I was a past customer of this establishment; however, have stopped going there since I was denied service with my service dog. My service dog went through intense training. After the incident I sent an email to your establishment with the situation; however, got no response back. I also contacted the establishment and left a message asking for the owner to contact me back. There has not been a response to my email or the message I left. As, I stated I was a past customer. Once, my service dog was fully trained and passed her test I brought her to this establishment with a friend and we were denied a seat. The owner was fully aware that my dog was a service dog because he asked me the two questions that establishments are legally allowed to ask. Your establishment was one of our frequently visited restaurants. It is a shame that your establishment does not follow ADA. read more

Never again!!! Literally watched the owner throw out a lady and her service dog waiting for a table last night because some drunk wouldn't leave the dog alone! Dog was acting perfectly and the owner gave her an interview asking what her problems were. Bulldogs and Hangtime are a far better choice in this area!!!!! read more

I tried this spot out with my friend. What I really like about this place is that they give you popcorn as a starter. Interesting alternative to bread, but I like it. The popcorn is really fresh and buttery. The atmosphere of the place is great- upbeat and energetic. As far as service goes, the host was extremely friendly. However, seems like they need more servers. Our server was nowhere to be found our entire time there. For an entree I got the bam bam shrimp tacos. They were on the pricey side, but they were pretty tasty. In my opinion, the shrimp were similar to a general tsos flavor. Been here so many times and have always loved our times here! Our favorite is sitting on the patio, enjoying a drink! Service is always fast and attentive, prices are decent, and food is good. My go to is always the spicy mussels with pasta, they give you so much! The complimentary popcorn is always hot and buttery. We haven't been here since October and decided to come here for dinner tonight and was pleasantly surprised that prices are still the same. I was definitely expecting an increase due to inflation and every other restaurant increasing prices so I was pretty happy to see it wasn't the case here. Way to go Tailgaters! read more

Tailgaters always has some great food. You gotta try their garlic parm wings! Something my family likes to get is the Pittsburger. We all like to share it. It has three pounds of beef- six juicy burger patties, lots of cheese, bacon, an onion ring, lettuce, and tomato. It's really a monster of a burger. If you finish it alone without breaks I think you win a tshirt or something, but like I said, my family shared it between 3-4 people. It also comes with crispy and yummy tater tots.
