Needed to kill some time and wanted to find a cafe that I could get some breakfast and coffee at while I worked on my computer. This was the perfect spot, the staff was SO friendly and attentive. I had a strawberry fields latte and avocado toast. The one piece of criticism I'd have is the avocado tasted a little artificial like it might've came from a packet not a fresh avocado. "Yum!" Best way to describe this place! All the food was fresh and delicious. We ended up getting beignets for the table. (highly recommend) I also got the bagel and lox. A cute and delicious coffee spot everyone needs to try! I always try to find time to grab something from here when I'm in the area. The workers are extremely friendly and the coffee service to go have been quick. They have a wide variety of different coffee and tea selections. I always enjoy an iced coffee or latte. I also like to venture and try one of their specialty drink. This time we tried their strawberry's and cream latte and tiramisu cream top drinks. They were tasty, but they fell slightly short of expectations. I will say the strawberry coffee combination didn't mesh well and the tiramisu drink was mostly ice and cream topping. Nonetheless, my wife and I still enjoyed our beverages. I have yet to try any of their food except for their cookies. The cookies have been delicious, soft with a little crunch on the outside. Tried an oatmeal butter cookie and it was heavenly. I keep looking forward to trying and enjoying the new specials and drinks at this spot! read more

Lola delivers every time! Service is fast and friendly. The drinks are delicious. This cafe reminds me of a mix between a French pastry shop and an old school ice cream shop diner. I love coming in for the seasonal drinks. Be sure to ask for which syrups are made in house. It's worth tailoring your choice of drink based on what they make versus the typical store bought syrup. Pastries here are also delicious. I've gone to plenty of cafes in NYC, Boston, and Philly but this definitely tops my list with the quality of service and coffee/matcha options! read more

Visited with the hubby on our way home from celebrating a milestone. We arrived and there is a sign that says to seat yourself. You order and pay for your food at the front and they bring it out to you. The place is cute and has nice seating throughout. The staff is very friendly and they seem happy to be working there. We sat at a two seater table. We ordered a few different things so a gentleman (assuming he was the owner) came to our table and moved us to a four seater. We appreciated that very much. Now to the food! The FOOD!! I ordered the blueberry blintzes with their homemade sausage. Hubby ordered the breakfast with eggs, a salad, biscuit with jam and sausage. EVERYTHING was absolutely delicious! Fresh and you can tell it was made with love. Lola's, you've gained two new customers! Can't wait to come back and try other things on your menu! read more

The best thing about this spot is the ambiance. It's adorable, with plenty of tables to sit at, plus a couch and armchair with a lending library next to it. They have a full menu, plus a pastry case. The raspberry croissant was very good. The cappuccino wasn't amazing, but definitely passable. read more

Food is good, the services was fast. The coffee is very good and smooth. Ambiance is very welcoming. I like how the wine and spirits store is right next store so you can pick up a snack to go or dinner for later. I do feel like the sign should have been bigger on the building. Had breakfast here on Friday, July 18 around 9:30 am. Let me start by saying the check-in/order process is pretty confusing. I was expecting to be seated and have wait staff service like other restaurants. Instead you have to wait in line, order and pay for your food at the counter and then find your own seat. After placing our order, the cashier flips around the screen prompting you to leave a gratuity. This practice is very tacky and annoying to many people. I left a 20% tip on a $40 breakfast order assuming we'd have a server taking care of us. Nope! My small coffee was left at the table without any sweeteners included. Had to get up and go find sweetener at the register. Food was left at the table with no follow-up from anyone asking if everything was ok or if we needed anything. No offer of a coffee refill or the like. Lola's should be more upfront in letting guests know you're not getting waitress service. You're on your own after paying $48 for a simple breakfast including a 20% gratuity. I expected better from Lola's. Overall food was good albeit pricey and small portions. Coffee was very good and my guests Cold Brew was nice as well. read more

Lola's coffee is amazing! The interior has great ambience and the staff are all incredibly friendly. I will say, the space is quite small and can get busy on the weekends so it can get loud and overstimulating at times. I ordered the egg and feta toast which was tasty but had a bit of eggshell in it. For me personally, I'd recommend this place for grabbing a quick pastry and drink, but perhaps the dining is calmer on the weekdays. Either way, definitely recommend checking it out! read more

I spend so much money here. I have never had a latte that was perfect. Here, they make it right! They have the best croissants in the area. Went for breakfast on August 30 at around 10 AM. Lola's Cafe has charming appeal inside and out, including some outdoor tables to enjoy some fresh air, weather permitting. I opted for the breakfast tostadas. While the flavor was decent, I was hoping for more than two tiny slivers of avocado. Also, it was served fairly cold, thereby making me question how long it sat in the kitchen. My friend ordered the quiche of the day, which I sampled. We agreed that it had literally no flavor at all. I did not try the coffee so I cannot comment on that. The male who served our food might need more training in customer service as he seemed very rushed and not friendly at all. It is possible I would return here in the future, but I am certainly not in any rush. read more

I finally made it to Lola's for lunch and it did not disappoint. I tried the everything bagel cruffin - delicious. I ordered the chicken pastina soup but it was thicker, almost stew like. It was delicious. The home made chips and dip were delicious. Finally, the beignets... amazing! I can't wait to try breakfast next! The Market at White horse has always been a favorite of mine so it's not surprising that Lola's is carrying on with tasty, quality food. Service was great.
