When you pop the yolk of the egg, that just adds a bit more flavor to the burger. Perfectly cooked to your liking, the bacon was crispy, they egg made it messy and the cheese held it all together. The fries were a perfect match to this, even though they make it seem like they are the basic side to this dish. If you are a yolk person, the fries are a great vessel to get any that may have dropped to the plate. I made sure to finish this and try to look like I wasn't shoving it my mouth at the same time.
