I ordered a Chalupa Supreme, and by the time I got it, the shell was extremely hard almost stale and not enjoyable at all. What made it worse was the wait time. I was on my lunch break, and it took so long to get my food that half of my break was gone. Because of that, I didn't even have time to go back and ask them to remake it. On top of that, I ordered a slush, but the machine was down. I tried to switch to lemonade instead, and they told me that machine wasn't working either. It felt like multiple basic items just weren't available. Overall, the combination of long wait times, poor food quality, and unavailable drinks made this a disappointing visit. First, I love Taco Bell. Which is why we kept coming back to this Taco Bell (it's also the only one within 30 minutes). It's a clean restaurant every time I have gone in. The two problems that I have is that I have yet to receive my order correctly. It's not that big of a deal if it was once or twice. It has been every time. The last experience was worse of them all. If my orders wrong when I'm in the drive thru it's whatever. If I'm inside, then I'll get it fixed. I order two 5 layer burritos. One with extra sour cream (my son's order) and I had one without beef. Order came and one had extra sour cream and the other had beef. I brought it to the counter and the lady was funny about it and apologized, it's no big deal. The worker that made it came to the front to tell me I was wrong when I had the burrito in my hand, open, showing the beef in it. I explained both the burritos have beef, and handed the burrito back. The guy went to food line and started making food. 20 minutes went by and I never got my corrected order. It was very apparent he intentionally wasn't going to remake my burrito and while I stood at the counter, no one bothered to ask if I had received it. I finally had to call to an employee to get a refund because I was way past a time frame in which I could eat. The lady who helped me with a refund was nice and apologized. If you're wanting a special order, don't expect it to be correct from this Taco Bell. It's the only one in a 20 mile radius so they don't seem to care about the service provided. I know I'll probably go again. If it's a better experience I'll put in another rating. But this gets 1 star for the 2 ladies that helped me. read more

This place is shamefully bad. After failing 5 out of 6 times, I'm confident in giving this particular Taco Bell a 1 star. Where should I start. The employees never take anything seriously. They consistently goof around and waste time. My order never takes the amount of time on the app that it's supposed to. It says it'll be ready in 5 minutes and instead I wait for 30 or 40. When I finally check in, they scramble around before telling me it's next in line. That's trash. 10 groups came and left and it still says my food is being made. My order was lost or you guys brushed it into the back since I didn't come forward requesting my food. Essentially, i constantly get punished for not hassling you guys. I finally get my food, which I instantly check because something is wrong with my order EVERY SINGLE TIME. As always, something is missing from my order, but when I approach the server about the missing food, they initially say I have everything and we have to go through every bit of my bag and open up everything to determine something is actually missing. It turns out to be something I ordered that wasn't actually available. This has happened several times where instead of just giving me a replacement, they just try to send me on my way with nothing, in spite of paying for it. Eventually they gave me a replacement, but that came with no apology or anything to try and compensate me for time wasted and false advertising. I'm only asking for a tiny bit of customer service. It's utterly disgraceful how little this branch cares. I don't even bother expecting the correct sauces or the food to be fresh. That stuff is just a welcome change when it's right. this is by far the worst Taco Bell, you literally asked for no tomatoes because you are allergic and they put so much tomatoes on your order. you come back up there for them to remake your food after leaving it's taken over two hours to get your order back. The food was subpar. They left out my cinnamon twist so I had to literally get out my car and walk back to the drive-thru window and tell them they forgot them. When I got the two bags they were thrown into the bag & they tasted funny so I threw them away since they don't know how to answer their phone. The cashier was rude and unprofessional. She had on a purple head scarf ( the kind you wear when you just got your hair done). She bald my 1st bag up and handed it to me ( the bag that had my tacos and burritos in it). And was so busy having a full blown conversation about something not appropriate at work. My bean burritos had lettuce piled up in them. I have had too many bad encounters at this specific Taco Bell to count. I'll start with this: I love Taco Bell. I sat in their drive thru in silence until another car drove up behind me, finally I said "hello" then she started talking like I had just pulled up. I made an online order to save time, it gave them 15 minutes to make four items. When I arrived to pick it up the manager asked how she could help, I said I had an online order. She cocked her head to the side like "do we do that" then looked at the screen behind the counter and shouted back to the kitchen to start making my order. From the time I placed the order it was almost 45 minutes for my food. We walked in to sit in the dining room well after the lunch rush in the afternoon. There was trash everywhere, the booths had been pushed around and had to be readjusted in order to be used. I don't normally complain about the cleanliness of high-chairs at restaurants, but these were down-right unusable. I told the cashier and she stared at me as if she didn't understand what I had said. Not only did we wait in the drive thru for 45 minutes, when I finally made it to the window we were missing my boyfriends Bajablast, when I asked her to correct it, she said it was my fault for not verifying the screen when she told me to move forward, I told her that she told me to move forward before it was on the screen and I even asked her to verify it. Depends on type of night if you go like at 2 am you're like the only car in the drive thru so the food is usually on point and tastes great but if you go during lunch rush or when the lobby is open you should check your order and make sure everything is correct bc most of the employees are teens and don't give a shit about their job or quality control so just always check for quality! Only had one or two bad experiences and I don't mind the wait as long as my food is correct and hot and not someone else's order or completely screwed up. And most of the crew is decent so no problems really unless the food is super soggy or been sitting in the wrapper too long which is rare for my experience. Just be nice to the workers the food industry is fucked up and they are just trying to pay bills so be kind! read more
