The manager is just downright hateful. She will not allow you to modify a sale item by removing the meat. If you want a 2 for $5 sandwich, you need to either pay full price or remove the meat yourself. Don't try to fill a sippy cup from the fountain machine, even if you purchased a drink. Out of the 3 meals I ordered they somehow managed to screw all 3 of them up get new staff. They gave my spouse the wrong sandwich. They gave me the wrong drink. Ordered two sandwiches with special requests, they used two old sandwiches and added fresh toppings on them. The bread was soggy, meat Luke warm, lettuce terrible. I should of checked my food before I left the drive thru. Sad thing about it, the drive thru as empty & the dining room as empty cause I looked in while sitting in the drive thru. read more

Rude employees. Arrived 10 minutes before close, I understand how aggravating that can be.. but you're not closed, period. My husband is an extremely nice individual and said "hi ma'am, just give me one minute please", because there was nobody behind us and he had to make sure he remembered the name of the sandwich he wanted. Not a review for the food, but for the customer service. Worse customer service I have experienced anywhere. The staff acts like you owe them something. They are extremely rude, and rush you in your order. After each item I ordered came "Is that it?" Makes it kind of frustrating if you have a large order. They are very snotty and unpleasant to talk to. If you have to drive up and wait (which is about everytime I go) They don't ask you nicely, they basically order you to. Fast food restaurants use a timer system for drive throughs to track how long the average wait is. I believe they try to make themselves appear faster by clearing the orders before they are handed out because they always ask you for your receipt when you pull up to the window. I hope an employee reads this and you fix this. read more

Decent place to grab some fast food on post if you don't want to deal with the hustle and bustle of going to the PX food court or the traffic off-post. Of course, we did go after the lunch rush that happens between 11 & 1pm. I have driven past it before during lunch hours & seen at least 10 cars in the drive-thru. So I guess it depends on when you go. read more

Food tastes like every other BK. The problem is their customer service. Every time you pay, you go to the next window and make you show your receipt so they can fight out what you ordered. Food is the same as any other BK you'll find. However, the service tends to be rude the majority of the time and the dining area may be less than sanitary. Wouldn't recommend going to on lunch break. Go the extra couple of miles down to a good restaurant like Wendy's or Hardee's read more
