I gave him the new code and he told me to pull around. When I pulled around the cashier read back my order but it did not include the large fry. I let her know that I also ordered a large fry and she said ok. At this point I had been in line for over 10 minutes but I was okay with that because I knew my food would be fresh. The guy who took my order initially gave me my bag and I let him know my fries were not in there, he asked me if I said they were cold and I repeated that they were not in there at all. He then tells me the code didnt work but that is not my problem when I communicated with him during the order processing. At this point he is confused so I ask for the manager on duty who then comes to the window with an attitude and no resolution. She is refusing to honor the code and also not offering for me to just buy pay full price for the fries which I had no issue doing. She lets me know its not her problem, its the app. After seeing how I am being treated as a customer I request a refund and she refuses the refund and tells me I can just sit there at the window. 2 other employees come to the window and try to see what was wrong my app and realize its an app error. They tell me its nothing they can do so I pay full price for the fries and the manager is still upset saying I held their line up. The way I was treated at this location was unacceptable. I appreciate the last 2 employees trying to solve the issue but the manager does not need to be in that position if she does not know what to do under pressure and has poor customer service.
