from quarantine a bit and get fresh air. After a 30 mile ride we ordered delivery from Micchelli's to refuel and unwind with some Slacktide beer. I wasn't in a pizza mood because we had stopped and got boardwalk pizza, but a burger sounded perfect for me. When I saw that the burgers were so cheap, I looked at the fancier ones and the Jalapeño burger caught my eye. I love spicy food. So I saw they were so cheap that I bought two! I had burned almost 800 calories on the ride anyway so i could use it. When it arrived 10 minutes earlier than their ETA, I was ready! I was really happy with how big they were! I was actually unsure I was going to be able to eat both! (I did) there were plenty of flavorful jalapeños on the burger and the beef was fairly juicy. Maybe not as rare as I'd like but I can understand a restaurant playing on the safe side. We ordered french fries too and they're simply great. Great crisp and golden brown. Great prices, and portions. This is my new favorite place to order sandwiches, and wings. They have some of the best wings in the area. Fast delivery,and they include taxes in their pricing. I have tried there pizza multiple times since i wrote this review. The sauce is a tad bit sweet but if you like semi sweet pizza sauce then this is the place for you. This place is ridiculously good. A dying breed for sure as almost everyone's moved to the cheap-ingredients scheme to stay afloat. The pizza is awesome as are all of the common toppings. Good cheese, no discount-price pepperoni, fresh veggies. Nothing too clever, just simple and made right. The pictures I see are right on. They also have a ton of options and toppings, though I haven't tried the more unusual stuff. If you like whole wheat dough with weird veggies they'll probably make it. Salads are popular around the office when I worked locally. The lettuce was nice and green, chicken and veggies fresh, just certain attention to detail things that other shops tend to miss. The subs! What can I say. They use the popular Atlantic City rolls, good meats, and know all the old school details like how much seasoning is needed and that you're supposed to remove some bread from the roll. That's something I haven't seen many people do in 30 years. The Italian and cheesesteaks are highlights, and the toasted meatball parm subs are perfect. The sides are worth special mention here. The hot chicken tenders are phenomenal. Beyond that all of the fried stuff has been really good. Maybe they buy better frozen mozzarella sticks or poppers because they're always great, or use a different oil. Whatever, I don't know. But there's a huge difference between your typical pizza shop sides and what I've been getting here. Tried soup a few times, that was good too. Pre-prepared stuff but I guess it's good pre-prepared stuff. Whatever. Chili and Italian Wedding are really good. Nothing special about the decor, atmosphere, personality. Even the signage is somewhat understated compared to your common pizza place. But it's very clean and they apparently take what they do seriously. Prices aren't cheap but they're not unreasonable either, just on the upper scale for your take-out delivery type place. Very fair considering the improved quality on their menu in my opinion. Been disappointed with the last couple of experiences. The phone orders have been consistently messy. The rep almost got into a silly argument about making a credit card payment for pick up - in order to make it a quick, pick and go thing. The next time, our delivery order was completely messed up. We ordered two pizzas - one a cheese and the other mushroom n onions. Not sure why the mushroom n onions was replaced by Pepperoni. They need to be careful with the phone order skills. I wonder if there is a staff change resulting into these tiny but rather annoying mishaps. They shouldn't risk loosing loyal customers over such misadventures. read more
