She checked on us just enough. A basket of popcorn on the table, and the menus with QR codes for the beer are good touches. I had draft, but the wife liked the peach tea and loved the Azalea lemonade. We only had apps, so we went with sliders (tasted flame-broiled), pretzel bites, chicken Caesar (great dressing), pickle chips (you get a lot), and some of the best shoestring French fries I've ever had. The way McDonald's used to taste. This was something my wife needed, and you guys came through, so thanks. Stopped in on a Sunday for a couple beers and some football and was pleasantly surprised. It had a nice crowd for the games, but it wasn't hard to find a spot at the bar. Our bartender was very friendly and they had a nice selection of beers on tap. The menu is pretty extensive for a place like this. Everything from burgers to Italian to specialty pizzas and tacos were available. We went with the clams and linguini alongside a buffalo chicken pizza. Both were super tasty and reasonably priced. The restaurant itself is cozy, but not crammed. It had a great energy overall and I look forward to stopping in again sometime soon. read more

Great selection of beers on draft, although the bartender didn't drink beer, she was able to recommend a pretty good local ipa which I liked. Imagine this, you find a bright attractive restaurant on the side of the road. You're hungry, so you step inside and you hear bumpin' music and smell the mouth watering scent of fresh popcorn. That was my first impressions of Tailgaters, and it was a great one! The establishment was clean and lively, with beautiful decor and theming. The bar atmosphere was welcoming and very fun. The service was quick too, being seated as soon as we entered. As well as the waitress being quick with our drinks and orders. Speaking of the order, I got the Santa Fe Chicken sandwich and oh BOY was it good. The Jalapeño aoli was a perfect spicy sauce to use alongside the chicken. With the bacon adding a savory sweetness for bites towards the bottom. And the Avocado provided nice texture balance. I substituted my fries for waffle fries, though they weren't as good as I thought they were, still good though. Never again!!! Literally watched the owner throw out a lady and her service dog waiting for a table last night because some drunk wouldn't leave the dog alone! Dog was acting perfectly and the owner gave her an interview asking what her problems were. Bulldogs and Hangtime are a far better choice in this area!!!!! read more

I tried this spot out with my friend. What I really like about this place is that they give you popcorn as a starter. Interesting alternative to bread, but I like it. The popcorn is really fresh and buttery. The atmosphere of the place is great- upbeat and energetic. As far as service goes, the host was extremely friendly. However, seems like they need more servers. Our server was nowhere to be found our entire time there. For an entree I got the bam bam shrimp tacos. They were on the pricey side, but they were pretty tasty. In my opinion, the shrimp were similar to a general tsos flavor. They have a cute little outdoor patio with lights that I will definitely be trying out once it gets warmer out. read more

Been here so many times and have always loved our times here! Our favorite is sitting on the patio, enjoying a drink! Service is always fast and attentive, prices are decent, and food is good. My go to is always the spicy mussels with pasta, they give you so much! The complimentary popcorn is always hot and buttery. We haven't been here since October and decided to come here for dinner tonight and was pleasantly surprised that prices are still the same. I was definitely expecting an increase due to inflation and every other restaurant increasing prices so I was pretty happy to see it wasn't the case here. Way to go Tailgaters! read more

When we arrived at 12:30ish there were three cars there....we were told they weren't open. There website or FB said nothing about being closed and both indicated opening at 11:00. Tailgaters always has some great food. You gotta try their garlic parm wings! Something my family likes to get is the Pittsburger. We all like to share it. It has three pounds of beef- six juicy burger patties, lots of cheese, bacon, an onion ring, lettuce, and tomato. It's really a monster of a burger. If you finish it alone without breaks I think you win a tshirt or something, but like I said, my family shared it between 3-4 people. It also comes with crispy and yummy tater tots.
