The customer service skills displayed from waiter was horrible from start to finish he acted as if he didn't want to be there with us but then a regular customer came in and he soften up and was actually nice to him I thought he was incapable of having compassion and empathy for his customer and he catered to the other customer so as I'm leaving I go up to the desk nice polite started to pay for my order the phone rings the waiter goes "hold on I gotta take this" basically dismissed me so I waited patiently went outside because he turn me all the way off so then I notice the waiter walk outside as if I left without paying while I was smoking I went back in to pay the phone rings again and the waiter basically tried to put me on mute so he can take the phone order I informed him like ok no take my money for my food so I can go he acted asf if I said something foreign I rudely told him no tell the ppl to wait so I can go he looked at me as if I beat his kid up and gave me the biggest huh let me take your money so you can go attitude then says I don't have paper for your receipt I says yes I need a receipt he print it Smfh I WILL NEVER RETURN TOO BAD I LOVED MY

Great meals with an attentive staff. I have had several breakfast meals here. My nephew loves all the meals here! From burgers to pasta to eggs, ham and home fries!

Typical better than average pizzeria!…read more We came here recently when the shopping center had a Christmas market. We were thinking of getting food from a truck, but when you have 3 kids under 5, and its cold, you need to sit down for a few minutes lol! The staff greeted us warmly as soon as we walked in. We got a table and it was clean, and we were happy lol! Kids got to relax, so did we. Our server could have been a bit more attentive, there were only 3 tables, and she never seemed there, and she checked the other tables more than us.... so that is why I dinged them 1 star. Food was pretty solid, it was better than average pizza, and typical fried food like chicken fingers and fries. The kids enjoyed it though lol! They also shared a penne vodka, it was good. It needed something, it was just there... if you know what I mean. Wife and I each got small pizzas and they came out fast enough. She got CBR and it was pretty good. I got the seafood one with mine shrimp and garlic, I liked it! It could have been a bit crispier, and more garlic, but I am a garlic fiend!!! Other than that, it is a typical pizza-talian restaurant lol! They all look the same after awhile. Prices were good, service could have been better, and pretty good food. Its a great place to stop for a slice.

But honestly, we drive 20 min (each way!) just to get the absolutely fantastic specialty iced lattes!! We have had the Bean Tini and the Cookie Obsession and they are both incredible. It's totally worth the drive!! Definitely give them a shot! And you can order online which makes it super easy!

I asked the waiter ...who, BTW never greeted us or gave us menus... if they had waiter service. He was insulted for some reason ...saying um yeah thats what I am.... Okay!! Cool, Ummm .. usually with waiter service someone acknowledges you are seen sitting and lets you know they will be right over, something. No biggie. Carry on. Fastforward. I was misled. Either you have blackening seasoning or you don't. Please don't create your own for me. I would of passed and got grilled. I ask the server because as someone who served for 20 years I know you know the food better than anyone!! Be honest, its okay!! No restaurant does every dish fantastical. Lets be real. The so called "blackened" shrimp was painfully gross. It was overloaded with paprika and salt, so nasty but I definitely ate that $14 protein charge. Wasn't tossing that. Brother got veg meatball sub with real mozz cheese and he liked it. Boo got chicken cheese steak and he said it was decent. We all got our food at different times!!! Oh, no you didn't. I don't care how busy you are. I dont care you are a pizza place. It is so rude to the person sitting there with no food. It wasnt a second either. It was ten minutes between 2 of us getting our dinner and my poor brother sitting there starving with nothing in front of him. Give a bread basket if you do that dumb stuff. So, our order was one spinach salad w/ double blackened shrimp, 2 subs with ff, 3 sodas, and 2 plain slices to go. Guess what I spent? A Benji.$100 82 plus 18 tip... almost to the penny. The pizza next to our table was looking so delicious though. I wish the waiter got over his ego and honestly told me what they made well. I asked him if getting the spinach salad was the right thing to do and he acted like it was his favorite. Lies... nothing special there. The slices to go he didn't even bother to heat up in their pizza oven. I promise you. My mom was waiting for warm pizza at the least ..it was room temperature. All facts. Why would you do that? Also, one waiter for the whole dining room who also has to do counter and phones is a stretch. He handled it but the service was POOR- Period. You need TWO people.

I was with an Indian friend who is vegan AND gluten free - they accommodated his diet and made it sufficiently spicy for him. They managed my no cilantro/coriander request just fine AND made it sufficiently mild for my delicate sensibilities. The food was flavorful and quality and good portions at good prices! Excellent experience while attending a trade show in Atlantic City.

Just Wow. And we ordered naan and got it ten minutes after our dinners came out. The owner greeted us and was friendly but didn't help with the bad service. We were all so thirsty the whole time... we clocked that we were there for 2 hours and 15 min. Spin the wheel?!!! Can I get a soda? How can anyone be that bad of a server? And no, they were not busy!!! The check was soooooo high. Will never go back. I do not mind paying 200 plus tip for 4 people... but you need to actually have good service and quality dining to do so. I still tipped the 20 percent but was pretty ticked off that we were basically ignored the entire time... and why is it called fusion? And why does every new restaurant add this word to their name- it makes me laugh now and refuse to FUSION- it means you think you are fine dining. Um NO .. fine dining is superb service, I didn't even get acceptable service. Its Indian food with a little section of Thai Food.... See You! Will not be back.

It's been awhile ... and you might notice the added star but I can tell you that the fourth star…read morewas wavering in the cool winter breeze because once again we had to search for any staff to refill our water glasses or to just check in on us. Since we are talking about five years since my last review I am guessing the "leave them alone so that they can talk" philosophy of restaurant service is an institutional policy. Frankly, the service was better than the 2017 review but please we should not have to leave the table and walk into another area of the restaurant to find our server to ask to have our water glasses refilled. And, the kid from the land of the dead whom I at first thought was a customer lost attempting to find his parents was actually an employee. Someone at my table suggested I ask him for a refill of the water as he slowly walked by in a half stupor but I said "If he worked here he'd at least remove the completed soup bowls from our table (They remained until the entire meal was finished.)." I discovered later when he returned to clean a table top that he actually was an employee who might have been trained to notice diners in need of water or he could have actually said "Good evening, I have noticed your water glasses have nothing in them ... might I refill them for you?" But, then again perhaps its institutional policy. Having gotten that out of the way I have to say I was very impressed by the new entranceway, which replaced the old wooden railings that I remember front he splinters in my hand. It is a very attractive entrance and as always, noted in my prior review, you are greeted warmly and feel very welcome as you walk into this very attractive restaurant. The menu has changed since we were last here. We all agreed that it appears to have been reduced in offerings and in variety but that did not stop us from finding something. Clearly when you see the four stars and if you have reached this point of the review you have noted negatives but yet 4 stars. The food is delicious and well conceived! We didn't get anything extravagant but the French Onion Soup was truly special both visually and more importantly its blend of flavors along with the nice presence of perfectly cooked onions made those who ordered the soup very happy campers (Ok,, that's a phrase ... we are not camping out in the winter.). The sandwich was accompanied by some of the best "chips" we have ever had (All too often restaurants in their attempt to save money rather than offering French fries created chips that are burnt, overly salted or otherwise inedible.) and we all were reaching over to make sure not a speck was left. I ordered the Sweet Chili Signature Chicken Salad (Romanelli's has always been known for their awesome salads!), which was perfect for me but .... If you don't like Asian-style chili garlic sauce be forewarned that this salad's going to do more than tingle your tongue ... you are going to need water to cool it down and you already read about the lack of water refills. The chicken was perfectly cooked ... the croutons had me searching for more, and the blend of flavors made this a fantastic filling meal but .... As we left and I talked about the "heat" of my salad someone asked "Where was the bread or the rolls with dinner?" Where indeed was the bread basket that one used to receive as a guest at Romanelli's? Yes, COVID and increased costs have forced restaurants to save dollars wherever they could but we had folks with soup and me with a salad so a small dinner roll or a nice piece of bread would have been perfect but alas no bread. The menu features all those fabulous omelettes that make Romanelli's a great stop for breakfast (I wonder if you get toast or coffee refills.)! And, I am sure we will be back but next time I might ask that the water pitcher be left on the table when ordering so that the server will realize that many people need more than one glass of water with their meal especially if the water is their choice of beverage for the evening, afternoon, or morning.
